Definitely go up one size! The fabric is stretchy but also snug because of the corset so it’s almost like shapewear is built in. Comfy to dance in and when I tell you I got non stop compliments all night! I’d purchase it if I could!

I’m petite and this was short enough not to drag on the ground but could be worn by tall people as well. The boning in the bodice kept everything cinched and snatched! Love love love this dress!

Fabric is thick, stretchy and high quality. Snug on the chest as I'm a 40DD so I didn't wear a bra, the dress totally supported my bust line and great for hiding the tummy. Very comfortable fit. Loved it.

I really liked this dress - it’s super flattering. The top has almost like a bustier built in which means it creates a curvy figure, without being too tight or revealing of any body part in specific. I really liked the length as well, and the ruffles down the front were a unique detail. I got so many freaking compliments on it as well which never hurts!

The fit was true to size for me. I ordered a 12 and 14 just in case my true to size didn't work for me. The top is a bustier and was a bit snug but I felt it complimented by body and fit. Highly recommend it for a special event.

I rented this dress for my bridal shower and it was the perfect mix of classy and fun! I am petite and the 0 fit me perfectly. It was a little longer on me because I am short, but I didn't mind at all. So many compliments and I felt comfortable and beautiful!

Overall the dress fit well especially in the bust. Interior corset that provides very good support. Was able to go bra less. Was perfect for the event.

Corset style dress will help you get a waist but if you have a lower pooch; be ready for the sticks of the corset to poke the lower pooch while seating. I wore a maxi dress spandex under it and it helped. Letting the sticks just slipped.

I wore this to a wedding, and I got so many compliments and questions asking where I bought it! It fit well, there was structure and boning to hold me up, but I did opt for a strapless bra. It was a sweltering summer day, but the dress wasn't too heavy. I did have to size up for comfort; I'm usually a 12/14 and I'm pretty sure I wore the 16. I was worried it would be too light or white for the event with the pale pink base. But after I played up the red pattern with a red lip, earrings, and purse, it was perfect!

I absolutely loved this dress. It does run smaller. I ordered a 6 and an 8. I wore the 8 just to be more comfortable but I’m usually a 4. I can see how the design could be unflattering for some shapes. It does make your lower stomach look bigger than it is. I got lots of compliments and it was easy to dance in all night!

What a lovely dress. I never wear strapless dresses because of how annoying they are to constantly pull up, but bc of the structure of the dress it held up really nicely and I didn't have to worry about it at all. You can totally wear it with no bra bc the structure keeps everything together. Like other reviewers mentioned, this dress runs pretty small. I'm usually a 0 or 2 and I had to wear a 4. Got several compliments and I felt romantic in this dress, the cut is just so feminine.

I’m 5’7, 129 lbs, small waist and big chest and rear. This dress was so flattering, the inside bodice fit snug and held up the top. I’m the ruffles looked great with movement, walking and dancing. Photographed well and I got so many compliments. Wish I could wear it again!

I loved this dress! I wore it for my cousins wedding which was an all day and all night affair. I felt comfortable walking around and dancing in it, although sitting was a bit uncomfortable because of the boning/ stays-like interior layer. I danced all night and after dinner I was bloated so I felt it was tighter after that. For my busty ladies out there who understand the struggles of wearing strapless— you will still have to pull the dress up if you raise your arms or do anything other than just stand there. :) The dress is a bit heavy but feels good on. Overall very happy with this dress and RTR experience.

Super cute dress, very fun skirt and fitted corset bodice was flattering. Read the reviews that said to size up and thank goodness - am typically a 0 and wore the 2 for this dress which was a tight squeeze. No way I would’ve fit into a 0. The 4 would’ve worked as well for a looser fit but ended up being too long so used the 2, but plan to go up 1-2 sizes from your baseline!

this dress was PERFECT! I’m rly glad i read reviews first bc it defo runs small — i am almost always a 0 but had to rly suck in to zip up the 2 but once on it was absolutely perfect and fit like a glove ( and i was even able to eat a big meal in it). wore it to an outdoor wedding and it was so comfortable to dance the nite away in! so well-made, too — the fabric is heavy without being constricting, hides lumps and bumps but shows off your curves. love love love

This dress is amazing. The sweetheart strapless neckline to the flutter of frantic that follows the dress to the bottom. The boning structure in the top was short enough that it didn’t dig into my sides. I was concerned about that as I am on the shorter side but it was no issue. I receive many compliments on this dress and plan to buy it!!

This dress appears fussy but the boning is so well done that I did not have to tug and pull at it once. There's enough give in the fabric to dance. This is possibly my favorite dress I've ever worn. Beware that it runs about a size small though so order up!

I loved this dress! I rented a 4 for a wedding and thought it was a perfect fit. Didn't need to wear a bra and was snug and perfect up top for dancing all night. I'm tall and have a long torso and the boning went to my natural waist which was perfect. Would rent again

I got so many compliments on this beautiful dress! I felt elegant, confident and sexy! I read all the reviews and decided to size up 2 sizes. So glad I did as I am a 34G. Danced all night (including jumping) and managed to stay in my dress. The dress has incredible boning at the top half, so you could easily go sans bra. I ended wearing a bustier and spanx to smooth everything out. The red shoes brought out the polka dot and made the outfit more sassy. Would love to own this one day!

This dress is a special one! Received many compliments. Loved the ruffles, the material is thick and high quality and it is flattering from pretty much every angle! I noted that it runs small because there is a corset inside the top portion which initially was digging into me while trying on. I thought it would have me feeling super uncomfortable through sitting & dancing, but it actually didn't end up bothering me at all... At only 5'1", it was longer on me than it should be for the style, but I didn't mind. I would absolutely rent this one again, it was hard to say goodbye!
