I'm short (5'2) and high-waisted, so structured dresses usually don't fit me. Either the arm holes are too big, or the waist is too low, or the buttons gap too much. But this dress made me feel beautiful and classy for a date night with my husband. I added a belt at the waist because the little snap kept coming undone, and I put a safety pin above the top button because I was self conscious about too much cleavage. But I love this dress and hope to rent it again someday.

I loved this dress so much I purchased it. This dress fit perfectly. No stretch but has been compensated in the waist with just enough room there’s no need. It looks like it was tailored just for me.

Really liked this. A little small on top. Wore it to some appointments and out to lunch with friends.

I loved this dress — I got tons of compliments and wore it to work and also to a baby shower. I rented it because it buttons in the front so I could easily breastfeed. It has pockets! If you have big boobs or are between sizes, size up! It’s very tight in the rib cage/waist and the fabric has zero stretch.

I enjoyed wearing this one with a black tank underneath since I could not get any of the buttons to connect in the bust area. I would say size up if you are busty.

This lightweight dress is perfect for a casual summer office. I am a true size 10 (pear) and this was slightly loose but I liked that fit. I don't think a full size down would have fit any better. If I owned it I would hem it by half an inch and add a snap at the bust, but overall this is well-made and deceptively simple. I love the Jason Wu craftsmanship

This could sku matronly real fast, be careful with your shoes / accessories

SIZE UP I'm a size 0, and with this dress, in a size 2, the waist felt just right, I def couldn't go out and eat a buffet in this dress and still feel comfortable. highly highly recommend without a doubt Size

The front is low cut but I put a tank under and it was perfect for work. You could wear it to church too. Flattering cut but still modest. I’m short and it hit just below my knee.

I wore this dress to a fun after-work event and dinner with my husband. We walked all over town in sunny, 75-degree weather, and I was perfectly comfortable. I am petite but the proportions of the dress were spot-on. It was almost as if the dress was made to fit my body type. That said, the waist was mildly tight when I first put it on, but it wasn't too tight. There is a tiny snap at the waist to keep all the buttons aligned, whether I am sitting or standing. After I ate dinner, that snap kept coming undone! Ha ha! Otherwise, the dress fit like a dream.

Great cotton dress. Flattering cut.

This was such a cute piece and I got a ton of compliments in the office that day. It fit smaller than expected and the small snap (there’s a snap at the ribcage in addition to the buttons) wouldn’t stay closed. I am 18 weeks pregnant so it might fit better on a more traditionally shaped body! It did do a great job of hiding the bump though. I’d size up and rent again.

I was really looking forward to wearing this cute dress but it was way too tight in the bust and waist to actually wear. My 15 year old ended up wearing and she said it felt “super retro” and she got a lot of positive comments on it. Material was nice and thick, felt very top quality.

Beautiful dress, great cut, was just too small. I think I'd love it in the next size up. I'm typically a dress size 10, and could barely get it buttoned in the 10. I wore it open like a jacket over jeans and a t-shirt.

I love how comfortable this dress is, the pockets, and the style. The low cut was a bit problematic and required lots of management. But once that's under control it's a great dress.

The pattern and style of dress are great, but the sleeves were a bit tight. That would have been ok, but it was also tight around the back (couldn't cross my arms comfortably). I also couldn't button it across the chest. Will probably rent it in a size up.

But just too small in the rib cage area. There is no give, so it looked like it fit well when I was standing but when I sat the snap popped open. Generous in the hips and bust but if you're in between sizes for your waist, size up. I would rent it again if they had a 14 in it!

I wasn't able to wear this dress. The top was too tight to button and too low. In contrast, the skirt was extremely full, resulting in a very unflattering look. If I had gone up in size so the top would fit, the skirt would have been way too wide. I loved the fabric and the pockets, so it was very disappointing. If you are and A or B cup this dress might work better for you.

Should've paid better attention but the fabric is cotton and the style being old fashioned makes you look like someone working at a deli. Not fashionable in my opinion, I couldn't wear it. Not worth it unless your casting a nurse/deli role with white sneakers.
