Im pretty chesty and i thought i could get away w it after reading the reviews, but it was falling off me all night long. It fits normally everywhere else except for the chest (so i couldnt wear the smaller size) which is just massive and i have no idea why. This was my backup dress and i wish i had gotten the one i originally ordered. (Unfortunately most of my 2017 rentals were my backup dress)

I wore this dress to a wedding & holy cow. I got tons and tons of compliments, and I felt stunning all night long. The fit was true to size, and it was actually quite flattering as someone with wide hips. The fabric was rougher than I'd imagined, but it didn't bother me. The length made the dress feel appropriate for a wedding despite being strapless and quite fitted. My only complaint was the slit in the back was starting to fray- likely just due to wear and tear. It was a little thing but also could be fixed quite easily.

Fits rather snug. I wear a 6 normally but went with the 8. Beautiful blue color and great length.

This seemed less fitted than other reviews suggested. Normally I would wear an 8 or 10 but went up in size because other reviews said it was very fitted. As it happened they only had this available in a 12 when I rented so I took it. Overall very flattering. One annoying detail is the hanger straps RTR inserts in all their dresses are sewed in too high in this one and they tend to make their way out of the top of the dress pretty frequently so that was annoying. Otherwise I loved the dress and fabric. The boning helped with shape and to keep the strapless style from sliding down. Also this was worn to a fall wedding and the fabric was perfect weight.

I rented this for a mid-September wedding. I rented both the 4 and 6. The 4 fit me perfectly, but was a little big up top. It's structured enough that I didn't have to worry about it falling down. My strapless bra showed in the back so I wore a sticky bra instead. I received many compliments on this dress. My only issue with this dress is that it got wrinkly after I sat down for the ceremony. If you rent this, definitely steam it right before wearing it!

This dress was great! I'm a 34D and this is the first strapless dress I've been able to wear without a bra, no slipping no pulling. Fits true to size, you can see in my second photo (post-meal) that the waist looks a bit snug. Since the fabric has no stretch, it stays put, but may be unforgiving for others. I had the best time in it though, and would definitely consider renting again! (Also, this dress showed up with the jewelry and clutch I rented beautifully and carefully wrapped, I felt like a celebrity getting to unpack it all!)

Dress was great and comfortable. Tighter around the hips as most bodycon dresses are. I'm 5'6" around 145 lbs. The stomach area was a little loose which I didn't mind. The bust area however was very tight I'm a 34c so I was not able to wear a bra although it appeared to have one built in anyways. Perfect for the occasion!

This was a great dress. I am usually between a 2 and 4 due to my hips so I went with the 4 in order to give me more room when sitting for the rehearsal dinner and so it wouldn't appear to pull. I am 5'8 so the length was great and I matched it with the recommended earrings that were brown and blue jeweled for an extra $5. I usually don't wear a bra being a full C but the fabric was fine enough that you would need to make sure you have some kind of undergarments. This was my first experience with RTR and it was a great one! Took a ton of stress off of me and felt great the day of the event.

I was right between sizes so I wore the bigger one to be a little more comfortable. The material was a little wrinkly when it arrived but nothing a little ironing couldn't fix. It was a little longer than expected but I didn't mind. I loved this dress and felt great in it! Would definitely recommend!

The dress is a tad longer than expected, but could be my height. I am 5.7 and it fell an inch or two below my knees. It's a very classic look. I ordered a 10, but because of my hips it was too snug. I went with my backup size (12) to feel more comfortable but it was a tad loose on top. I wore a bra with it to help fill it up, but you certainly don't need a bra with the dress. Overall I would definitely order it again!! Highly recommend!

This dress was perfect, especially since it was last minute.. very complimentary color, wonderful fit. Wore the larger size (12) so it could accommodate a strapless bra, but very comfortable. Had it on all night long (5+ hour wedding& reception and then out after) would absolutely recommend and wear again

This dress fit like a glove! First of all, anytime I don't have to wear a bra is a win. The material was thick enough that I didn't have to wear a bra and even though it was strapless, I didn't have to worry about it sliding down or opening on the sides. I have a curvier bottom half so it got a little tight when I had to walk up some stairs, but dancing was super easy. It allowed for optimal fun and my confidence was through the roof! I got SO many compliments on it from the fit to the color. 10/10 would rent again!

