Great for work and great on a hot day, very light fabric

A lot of fabric for a little frame, but nothing the adjustable belt can’t hide. Loved this for work, have rented it twice now!!

Fabric was high quality, yet light enough for a hot Texas summer day. Wore it to church and to a dinner date. Got several compliments from total strangers on how beautiful the dress was. I also loved the adjustable belted waist. It not only helped add shape, but also was easy to loosen to accommodate a few too many bites at dinner :-) . Highly recommend! (If between sizes, ok to size down, because the dress is made with plenty of wiggle room.)

I NEVER would have selected this one from the photos, but I saw it in the store on my way to work and loved it so much I wore it that day! I got endless compliments and loved the fitted belt.

Fit comfortably. Glad I sized down. Lightweight for summer. Flattering but not outstanding. Wouldn’t rent again.

Loved this to switch up my work wardrobe. There is quite a bit of fabric for a small frame - luckily the belt helps accentuate the waist so you don't get swallowed up.

Material is nice for transitioning to fall. Dress ran big for me. I had to pull the belt so tight it wrapped around my body twice. I'm a 4/6 top and 8 bottom and was swimming in this size. Nice for one wear.

I was hoping this would be a great summer work dress but it didn’t work for me. I ordered my usual size and it fit like a potato sack on me - I think even if I had sized down the shape would have been unflattering. It’s not a bad dress, just wasn’t quite the shape I was looking for.

I wanted to love this but I felt a bit frumpy. Received compliments and it's lightweight for summer ... I think you need a heel or slide. Wanted to wear white sneakers with a dress but didn't quite work.

I wanted to like it but it was just too much fabric. It fit in the shoulders but I was drowning in the bulk.

I liked this one. Not the best material, needs to be ironed but overall, fit great, true to size to a little large honestly,

I went up a size bc mine wasn’t available thinking it wouldn’t make a big difference. It does. Stick with your size on this otherwise it looks very frumpy and old lady-ish. Otherwise very comfortable light weight dress

This felt frumpy on me and I didn’t wear it. I might size down and dress it up with a different belt to help…but overall just a bit too frumpy and girls for work.

My review picture looks better than what this dress looks like in person. Even though the material is very stiff and I can’t get past the plastic like feel, it might be a flattering shape for everyone.if you just need something to add to your bag.

Rented on a whim and glad I did! It's very comfortable and figure flattering. Not really my colors/print but ended up wearing it a couple times (work and weekend). Good cut if you have kids (constantly bending down and moving)

This dress is so simple and pretty. It is perfect for work. The belt is a little odd, but you can make it work. This is a great dress for summer and you don't freeze too much in the "women's winter" offices.

The fabric creases very easily but otherwise a great dress all round

Fabric was light and comfortable. Easy to dress up or down. Love that has pockets.

If you like a good shirt dress you will LOVE this. This might be tied for first place as one of the best things I've ever gotten from RTR. If I went into an office everyday I'd buy it outright but since I only go in every other month I might just keep and return after a few months. I love the ruche from how the belt is sewn in the back. This fabric is so thick and the dress so well cut I don't even think I'm going to need shape wear with it!

I was surprised at how much I loved this piece . Looks better on the body than the hanger. It's quality cotton fabric with a flattering fit. Don't think it would be 'suitcase friendly' unless you're an extremely good packer as it might wrinkle . But a great piece for you closet !

Runs big but it's adjustable with the belt and the waist is elastic in the back

I love the adjustable belt and ended up tucking in the sleeves (rolled in, not out) for a shorter cuff. Big deep pockets. Wore with thick grey tights and brown booties on a colder day and then bare legs with flats when it was nicer outside. Love love love this dress! So many compliments! Will def rent again.

Great texture, elegant shape, lovely color. Got lots of compliments just walking down the street.

I am pear shaped and there was no need to size up for hips. It's super easy to wear, but conservative enough for work. I got an insane amount of compliments, will definitely wear again.

This dress is really well made. The only problem is that it wrinkled so easily.

I like this dress but I don’t love it. I look like I’m an elementary school teacher heading to church. It gives “ middle age “. Now, I am solidly middle age so maybe I should embrace that.
