Loved this dress so much, it’s so flattering, and I was shocked I didn’t need a bra or any other support for it! 10/10 would rent again

I rented this dress for a wedding in New Orleans. I rented the 6L and the 8, and ended up wearing the 6L. I have a small waist with a rather large behind and 34DDD breasts, so it's difficult to find dresses that fit my butt and waist and hold the "girls" in. This dress is IT! It has a full built-in bra with an adjustable back strap - a REAL adjustable bra! I wish all of my dresses had this feature! The cinched waist fit perfectly, and the length was perfect with a pair of 3" heels (I am 5'8"). We danced the night away and I never had a problem with popping out of the top. The only somewhat negative thing I can say is that the straps are a bit snug around your arms, so you can't really raise your arms very high. It was never really an issue though. Rent this dress!

This dress was AMAZING. It was incredibly flattering but also very forgiving. My only complaint was that the straps made it difficult to raise my arms very high. The built in bra added enough support that I didn't have to worry about finding a strapless bra that wouldn't show! I was incredibly comfortable in it and received compliments on it all night. I was honestly sad to have to send it back!

I ordered the dress to wear to a formal wedding. I absolutely love this dress!! It fit my curves and really gave me a waist. I did wear spanxs with the dress, but you honestly can get away with out them. I got complements all night and felt super glamorous. Fit: This dress fit great! It really gave me an hour glass figure. It had enough stretch to not be uncomfortable when eating or when walking. Pros: The built in bra was great. I'm a 38D and I didn't have to wear a bra. The dress wasn't heavy at all. It is such a show stopper that minimal accessories were needed. The long was a perfect length for me. Cons: I did notice I had to pull the dress up a lot. I probably could have gone with a 14L for a better fit in the bra area, but this was minor for me. The underwire at the top of the dress also seemed to be sticking up a bit. Not in a way that was uncomfortable. Other people mentioned the sleeves, so I was prepared. I didn't have much trouble lifting my arms.

Fit good. Some mentioned not being able to move their arms in this dress. I didn’t find this to be an issue.

I wore this for a black tie wedding and loved it. I'm 5'4" and 145 lbs. It fit very comfortably and I didn't worry at all about it sliding down around the bust. The shape was so flattering and the length was perfect for me with about a 3" heel. Definitely recommend!

This dress was so flattering! Note if you're usually a dancing queen at weddings, this might not be the dress for you as the shoulder sleeves are pretty tight, but I love the look regardless!

Great material, shoulders can definitely still move, and so sleek on the body. Lots of compliments. The front slit makes way for showing lots of leg when sitting/dancing/walking/posing, haha. Wore for a black tie wedding.

I have been renting from RTR for a few years now and I’ve loved many dresses but this one takes the cake. I felt comfy AND sexy and never wanted to take it off. I felt like it ran true to size and the length was not an issue. I am 5’5” and wore 2 inch heels.

Really gorgeous, elegant dress. No bra required (for me at least). I loved it except for (1) it is difficult to move your arms and (2) there was a plastic part in the back that was poking out of the dress support structure that scratched my back (scratches were bleeding by the end of the night.... ouch). I would hope that #2 was only the case for my individual dress and not all of them.

This dress is your go to for any formal affair. I had gained some weight and this dress was flattering and comfortable. So many compliments & I felt very pretty in it. It is very well made and I highly recommend!

I received a lot of compliments on this dress! The rouching (sp?) on the front made it very flattering even for my not flat tummy after having a baby a few months ago! The length seemed fairly short since I ordered the long and wore it with flats although I am 5'8" which I wouldn't consider incredibly tall.

Your dance moves may suffer from a limited range of arm movement, but this dress is a stunner.

I liked this dress a lot. I used it for engagement photos. Pros: sexy slit, functional, classic Cons: I wish it was a little longer for regular, could've went up a size, and I couldn't really move my arms. Overall I looked and felt great in the dress!

