Wore this to a wedding, no pinning or mods needed. I'm 5'9 and 170 and the 12 was just right. Highly recommend!

This came in a few hours before a fancy wedding for my sister in law after my first rental didn't fit right. RTR saved my butt and i looked great! Got so many compliments, I felt sexy and beautiful, was able to dance the night away without any cares.

This dress was beautiful and got lots of compliments. Great material. The only advice I would give is to be careful if you have larger boobs because I had to use a bunch of safety pins to feel secure all night (I'm 36DD). But still gorgeous!

I am 5'9 but ordered the regular length because I didn't want to be tripping over it and I'm glad I did. It didn't look too short because of the opening in the front. I used tape and some boob stickies. There was nothing moving. I danced and felt totally fine that no accidents were going to happen. I will say though once I got to the car I unzipped :) Overall I was really happy with this dress.

The dress really looked beautiful. Many reviews talk about it being a problem for busty women. I'm a 36 D and didn't feel like it was too busty. I did have a problem with the outside cut of the dress on my breasts. It gapped and made me uncomfortable with how much side cleavage it showed. Nothing a little double sided tape couldn't fix.

I rented this dress for a formal wedding and I was great. It wasn't my first choice but I had to find something last minute and it turned out to be super beautiful. I will say it's very uncomfortable- mainly because the top is pretty loose and could expose you at any minute, so I felt like I had to be aware of that all night. And it was hard to dance in because for me it was tight in the hips (even though it was loose in the top). Other than that, I thought it looked amazing!

I can float anywhere between a 0-4 size wise, and ended up renting the 2. The waist and the bust area were just too big to make it work, but the dress itself is so beautiful and the petite length was perfect for 5'1 me in 3 inch heels.

The cut is beautiful, although the top of the dress runs low. Fit well but I did feel the straps had too much slack, I used a rubber band to hold up the top which worked great and I got many compliments. Other then that it was very comfortable and breathable.

The dress is gorgeous and has a very sexy back. I'm short so I had to fix the straps so it would fit right.

This dress is so beautiful. I got a lot of compliments and it looked elegant even on a small chest. I was not quite skilled with fashion take so it took some work to keep my petal stickers covered. I also had to pin the back of the straps because they were a little too long for me. With some work, it's worth it. Plan extra time to get the chest area ready before heading out. For reference- 5'2, 132#, usually a small in clothes and a 6 in dresses.

I rented to wear as a wedding guest. Unfortunately, it wasn't for me. Busty women beware!

The dress fits very small. I had to size up by 4 sizes. The pads in breast area were not in the correct area and were up way higher but overall you could not tell. I had to tie the straps in the back because the top was way too big. You would have to wear your hair down so others can't tell. Overall the dress looked great once I had the right size and tied the straps.

This dress was so tight in the ribs area but SO HUGE in the chest. I got a size up from my normal size to combat the reviews saying that it ran small and hoped I could just use tape on the chest. But the other reviewers were right that the chest runs HUGE so no amount of tape was saving this. Straps are NOT adjustable. Such a shame because it looked like it would have been gorgeous

I am normally a size 10 pants but am between and medium and Large top depending on the fit. Everything fit great on this dress except the bust. I think this dress was made for large breasted ladies. It was loose on the top but an easy fix, I just safety pinned the string back a little higher to hold the bust tighter, and my hair covered the safety pin. That was my only issue! It was comfortable and beautiful, I received multiple comments on it at this formal wedding.

Fit true to size, made my boobs look good (and they're big so there's always a line of them looking big but not good!). Felt very feminine and pretty! The back strings were a bit complicated and I think the dress is meant to blouse. I have a full bust though so I tied the strings together in the back and pulled it up to be more formfitting, worked out great.

The best part about this dress was the flowing, layered skirt and the small train at the back. The skirt parted just perfectly so my heels (with sequins that could've easily been caught) didn't catch. When walking across the ballroom for our holiday party, I felt like a runway model! True to the other reviews, the top runs big so have tape on hand. A size up would have been more comfortable in general but a size down kept my busy secure. Size down!

I love love loved this dress! My favorite RTR dress because it's sexy, comfortable, and flattering. But just a warning - it's very low cut, and loose on the top for a gal like me with smaller boobs. I pinned the front closed a little, and it still showed a lot of cleavage. Not a bad thing, just depends on the event you wear it to! Would definitely rent again for the right event

The dress worked great! Similar to the other reviews the padding in the chest was crumpled, but you couldn't tell the way the dress was designed. The straps were a little long in the back, but was able to tack them for the night and remove in the morning. Used a few pieces of body tape for my own comfort (since it's hard to wear a bra with the dress), but probably wasn't needed. Received many complements! Great dress for a formal wedding!

This dress was gorgeous and I got a ton of compliments. It fit true to size in length and hips but it was kinda big in the bust.

The dress was perfect for a summer wedding. Beautifully line without being heavy. Fit was great. I did use fashion tape to avoid any mishaps. If you will be sitting a lot for your event the back zipper is uncomfortable.

