It does require a sweater over because of the protuberant upper back. That was ok to me; it helped to break up the pattern. I like the design (and got the top in the same pattern). I like the looser fit. Repeat renter here 🙋🏾‍♀️

I loved this dress. It’s definitely on the conservative side with the long sleeves and coverage on top but for the right occasion (work party, religious event, conference) this is a great fall look.

I wore this dress to work. Sleeves are closer to the arm by the wrist which gives the sleeve layers. Dress was so comfortable and the waist has stretch. Very cute dress!

It’s not really the most fashion forward piece in the world, but it was a great fall work dress and it was nice to finally find something that isn’t a midi or maxi that I can wear to work without worrying about it being too short. Very comfortable with a forgiving elastic waist and TTS

The sleeves were long and loose. I wore it with tights and a denim jacket and it was so comfortable and looked great.

I have been having some great success with Jason Wu for work dresses! This dress was so cute and structured to be flattering but also comfortable. It has a nice slip and i loved the sleeve detail. The waist is elastic which was really comfortable for wearing all day. I would definitely rent this again. As I’ve noted jason wu seems to run big as I’m a standard 4 but rented a 2 here.

This dress is super cute. I wore it to a holiday dinner and it was just right for fall and also being on the conservative side. But it still serves looks! The cut is very fresh and I love the sleeves. The only downside is it’s prone to static.

I appreciated the longer length as a tall girl but did feel a bit like this would be better suited for a religious event, like some other reviews said. I do have a longer torso so I didn't notice the back bulging issue that I know some others have

This dress was great, very lovely. It did bubble out a little bit on the back, but it was fine. It was a great length, not too short.

I only wore this once because it was pretty uncomfortable around my waist. Would probably fit better on someone with a more hourglass figure.

I might consider this in a size down to feel better in it. I wish I could have worn my own belt but the tie is built in. I loved the sleeves and length. Just a bit too much material.

It has potential to be cute but just fits odd. The back doesn't lay flat and sticks out, so I ended up putting a jacket over it.

Easy to wear and feels comfortable. I like the pattern. Sleeves are a little long and the there is some frumpiness to the dress in the hips.

Great floral pattern for fall. Runs large and too much excess fabric in the top, and not super flattering. I don't know that sizing down would have changed this.

This checked all my boxes for a work dress: not too low cut to have my boobs out, long enough that it wasn't too short, and of course.. pockets. The shape is very forgiving if your hips are on the wider side

This dress is comfy and easy to wear. I wear it with tights and booties to work.

Great for daily work wear. Dressed it up with a blazer & heels for an interview (got the job!!). Fit was great but I think a smaller size would be better for me, so I rented again in a 4 & hoping it will be perfect enough to purchase as a forever piece in my closet.

Wore this several times for work. Looked nice with a black blazer over it. Elastic waist made it very comfortable. I probably could have sized down but still worked.
