I loved the uneven hem on this dress. It would be great for work. There were fun ties that came from the neckline. Can be worn with any undergarments. It was pretty loose fitting, like a shift. True to size, my normal size would be a 0/2.

I was overall disappointed in this dress. It had no lining and wrinkled very easily. There were also more ruffles than I could see in the picture. Having said that, I received many compliments, it was comfortable and flattering.

I absolutely loved this dress. It's feminine, lightweight and flattering for my curvy figure. Highly recommend.

I am normally a 0R and this fit great. Flowy at bottom but somewhat fitted at the waist so it didn't look like a bag on me. I loved how feminine yet professional it was!

I needed something to wear to a business breakfast and this fit the bill perfectly. Loved the material, the flow and sleeves. A little tight in the under arm but other than that 5 stars!

I wore this on a fancy dinner date, to work and to a day at s beer garden. I changed up the shoes each day and it worked for all occasions. It fits loosely and the dress does fly up in the wind. Well made and the size 6 I wore didn't seem to be overwashed or worn too many times. I wore it with black pumps, over the knee suede boots and born loafers.

I generally wear 4/6. For this dress I sized down and wore the 4. It fit perfectly. The top of the dress is very firm fitting. Luckily the scarf covers most of the cleavage still making the dress appropriate for work. The bottom of the dress was flowy and not form fitting, which is why I sized down so it wouldn't be so boxy. The material is high quality, but very thin & sheer. I wore matching undergarments because there is no built in slip for the skirt part and in certain lighting it is a bit see thru. The sleeves were very long on me, so I cuffed them. I received many compliments. I was also told it reminded some people of the 70's with the sleeves and print. I liked this dress. I don't know if I'd order again though, being the overall fit wasn't right for my shorter stature and short arm length.

I thought it was a little matronly at first but ended up really liking this dress. Great for a fall wedding.

The dress is true to size, and has perfect length for work and date. The bow around the neck provides an extra sexy touch.

The fabric and ruffles are really nice and have good movement. There is a zip on the side.

This covers just the right amount of skin to be both pretty and professional for a nice work dinner! Definitely stood out but wasn't too showy - would definitely rent again. I'd also wear it to a date or out and about.

Great silky material! I'm normally a size 0/2 but now with my bump and size 36D bust, the size 8 fit like a glove!

Great dress! I'm usually a 4-6, but the 4 fit just right. Flowy, pretty. The skirt isn't lined, so be wary of that. I was disappointed mine showed up with a small but visible stain. A number of people asked where I got this dress, but I didn't tell them. :) will rent again. Maybe even buy.

This fit well but wasn't really my style. Also, the bodice is kind, but the skirt isn't, so I had to find a slip.

This is the first RTR dress that I was very tempted to refuse to return. The floral pattern is pretty without being girly. The cut is VERY flattering. It was a tad small in my shoulders/arms but comfortable to wear. No stretch - millions of compliments. Would rent this again (or buy the darn thing).

This dress is wonderful to wear. The print is beautiful & the cut flows very nicely. I was somewhat concerned it would be too flouncy / ruffly, but it wasn't. I received lots of compliments.
