This dress was a dream! It was perfect for the contemporary art gala I was working. So beautiful in pictures, but somehow even more gorgeous in real life. The pink, green, and violets are very subtle. The fabric felt exquisite. I got so many compliments on how the fabric fluttered behind me as I walked.

Beautiful flowy silk dress with asymmetric look. Only downside was that it wrinkled easily and was a little clingy.

Comfortable elegant perfect for warm weather

I rented this dress for a friend's wedding and felt beautiful the whole night. The black drape of fabric on the side covered some arm insecurity and the multiple patterns really drew the eye to flattering places. The dress feels expensive and was comfortable for a full night of dancing! 10/10 recommend! I love everything Jason Wu makes. I felt that the fit was true to size

Straps are a little long and not adjustable , but doable. The dress was nice lightweight fabric perfect for hot weather. Wore it on a cruise formal evening and received multiple compliments.

I wore this dress with a pashmina to Dubai. The length was great and I could have taken the shawl off to show even more style. I loved how unique this dress was! Will probably rent again for an American event.

I wore this dress to a museum gala. From the moment I stepped out of the car, I received nothing but compliments. The dress is made of silk and was so comfortable to wear and dance in. It ran true to size. I’m only 5’2” so I definitely needed to wear 2.5” heels, which I already owned. As you can see from the photo, because of my (lack of) height, I didn’t have as dramatic a high/low effect as shown on the model. I had to be mindful going up and down stairs not to trip.

This dress was BEAUTIFUL!

When I first tried this dress on, I wasn't sure about it. It fit a little tight in the bust, but the rest of the dress made up for that! Wore it out to dinner in Miami and it was perfect.

I am truly obsessed with this dress! So different and beautiful. Fits like a glove. Was worried the material would be clingy but it wasn't at all. Wish I could buy -- will be renting again!

I loved this dress! I was worried as it's that slinky satin fabric that can be very unforgiving but the bias cut and the black panel across the middle did wonders for this new mum who still has a bit of a tummy. I was also able to wear a strapless bra without it showing. It's light as air on and a dream to dance in. Perfect for a formal wedding and in colours that are great for cooler months.

Not idea for breast enhancement but we made it work. If feels chic and elegant.

Flattering

I took this dress on a cruise and wore to cocktails, dinner and a show. Super easy to wear, no bra and tastefully sexy. Lots of women stopped and complimented the beauty of the dress and my look for the evening. I would definitely rent this dress again. Note I'm 5-8" and wore 4-1/2" stilettos with the dress it is VERY ..., if you are short there's no chance it won't be dragging on the floor.

con: the straps fell quite a bit

I got this as a backup and thought it would look terrible on me. I find strapless dresses tricky if not impossible because as a 36C bras are important. It fit and felt like a dream: floaty, unique, comfortable, danceable and gorgeous. No bra needed and everything stayed in place. Oh, and did I say slimming?? This dress magically takes away 10 pounds. I usually need a size 8 but went down to a 6. Highly recommend and I'm a little jealous to the person who gets to wear it!

The dress fit well and flowed beautifully-- it was perfect for a 1920s speakeasy event where I didn't quite want to wear a flapper outfit but wanted to approximate aspects of that decade that I did like and this dress fit the bill! My only wish was that it would have been nice for the straps to be adjustable, but I figured it out. Would totally wear it again!

The pattern of this dress was so interesting to me, and I loved the idea of an elevated slip dress. This is definitely a maxi dress on my 5' 7" frame. I didn't end up wearing it because I need more support in the chest area (I'm a small 34A) so it wasn't flattering on me, but it's a gorgeous dress nonetheless.

This dress was beautiful. Loved the material and it fit true to size. The straps are a tiny bit long but it still fit fine. It is longer than I expected it to be and it wrinkles easily so you definitely want to have it out as and hanging up as soon as it arrives.

Beautiful dress with interesting details, flattering - which is hard to achieve with my athletic build. Too long for my petite frame, even with 2" heels (I don't go higher) - it drags on the floor a bit. The length would be perfect for 5'7+ with heels, or someone more petite with very high heels. Fit is perfectly aligned with my usual size 4. My biggest concern is the insane static cling between the lining and the outer fabric. I will try a dryer sheet and see if I can keep it at bay, but this could be an issue if I wear it for my event. Wrinkles easily and if you sit on any surface that's not perfectly smooth (including my fabric car seat), the dimples will show up in the fabric.

I could get it on but with 36C it squished bust in a way that was unwearable. Wish I'd gotten a larger size. It's absolutely gorgeous fabric though!

The fit was fine but I did not end up wearing it out since it was a bit too formal for everyday wear. I was able to wear this without a bra and it seemed fine. I thought that one shoulder ruffle was a bit wear and if I were to actually wear it out, I would opt to leave the ruffle down rather than over my shoulder. I might re rent this in the future and wear it out... at least I know that this was the correct size for me! Also, the dress is quite long so if you're 5'4 and under, you WILL need heels.

Floaty dress but not the most flattering fit

This dress was very pretty, but it arrived to me smelling sort of like body odor - I couldn't get over it and therefore didn't wear it. It was also a little wide in the hip area - more of a flowy look.
