Loved this dress and received so many compliments on it! It is a little big in the chest band, but can easily put two sided tape to help keep it up! This dress was so luxe and I felt gorgeous the whole night!

Don’t wear this unless you want to get compliments ALL NIGHT. The most stunning dress I’ve ever worn. Unfortunately I was between sizes on this one- it does run a little small but for me it wasn’t a perfect fit in the chest in the 10 (too small, my average size) or 12 (too big). Thankfully there’s great internal structure and a secondary closure inside to keep it up. All that didn’t matter for the dress looking stunning however- I have literally never gotten so many compliments on anything I’ve worn. You’ll feel like you stepped out of a glamorous old movie. The make on this dress is just simply 10/10 and you don’t see this style ever so it makes a huge splash when you wear it. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

Beautiful dress. I wore this for graduation. Did not see any imperfections. There is an additional corset at the chest area that I did not notice until I took the dress off…which probably would have helped with the sliding. Dress is perfect for standing and moving. However, since it is a corset style dress, it can be uncomfortable if sitting for an extended period of time if it is something that you are not use to. For size purposes. I am 5’4.5 Small chest I am between pear and straight & narrow Between 140-155lbs Usually a size 6 but a size 8 in this fit better as I had to go up a size.

Got so many compliments on this dress! The length is perfect and it's so easy to accessorize and dress up. Would definitely get your normal size and an extra size up if you have a bigger chest. Otherwise it's very comfortable!

This dress was a perfect choice! The top fit snug, almost like a corset. This was perfect for me, as I have a small waist and not very busty. Once zipped, I didn't have to worry about it moving let alone falling down. LOL The pockets were a wonderful addition. The fabric has a very rich appearance and feel. I received numerous compliments (including a woman actually feeling the dress as she commented on the fabric). Very pleased with this rental.

I am small chested and heeded the advice of others reviews on RTR by ordering up a size for the chest and I’m so glad I did. I wore a size 6 and have a 32A cup and it was still a bit tight around my chest. Other than that no complaints! Wish I could live in that dress, I got so many compliments.

Got so many compliments in this gown. It is such a classic, classy look that can be styled in a multiresistente of ways. Loved the overall fit of the dress, however the bust is a bit tight so I would not suggest this for women with bigger chests.

The material is different and cuter than I expected! It has texture. The bustier lines on the top are adorable and adds a nice flare. Extra support/clasps underneath for shaping around the top. Loved it

This dress was amazing. Fit well. Sooo well made. Very secure on the bust. Thick, flowy, lined fabric. Fun to accessorize. I really was transported to another time and place and had a ball dancing all night in this dress. It felt very elegant and I wish I owned it!

The drop waist is a huge plus since it gives you room to breathe without needing spanx or shape-wear to support you since it flows outward naturally. The built in corset is a plus, however if you have any chest at all it will be tight- but secure. The corset extend to just above your naval. I’m usually a size 8. I rented both 8 and 10. The 10 was a tad too big towards the drop waist and made my hips look extremely wide. The 8 fit very snug but felt supportive. I have barely any hips, very athletic build and this made me feel like I had a figure for once! Great dress would love to rent it again!

i ordered my usual size (size 4) and the dress fit perfectly! if you have a larger bust i would size up. i am 32A for reference and had to wear a couple pieces of fashion tape for extra security. i could’ve worn a strapless bra but then found it to be too tight so there isn’t much wiggle room. i am 5’3 and this dress hit a few inches above my ankle. didn’t fit quite as midi as it does on the model but perfect for petite women. got so many compliments and found it perfect for a formal wedding. wore a shawl during the ceremony to cover up a bit.

Loved this dress! Was told that I looked like Audrey Hepburn!! Only qualm is that it was tight tight in the bust, but otherwise it was perfect!

Never been complimented more on a dress. Its a great dress for a wedding or formal event. I would get a backup size though. The bust is really small.

Wore this to a black tie wedding and received many compliments. It was a little snug around the chest area because there is a built in bustier. I would recommend sizing up for comfort. I am usually a size 0 or 2 but I went with the size 4 for this dress.

