Great choice for an early March wedding in New England.

Couldn't wear this. While the overall fit was fine, there was extra fabric at the top back part. Strange

I got a lot of compliments on this dress for my work holiday party. The fit was great and the length was perfect. It was small for an 8 so I would go up a size if your debating between 2 sizes.

I have had this dress on my wishlists for over a year, probably since joining the RTR community. This was the first time my need matched the dress's availability As others have mentioned it runs small in the chest and shoulders but don't let that deter you. It is absolutely fabulous. Styled as shown, with a neon yellow clutch for my evening event.

I need more money so I can buy this dress. I'm 43 and I don't like wearing anything too short. The hemline stays in place when I'm sitting down and doesn't ride up for uncomfortable pulling and tugging. I wouldn't usually wear a mini but I felt super comfortable in this one. Love.

This dress was simply classy. I wore it to a rehearsal dinner. It's a great comfortable dress. It runs big. I wear size 4 but went with the 2 because it fit better

Beautiful material and perfect amount of fun for business casual workplace. Perfect fit around chest and waist, I sized up and was very happy.

Rented this for a work cocktail party. I'm tall so I'd need tights for a regular office day. I sized up per other reviews and I think that was a good call. It was comfortable all night and very flattering. If I were to keep it, I'd probably have the waist taken in a smidge.

Fabric wasn't as heavy as I anticipated, but that actually worked in its benefit. Really cute work dress. But I opted for the 2 as opposed to the 0. I'm sure the 0 would've worked but definitely not for work bc it would have been WAY too tight. I would recommend sizing up if you're in between.

I wore this to a fundraiser dinner. I am a little broader in my shoulders and chest so felt like a had to keep pulling the top down over my chest, but it looked great! I would rent again.

Arm movement was restricted once the dress was on but I was still able to zip it up myself and do the cleverly made hook and eye closure. Lined throughout, nice medium weight material. Was almost tight in the chest for me as a 36B so this may smush your chest a bit if you're bustier.

I wore this dress out to dinner for my birthday, and I loved it! It was actually a replacement for the dress I rented but wasn't available at the last minute (RTR, what's up with how often that's been happening?). This dress is made for someone with my body type - it fit perfectly. It has no stretch, and you can't lift your arms above your head, but I found it to be completely comfortable. The only small issue is that I don't think you could zip up the back if you don't have help - the zipper tape gets stuck in the zipper easily, and my husband had to carefully work it up the back.

Loved this dress. It was beautiful and different (not just another lace dress!). As other reviews mentioned your arms will be a bit restricted, but only from raising your arms above your head. Had no problem dancing at the wedding! I did end up wearing the 8 which was my backup, just so that I didn't have to feel too sealed in, but the 6 also fit.

Other reviews are correct there is little lift in the arms but I didn't have a problem.

I rented this for a formal date night with my boyfriend and it was perfect! I felt so beautiful the entire night, and turned a number of heads. The dress fit perfectly - tight enough to show off my curves, but not so tight that it looked unflattering. The sleeves do make it a little hard to lift your arms over your head, but I didn't actually need to do that at all during the night, so it wasn't a problem. Would highly recommend for any formal affair, or a nice date night with your SO. I paired with an ornate gold bracelet and black heels.

This style is great for any occasion! You are able to dress this up or down. Even though this runs true to size, I would suggest going up as a back up size due to the material has no stretch.

This dress is amazing- very well made, great weight for spring or fall. Unlike the other reviewers, I found it ran true to size. I'm always an 8 and that's what I took in this dress. If you have a larger chest, I would suggest sizing up as there is no stretch to this dress. Very slimming fit- slight A line so if you have hips or a butt, you'll still be able to wear this.

This dress is simply amazing!! I rented through my Unlimited subscription, and it is possibly my favorite thing in my closet at the moment. The fabric is gorgeous, and the fit is perfect. This is a dress I would consider owning, if it were for sale. I LOVE IT!

Loved every bit of this dress! The fabric is stunning, and it could easily be dressed up or down. I wore to a holiday cocktail party and added jewels to dress it up. Like other reviews have said, you cannot raise your arms. There is absolutely no give, so I would not suggest if you are large chested... or maybe go up a size. This dress is what RTR is all about...I got to feel like Michelle Obama for the night but for a fraction of the price! Best unlimited rental EVER! Still not ready to send back...

