Thick material, classy!

This is a great dress that works for most body types. Has pockets! Is a thicker material, which is great for flattering your figure, but is warmer than expected. Was a tad short when I sat, but not un-wearable.

Obsessed

perfect for anyone who has an athletic body shape such as me... the waist tie really gives the illusion of a smaller waist...

Heavy seersucker shirt with fun flourishes

Heavy material. Flattering cut. Just barely long enough for my taste (because the side splits go up to my mid thighs). Order a size up like I did if you have a large bust like me.

This outfit is comfortable, cute and classy for everyday wear.

. I dressed it up with heels and down with sneakers. For me I paired it up as a matching set and wore a white leotard underneath.

High quality & great details

This is a crisp shirt dress with drawstring waist that you can cinch and adjust yourself. The sleeves flip backward for a cute contrast and it helps you control the sleeve length if needed. It can be a little short when you sit down because of the shirt tail style him, but you just have to be a little careful. The white tipping down the sides is a beautiful detail. I wore it during the day on vacation and to work. I couldn’t really decide if the denim accents were blue or gray, so you can go either way with shoes, accessories. Great spring dress.

Super cool shirt. Too short for a dress.

The quality on this shirt is impeccable. Truly high-end down to all the details. The side piping added interest, the seams were perfection... really impressed with the work-womanship. I don't think this was particularly flattering on me, and I wore it with pants so there was additional bulk, but I still loved wearing it all the same. It would be a SUPER short dress without leggings, just FYI. Also - it looks black in the photos, but this is navy/denim blue. I still work it with black.

Seersucker! Compliments! Loved it so much.

So when I wore this, I had this guy tell me I had Italian style. I loved this piece. It was cool, comfortable, and my favorite fabric, seersucker. The turn up cuffs and trim are just fabulous. It did wrinkle, as you can see in the photo. I didn't care so much. Loved this.

Not for summer or warm climates

This is stylish, well made and professional looking. However, the fabric is quite heavy and it was too warm when I was outside but the loose fitting bottom didn't help with the over air conditioned office. This is probably better suited for early spring or fall. The side slit runs quite high on your thigh. I felt it was too high for the office. It could be cute with black leggings and boots though. I'm between a 6-8 in dresses due to broader shoulders. This was slightly too big on me and might be overwhelming on a petite or small framed person. I may have been able to size down but I was good with the fit. I found it more flattering in person than my picture. I will rent again in the fall.

Fun

Great dress for a party. I find this brand brand slightly large and items of the styles so I opted for a six which was a good call. When I was sitting at the bottom slit/space until the first button from the bottom was a little high so I wouldn't necessarily recommend for work unless you're wearing it with tights. Much better for a casual weekend or fun preppy party.

Great Work Dress!

Love this dress, however it runs a little big. I could see myself getting it again but in a smaller size for work events. It's really comfortable as well!

What you see is what you get, exactly as you expect from the photo

Ran a little big, but the cinch in the waist helped give some shape. Fabric was nice, high quality dress. I thought it was fine to wear without something underneath until I sat down! Definitely need leggings or tights if you'll be sitting.

Crisp shirt dress with fun details

Great quality fabric and nice cut. The shirttail comes up on the side a little bit high for work, but I made it work with flats. A little bit loose around the bust and torso, and if you have a thin waist the drawstring probably makes it very flattering. I, however, do not but it was still fun. Great for work in a hot day.

Sooo cute, but runs small on curvy people

I love this dress! It's comfortable, summery, and so cute! But I got an 8 (I'm either an 8or 10) and it's great on top but tight and pulling across the butt and thighs. If you have lower body curves like I do, I'd size up for fit and comfort. I'll definitely rent this again, just in a 10.

Quality dress for work, but runs large

I really liked this dress but it felt large, especially in the sleeves. Once I rolled the sleeves up it looked better but I would size down if I were to rent it again. I'm usually between a 2 and 4 and I felt like I easily could have worn a 0.

Unfortunately, it was too big so I couldn't wear it. I may order it in a smaller size.

Nice quality and a very cool look. It fit well in my hip area, but I was swimming in the top half.

it was cute! but a little bit of an awkward fit

This dress was really cute, but it has a pretty straight cut from your waist to your butt/thighs, which made it a bit tight

A fancy hospital gown w/ pockets

Received compliments, specifically from coworkers who also use RTR, ha. I liked that it had pockets. I liked that it had an adjustable waist so I could tie it tighter, since it ran large especially compared to other Jason Wu size 14 dresses on RTR! Overall, the fabric and look made me feel like I was wearing a $500 hospital gown. Also, it's shorter than expected because of the slots on the sides and the height of the lowest button when sitting down.

Nice dress but too short for work

I liked the dress, it fit well and the material was substantial. A different silhouette for me and it worked well. However, it was ultimately too short for work, I kept tugging it down while sitting (I'm 5'4''). This made it a one-time wear for me.

Large and Stiff

I'm between a 6 and an 8, and the 8 was huge on me. The fabric is so stiff that it wasn't a nice relaxed oversize, it just looked awkward and was unflattering.

Felt like a Candystriper

I liked this when I first put it on, but as the day went on, I felt like a 1950s hospital volunteer. Wrinkled in the back from sitting at my desk. The lining is more of a dark denim, but I thought it was black from the photos.

Runs Very Large

This dress arrived new with tags, but I returned it unworn. Typically, I'm between a 4 and a 6, and chose a 4 because that's what was available. It was enormous! I didn't fill out any part of the dress -- I looked like I was wearing a bathrobe. The fabric is a very thick seersucker, so it doesn't drape well. Maybe that will resolve once it's been laundered?

Odd / Inconsistent Fit

This dress is really cute and high quality but the fit was odd. The top half felt two sizes too large and the bottom half felt a size too small at the hips. Not the best choice for hourglass and/or pear shaped figures. Wasn't able to wear it due to this.