I wore this to a formal wedding reception and got glowing compliments! I'm 5'2" and this dress hit just above my ankles. The zipper got stuck about an inch to closing but it was not a big deal bc the corset lining hid skin. The bust is tight: good for small chested girls like myself, but size up if bustier.

This dress was the Perfect length and perfect size! I thought it would be too tight but the 6 fit so nicely. Wasn’t falling down, had rubber on the top to help hold it up. Has pockets too!

Love love loved this dress! Needed a super last minute formal gown to wear to a fundraiser event. The dress was beautifully made and the built in corset was perfect (added bonus for the pockets!) I will say I have a smaller sized chest and that was the only part of the dress that was super tight, bigger chested ladies beware! Overall wonderful dress and would totally order again!

This was absolutely beautiful. The dress is so well made, there's and interior lining/bustier type of thing that clips up before you zip the dress which adds helpful support. I also love the shape with the low waist. It was comfortable and fun to sit, stand and dance! Highly recommend.

Stunning dress with beautiful lines, fabric and construction. Built in bra with silicone beading at top to keep it up if you go strapless. Got lots of compliments. Pockets in side seam I discovered halfway thru the night! My only complaint is although I would say the dress is true to size the top was quite snug on me and I am small breasted. The straps are thin bra straps and kind of useless. Wish they had more substantial straps. Other than that loved this dress. It’s a classic.

first things first - the dress is gorgeous! the material is amazing, the drop waist is flattering. I was getting compliments all night. the only downside, I did not listen to the reviews. I was like okay I’m small chested, I will be fine w my normal size. the dress barely zipped up. I was stuffed on in there all night with no room to breathe. so YES get this dress immediately, but please, to save yourself, size up!!

Couldn't zip the last two inches so I used a tartan sash to cover (this was for a Scottish dinner). Loved the pockets, the length and the fabric.

I almost wore this to a work event, but the bust was really tight ( couldn’t wear a bra) and the waist was loose - sort of a weird fit but so classy!!

this dress is beautiful! BUT I'm normally a 2 on top and I'm a 34B...I could barely zip this top. The proportions are also so strange as the corset doesn't continue down below through the midriff and the waist is not fitted (it actually goes out). I ended up adding a tie to create a little waist.

I loved this dress and it was perfect for my event (a Masquerade that required formal attire). The dress definitely runs small, particularly around the chest for me. O

I sized up per recommendations that the chest area is snug but the overall sizing is just off. The 6 fit in the chest but was baggy in the waist which lead to just too much skirt. I think I really would have liked it had it been nice and snug in the waist. The fabric is nice and thick and it's overall a pretty dress. I did not end up wearing this to my event.

I got tons of compliments on this dress! It’s beautiful and the jacquard pattern is subtle but gives a nice texture effect. My only complaint—and this might be an individual issue—is although it was fitting and tight enough in the bust, it kept creeping down throughout the evening and I had to yank it up pretty frequently (not cute). It might be just me because I have a wide ribcage and small bust, so if that describes you, buy some dress tape for extra stick!! Otherwise, the bust has an inner corset lining that is buttoned separately under the zipper that gives it a snug fit.

I loved wearing this dress, it was super comfortable and just right for a formal wedding in November. The mattelasse fabric is so nice and heavy-weight which makes it ideal for travel (no wrinkles). In terms of fit, I found that the top runs small but the rest of the dress is more generous due to the drop waist. Once in the bustier and zipped, the dress fit pretty tightly. I ordered a 4 and 6 and wore the 4. No need for a bra. Highly recommend for a formal wedding in cooler weather.

Loved this dress and felt super classy. It was definitely a bit difficult to breathe in all night. I don’t think it would work super well for people with bigger chests unfortunately!

I would say size up if you can since the bust is so tight with a built in corset.

The dress wasn’t flattering because the larger size made me look wider than I am. I think the right size would have been very flattering. I was sad I wasn’t able to wear it, the material and style are really nice in person.