This dress is gorgeous and is snug around the torso, so it gives a flattering silhouette. Compared to a number of other reviews on the bust area, I did not have any gaping and filled it out appropriately. What I noticed is that in order to fill out the bust, you would have to have a specific breast shape (perky, wider set). So I'd refrain from renting this one if you want to avoid any gaping because the straps are not adjustable. In terms of length, I am a short person and even with 2-inch heels, a bit of the dress was still dragging along the ground, but it drapes like a nice train. Overall, I was very happy with the dress and got lots of compliments on it! Would recommend if you have the right body type for it.

As I had read in other reviews, the straps were a little long. I just did a quick stitch on each one to tighten it up in the back, removed it after the event, and it worked perfectly. Everything else about it fit great, and it was very comfortable. The top made me a little nervous at first, because it is a lower cut than what I would normally wear, but FYI, toupee tape worked great for holding the dress in place all day/night!!

I was nervous that this dress would be too long, and probably could have used a petite size instead, but with moderate heels the length was fine. I had to shorten the straps in the back using a needle and thread in order to feel more secure, but that was easy and the only alteration needed. With the tighter straps, I did not need to wear a bra (always a bonus! since that isn't something I can usually do). The v neck was lower than what I normally wear, but felt super appropriate and not too showy. I was super comfortable, felt beautiful, and wish I could have kept this dress forever.

Fit great everywhere except for the bust! I wasn't really expecting it to fit there anyway though so I wasn't disappointed. Was very easy to tie the straps to fit.

K, so they didn't have a 4 so I gave the 6 a try but it was simply not my size. Be prepared that it's a bit revealing, but still somehow quite classy. The back is a beautiful cut and shape. I'll try this again in a 4, maybe even a 2. I imagine this would suit a smaller cup sized gal very nicely (just cos it's revealing), but that back! Beautiful. Even tho it wasn't my size I'm giving it five stars. :) I'm gonna try it again for a wedding in July! More to come....

It's low cut but not too revealing. I felt comfortable. Honestly no complaints about the dress.

I wanted to rent an elegant dress for a wedding. I wanted to also pick out something I wouldn't normally pick! I ordered the dress in 10R and 12R. The 10R fit me(5'4" 170) and I taped the sides of the top for my comfort of knowing there will be no free shows. This dress was very comfortable and I got so many compliments. Easy to move and dance in. Loved it!

This dress is beautiful! It fit almost perfectly, however, the straps were the tiniest bit too big but I was able to use a small hair tie to tie them together to be tighter and it worked perfectly! The length was a little long with 4-inch heels but I didn't mind it. Overall I would definitely order this dress again, I'm actually thinking about getting it for my next event!

This dress fit amazing! I was nervous the front would be too much with my smaller chest (34b) but it was extremely flattering! There is padding so no need to wear a bra if you'd prefer not to. The length was awesome! I'm 6'1" & was able to wear about a 2" heel & not have it look too short. The back is also stunning! Only annoying thing was the straps can be a little tight & dig into your shoulders. However, it was very minor & overall very comfortable!

I wore this dress for a wedding .. I ordered the 0p and 2p (I'm 5'3-5'4 ish) and it was the perfect length with heels. Like other reviews said, the neck line is really low, but I think it works well if you have a small chest. It was super comfortable, didn't move out of place and just overall perfect.

This dress in petite fit me perfectly. I wore it as a guest to a wedding party and had several people ask if I was a bridesmaid because of how nice the dress was. I highly recommend! The cups are padded as well so no need for a bra.

Fit was true to size. I have a shorter torso and am smaller on top, so the bust was a tiny bit big and the straps gapped a little bit, but not uncomfortably so. The dress held up and was comfortable all night, through sitting and dancing. Would absolutely recommend!

I rented this as a backup when the gown I have that is an 8 wasn't fitting, but this 8 did fit, so it may run a bit big, though I think my other dress runs a bit small. I have a small chest but prefer to wear a bra, which this dress does not allow, but it does have a lining that made me feel much more comfortable, though I still used fashion tape. I would have felt a bit more secure if I was a bit bustier, but it was an entirely incident-free event. Tons of compliments the whole night and I definitely felt good about the ultimate effect, even though there were attorneys and professors there--but if I *were* bustier, it almost certainly would have been too much. Though I am 5'8" I definitely think the regular length was best, as it was brushing the floor even with my heels. I think the neckline and back means that bold earrings or a bracelet are the best way to accessorize this. Don't bother with a necklace.

This dress was beautiful. I loved the navy color and the shape was very flattering overall. I am 5‘3“ tall and even in 4” heels the back of the dress still dragged a little. I also had to pin the straps which were a little long. If I had it to do over again, I would rent a 4R.

I’m 5’2, 115 lbs, B cup. The dress was slightly large, but it still fit comfortably. I originally ordered a 0R and it was super long even with 3-4in. heels. 0P was perfect length with the same heels and more snug around torso.

This was my first time renting from Rent the Runway and I will say everything about this was so easy and will definitely do it again. The dress fit good ..it's true to size.. I'm short (5"2) so it's hard to find long dresses that are too long but this one was perfect! It was a bit big in the chest but I tied the strings up in the back in a knot and it worked fine.. it's very low cut. so I had to safety pin the front some but no big deal. Overall, this dress made my New Years that more special!
