The dress is comfortable in hot weather even with the fully lined skirt. The cutouts are very forgiving on tummies that are not perfectly toned and you can eat a full meal in this dress. Neutral Style provides zero support and doesn't work with a bra so not ideal for larger natural breasts. Con Under-boob peep show when driving because arms raised while seated.

Jonathan Simkhai is amazing....there are so many things going on with this dress, be careful not to get frustrated while putting it on. Once you figure it out, it falls into place and it just WORKS! It is casual elegance, perfect for vacation, brunch, bridal/baby showers, etc. I understand why it's on the expensive side, which just means I will be re-renting this dress for the next event!

wore this once and wanted to love it so bad. it’s kinda a funky mix between quite modest (long sleeve, maxi) and sexy (open back and buttons) but on my body i just couldn’t work it. arms are slightly small but loved the material.

This was a great dress for New England summer vacation. I love the classic stripe with the modern cut outs / open back. I found this ran true to size (I’m normally a 4 in most brands and the 4 fit perfectly). Be warned that there's a lot of material in the skirt (double lined so sheerness not a problem), so it takes up a lot of suitcase space!

I loved how cool this dress was. I received compliments from friends, lovers, acquaintances, and strangers. I wore it strolling the French Quarter of New Orleans in July-August. This dress made me look effortlessly pulled together. I am 5'5" and the hem hit right above my ankles. I was able to comfortably wear flats.

Loved the open back. Definitely cannot wear a bra with this one. I pinned the neckline/collar open with safety pins.

TTS. Even with the cut out, it's a bit conservative to wear out at night, but good day dress. Wore a white tank under for a cute work outfit.

I really wanted to love this but a few things made this look really awkward in execution: 1. The neckline is odd. The round neckline with the buttons feels a bit conservative/not modern and not sexy 2. The skirt was too billowing and had a lot of lining. It was overall not flattering. In 5'8 and the skirt hit my low calf which is way too long. Overall you're just drenched in fabric making the sexiness of the cutout seem extremely misplaced.
