I sized up based on other reviews, and wish I'd stuck to my original size. If you are between sizes, size up. But if you're a true size, stick with that! They were loose in the legs, which was cute, but also baggy in the butt, which was not as cute and instead made me look shapeless back there. Will definitely rent again in my usual size. Overall thick, high quality material- great for chilly fall nights!

I wore these multiple times and am still considering buying them! So chic and I received countless compliments. The waist belt can be tied at the waist or a bit higher to cover a bloated belly after a pasta dinner. They are also lined so no sticking or sweaty discomfort. Best rental!!!

Loved these pants! They feel so good, and they add such a touch of class and chic to even the most basic outfits. I regularly wear size 8, but had a 10 as my back up, and I'm so glad I did. I have a little junk in the trunk, and the 8 wouldn't even zip up all the way on me! But the 10 was perfect and I now want a pair of these permanently!

I was dying to rent these leather pants and waited for the holidays with cooler weather since I live in Florida. They fit perfectly and were thick and warm. Loved these!

Love love loved this faux leather pants. A little stretchy and so much more comfortable than expected. Gorgeous tan color, with a tie waist that adds interest. I ordered up a size because that was what was available and they fit great, so they may run a bit small.

Absolutely loved these pants! The material is buttery and amazing - felt so much like real leather. The waste was tighter than the hip area, not crazy small, but did suck me in! Pants didn't crease after sitting down and held their shape all day. I see myself renting these once a month and trying all sorts of different shoe/top pairings.

These are hands down the best faux leather pant I have tried yet. They are so soft you would think they are real. I loved the neutral color and the interesting waist tie detail. They can be dressed up or down. They also gave a nice soft lining inside. Definitely rent these.

Loved everything about this style, except it runs small so size up! Super high waisted, thick pleather material, soft inside and well lined for a cooler night out. Must have a tight top to wear with, otherwise it looks odd. Loved it

I sized up in these pants, wore a black bodysuit with it. Got so many compliments on them. They are forgiving if you size up and the tie helps to conceal anything you want to cover.

I wanted to rent these for a while and was so glad to see them in my size! They fit TTS but are a fitted shape - they would have looked funny in a size up (big in the wrong places). The leather is super soft and they're lined! Lots of compliments.

I am keeping these! They are lined, warm and a soft faux leather to swoon for. I rented them for a La Reina de Sur themed birthday party but feel like they can be paired nicely for any time of year or occasion. I live in CA so it is almost always the same temp - it is all about what top and shoes to understand what time of year it is by a photo. The pants did not need to be hemmed at all and worked well for me with heels or flats. I am 5'4. This is super exciting!

Loved these Jonathon Simkhai faux leather pants. I wore them to work and paired them with a BA&SH beige sweater. They were a bit long on me, but a cuff held since they were a bit heavier. If you're in between sizes I recommend sizing up and utilizing the tie waist. They were super warm so would advise renting in the winter months!

Really wanted to buy this dress. I had so many compliments on it and loved how flowy it was. It is heavier on the bottom than it looks and was pulling it down a lot. I ended up belting it and that worked out great. Beautiful dress and highly recommend for beach/summer/special occasion

These pants turned out so flattering on the figure! I wore 10R as was suggested by RTR, while I'm more of an 8. With my 5 feet height they were perfect length and comfortable and well put together all at the same time! Love them!

Perfect transition during this false Spring we're having in NYC (it looks beautiful but it's still chilly). Warmer pants, very soft and buttery feel, minimal stretch. Love the belt tie. Size up if things tend to fit you tightly at the waist but otherwise fits TTS.

These pants fit small but I don't regret them. I got a lot of compliments and I was impressed by how beautifully made they are. For me they fit small in the waist (I often wear size 8 pants & rented size 10, which barely fit me). Note that they're also very thick and layered (leather with several linings) so very good for cold weather, but not so much for warmer weather.

I kept these buttery leatherette for more than a month. The neutral color goes with many tops in my closet. Must rent! Size 4 fits perfectly with 27" waist.

This pant is perfect for petite frames. If you have trouble finding pants that fit on RTR, then this one to try!

Fits true to size, the only tricky thing is getting the tie part to look like what it does in the picture. I definitely will be renting these again!

I want to own these! Absolutely loved. Made my butt look amazing! The statement bow was so cute and covered a little crotch bunch (which I think is unavoidable with a lose fitted faux leather pant).

Super cute faux leather pants, looked great paired with a tucked in flowy red top. They were also really comfortable! Figure flattering, I think they look better from the back! ;-)

These pants don't make that awkward "swish" sound when you walk! They are super soft and can elevate even a t-shirt. They also are lined so they keep you warm during these colder months!

The pants run small so size up one size. RTR didn't have the larger size so I had to leave the top of the pants somewhat open. You just can't tell because of the well placed tie. Everything about these pants--fit, thickness, structure, comfort, color--is perfect. I wish I could own these.

I could have been more adventurous with my shirt choice but didn't want to take away from these chic pants. They are higher waisted because of the tie but I didn't have that muffin smuggler look like I usually would with a higher pant. I liked them!

These leather waist tie pants add a nice textural element to my minimal work wardrobe. They're comfortable, but the pant closure definitely fits snug so be sure to check the waist measurements. Material is high quality the faux leather is nice to the touch (lined inside with fabric). For reference I'm 25-26" waist and they fit great in the leg and tight in the waist. Lots of compliments and pair great with a blazer and sandals.

Great soft buttery material. Ran slightly small- I want to try the 6, hopefully it is not a huge size difference. Would definitely consider buying these

High quality pants that look like real leather. But no stretch. Thick material, and lined, so not good for warm weather at all. I'm a pretty standard 10, but RTR recommended the 12 and they were right. The tie belt is a big feature, you'll want a close fitting shirt tucked in to show it off.

Loved these. Versatile (good for work or play, with light or dark colors), thick but somewhat breathable (never overheated), nice amount of stretch/movement but didn't get stretched out, lovely texture, nice milky tan color. I'm between a 4 and 6, and probably could have size down (these were HUGE on my waist, and the waist tie didn't do much to keep them up... also bunched up the waist band underneath), but in a light color, I did not want them to be too tight.

The pants are just ok to me - not very flattering if you have a belly and I usually hover between 8-10 and I should've gotten these in an 8!

They're not high waisted like they look on the model and if you don't have long skinny legs or if you have hips, don’t even bother wasting a rental on these. They're also super thick. The leather is nice they're just too thick

I loved these! Slightly small around the legs but the waist tie helps adjust fit.

Adored these pants. Quality is great. They are WARM so definitely better for winter / cold days. I'm 5'3" and the length was perfect when paired with heels. Several times, I paired them with a white silk blouse and white duster cardigan and got several compliments.