I am definitely giving this 5 stars BUT note that you can not lift your arms in this dress, beyond a 45 degree angle from your sides. So don't get it if you need to move around a lot, dance with your arms in the air, lift things, etc. That being said, the material is gorgeous, unique and eye-catching. The zero fit me perfectly, like it was a custom dress. This would not be a good dress for a person who wears a small size and has a larger chest though - the fabric does not have any stretch. E.g.,I am very flat chested and it fit perfectly, in that department. Seems like it would be good for work, winter bridal shower, charity event, date night, etc. I wore it with boots because it's cold and I wore it to work, but would look really good with nude heels.

This is a beautiful, textured dress. It is perfect for fall/winter and is absolutely gorgeous. I received it new with tags, which is always nice. I think it may be my best rental yet.

I was lucky enough to receive this amazing Jason Wu dress new with tags. The photos do not do this dress justice - just so much detail in the fabric and embroidery...I fully understand why FLOTUS is a fan! I received so many compliments...the fit was perfect. I wish I could keep it, but alas, I should let others experience the beauty of this dress!

I wore this dress for a summer wedding. While the fabric was a bit thick for a 90 degree day I was still comfortable. The chest and arm area was a bit tight thus sizing up a bit but the A line was perfect for my 6 month post partum belly. I would definitely rent this again!

The dress was beautiful. I got several compliments throughout the event. The cape sleeves do have some arm restriction. Definitely not good for YMCA dance moves.

I got a lot of complements on this dress, and it was very comfortable other than the sleeves. It's cut very tight across the chest and I could barely moves my arms past a certain point. Other than that design flaw I would suggest this style.

Really nice dress that feels high end. The colors are lovely, length is appropriate for short gals to wear to work. Only challenge is that there's no way to wear a blazer on top given the sleeves - can't lift arms! Also - as you can see in the picture.. wrinkles easily.

I really loved this dress but the cap-sleeves made me feel like I couldn't move my arms and the fit was super constricted through the chest. The fabric is nice and thick but has little give so I ended up not wearing it (after getting dressed in it twice - once for a brunch and once for a date night). It would be perfect for either of those events if only it didn't feel so right through the chest/shoulders.

As most of the other reviews noted, this dress provides limited mobility in your arms. I wore this work so it wasn't a big deal, however this dress wouldn't be ideal if you were going to be dancing or moving around a lot. The pattern and material were high quality. I received many compliments.

The fabric is rich, unique, and high quality. I agree that the arms are not flexible. Don't rent this for dancing because you will feel restricted in the arms like a Barbie. I would wear again if the arms were more flexible because it is beautiful otherwise.

Beautiful dress. The fabric was so beautiful in person and soft to touch too even though it had good structure. The lines in this dress were amazing...perfect flare out at the hips, cinched in at the waist. My only critique is that the arms fit a little snug. I have a long torso, so maybe it's just my proportions but I didn't feel I could lift my arms without feeling restricted. Also, while I sized up (typically 8/10) the bust was still snug and gave me the "uniboob" feeling (36D). Size up for your backup.

This dress is amazingly beautiful. The details are exquisite. Its great for work, conservative while being fashionable. It's very structured, which while it makes the dress very flattering, also gives the arms very little room to move. Other reviewers said this as well, so i sized up to compensate. I still couldnt move my arms. Just know going into renting this that you won't be grabbing anything off the top shelf!

I sized up and still found the shoulders to be WAY too tight so if you have narrow shoulders this is the dress for you.

This is a lovely dress that is hilariously poorly constructed. I actually got this dress by accident - but was happy when I saw it. Until I read the reviews, which are spot on. The sleeves have zero give and make it impossible to lift your arms. I wore this to a bar mitzvah in synagogue and it looked terrific - but even with the back three inches open at the top (and hidden by a jacket) I was very uncomfortable. It's not the overall sizing- as you can see from the picture the rest of it fit perfectly. A huge bummer, but glad it was just a rental! Also-- one more word of caution: It's not black!! I didn't realize until I left the house and realized I was wearing black tights, shoes, and jacket with a navy dress.

Beautiful dress for work or actually any event. Fit was to size. The tight sleeves didn't bother me. One inch shorter than I would like.

This runs extra small in the bust and the edge of the cap sleeve is tight. Couldn't wear. Beautiful color, design. I was really disappointed.

Great if you dont need to use your arms. We had a good laugh about how I had t-rex arms the entire night because the shoulders were stiff and I couldnt move. Made dancing pretty difficult. Its a really beautiful dress, just hilariously poorly constructed. It also should have pockets

This is an absolutely beautiful deep blue dress with eye catching but tasteful embroidery. Very comfortable and flattering but runs small so order one size up. I would buy it if I could afford it.