I ordered this as a backup (which worked out, because RTR messed up the order for my first option) for a bridesmaid dress. It's a simple, elegant, long, black dress. Can't go wrong.

Rented this for a black tie gala. Dress was beautiful and flattering but if you are bigger on top as I am, it’s going to show. was able to go without a bra. Arm bands were pretty constricting. You can’t really raise your arms up. Because there was no dancing at my event, it wasn’t really a big deal for me. Received lots of compliments

Ok, I really wanted this to work! Especially because of the fabric in front I thought I would be so comfortable in it. Well as others said, I should have listened, the sleeves were SO tight! It wasn’t a dancing event, so I thought maybe I could make it work! Nope! Even with my arms down it was digging in and so obvious. On top of that, one of the breast pads was rolled and there wasn’t a hole to reach in and fix it! So this was a total bummer because the dress is so pretty and had so much potential

So I'm pretty tall but even the long was a midi on me. The straps are pretty constricting but overall the dress was very comfortable and easy to wear all night. Part of the accessories it was a team party.

This was my first time using RTR, I rented this dress in 2L for a black tie wedding. I was a little nervous as I just had a baby 4 months ago and haven't lost all my weight. 5'3 120lbs. I loved everything about this dress! And it even arrived 2 days early. I will be using RTR again.

I am normally an 8, and after reading other reviews, I opted to order the 10. I'm 5'2, and the length was perfect with 3" heels. Others mentioned difficulty moving their arms, but I was comfortable. This dress was a dream!

I felt so sexy and confident in this dress. Definitely giving off Marilyn Monroe vibes at the wedding. I have 36E chest so there was definite cleavage, but I didn't mind it. The long was a perfect length for me with heels. I would definitely rent again for future events! IG: @noellevenegas

I wore this dress to a black tie optional wedding. It fit me perfectly (was about 120lb. in photo), but ran on the long side even with 4 inch heels. I love it and felt elegant and stunning.

I felt elegant, classy and sexy in this dress. I wore it for a black tie birthday party and highly recommend/would rent again. It hugs at the rib cage, accentuating curves - if you have an hourglass shape you'll love that about this dress! The quality is excellent. The material was so nice that you won't need any smoothing/body shape wear - it hid it all! No need to worry about how you'll look after you eat. It had more than enough support to not need a bra (built in support/bra). Enjoy this beautiful gown.

Rented this for a formal gala last minute. Hopefully i can find heels high enough so it won't drag. Pretty elegant! Can't lift arms higher than shoulders

I am between a size 8 and 10 but they only had an 8 available so I went with that. I got long since I am 6'0, 170 lbs. The length was good and it hit my curves in the right places for my hourglass/athletic figure. I probably would have worn the 10 if I had it since the straps were a bit constraining on my arms but still a wonderful dress.

This dress was amazing! I felt like a princess wearing this dress. It does run small so I had to size up for this one. Do not recommend for dancing because I had to keep pulling up my dress constantly. Also the zipper is difficult to put up because of the material. Other than that I had no problems and my pictures cam out great. Would definitely get it again!

This dress is a little confining but otherwise a great option for any black tie or formal affair. I got tons of compliments and the stretchy fabric helped ensure it zipped past my broad rib cage and apple shape.

This was the first dress I tried on, and I loved it! The fit was just right, and super comfortable for an all-night special occasion.

This dress fit great. No problem getting it zipped up and secure. I’m surprised the Long was not really that long but it worked with my not too terribly high heels. I’ll say that the bust area kind of bunches up weird which I didn’t love - looked like it was pointing out in the wrong places but probably only noticeable to me. Not sure I’d rent it again but I did feel beautiful for the night and got tons of compliments.

Absolutely loved this dress. So flattering. The top provides great support. I am 5'1 and was able to dance all night with this dress. So comfortable. The arm sleeves were sort of just but nothing that bothers and i was still able to move freely in it and dance plenty of salsa. Redifines the little black dress!!