I rented this for a rehearsal dinner. I wore a size 0 which is what I typically wear. Overall the fit was great, the top was slightly loose but wasn't an issue. I'm 5'0 so I was a bit nervous about the length but it was perfect. Absolutely loved this & got so many compliments

I loved this dress and wasn't expecting it to be as flattering as it turned out to be. For someone who doesn't have abs at all, this dress held in everything and looked great from all angles. Paired with heels, i achieved a nice slimming look. Regarding the fit, it was tight around the bust and waist and was looser towards the bottom. A little bit hard to sit in, but what else would you expect from a tighter form fitting dress? Material isn't stretchy but once you are zipped in you are ready to go!

I was so skeptical at first because this was my first time using RTR, but I'm SO glad this was my first dress! The pictures don't even do the dress justice, it's just so chic and elegant. ! I'm usually a 2-4, more of a 4, but this 2 fit me like a glove. I wear a small 34B and the bust fit well, but there was still room if I did have a bigger bust. I got so many compliments throughout the night!

The fit for me was perfect. It was slightly snug at the top but that just meant I didn't have to pull up the dress all day. I expected the material of the dress to be more starchy and stiff but it was the opposite. I wanted the stiffness to hold the body but instead it looked wrinkly and loose at the bottom. Aside from that it was a great dress.

Was very comfortable, thicker material and loved the structure and seam detail at the waist that was very flattering. It runs pretty true to size, though I think it's been stretched out a bit from previous rentals. The chest area was a little on the big side, I kept having to adjust it up when dancing. I wore it with turquoise tassle earings and some simple bangles to let the dress stand on it's own.

I wore this dress to a wedding. I have pear shape body, so I had a little room in the top part of the dress. I wore a strapless bra with padding to help. I paired the dress with silver jewelry and a silver shawl. I liked the boning within the waist of the dress, it created a nice structure. The material was thicker than I expected, which helped to cover the small rolls and smoothed everything out. The material was similar to the texture of an elastic waistband, but not tight, just stretchy. Can't go wrong with this!

Loved this dress! The color is amazing for spring/summer season. I ordered a 2 & 4. The 2 fit perfectly on the upper half of my body but was extremely tight around my backside and thighs. The 4 fit perfectly, however it was a little baggy in the stomach and bust area since I am smaller in that aspect. This dress really showed off all my curves in the BEST way and I got so many compliments on it. Also, very comfortable material as well - easy to dance to!

I ordered this dress for my college graduation. I'm usually a 6 but ended up wearing the 8 because it was looser around my hips and easier to maneuver in. It was my first order from rent the runway and it looked and felt great in all my photos.

I rented this dress for a spring wedding. It held up great! I have a fuller bottom and the cut of this dress provided enough room without being overly tight. I got a ton of compliments. The color is so unique! I see this dress in several other colors on RTR and would definitely rent this dress again.

The wire in the bust makes the dress form fitting and gives a nice shape. The length was really flattering and hit in the right places even on a short girl

The top was a little big for a size 2. Nothing a VS Bombshell Bra can't fix. Beautifully snug around the waist. Be careful bending down and getting in and out of a car because it's tight(er) than most dresses around the legs.

This dress was so great. Simple strapless style but with a fun geometric neckline and flattering geometric seams in the front that I didn't even appreciate when I chose it from the online pics. Despite being petite, I have a muscular back and shoulders (and size 32D chest) and for that reason can be between a size 4 & a 6 depending on the style (especially with a strapless number like this) but if anything I would have preferred a 2, the 4 kind of slipped down through the night but it still worked and I just wore a strapless bra to help add bulk and keep it up but if I wasn't trying to use it to help keep the dress up, I otherwise could have gone without it. Great rental and would rent it again

I was nervous at first being that there weren't any reviews when I placed this order. But this dress turned out to be perfect!! I am a B cup and I was able to wear this dress without a bra. I felt very comfortable. My waist was snatched! Yes it bunched a little at the waist from when I was sitting, but that is also due to the fact that I have high hip bones and a little butt. So the dress doesn't fall back down easily without a little pull. Fabric was perfect. Not a heavy fabric, but is solid and not sheer at all. I did not get hot at all after a afternoon of dancing. Definitely recommend ordering your normal size and one size down just in case.

I wore this dress for a garden wedding in Jamaica! I was concerned about it being to heavy of a material but it wasn't uncomfortable at all with the heat. I usually wear a size 4 and the 2 fit very well, almost loose. Loved the color!

I rented a 4 and 6 for a wedding and it was extremely flattering! The 6 was too big so I ended up wearing the 4 even though it was a little too tight around my thighs. The color is beautiful, it's perfect for a summer wedding!!

Loved this dress for my bridal shower, received so many compliments on the unique color and style. Definitely form fitting, but in a flattering way. The back of the dress seemed to have a panel added that messed with the slit a little, but it wasn't noticeable. Already thinking about renting again for my rehearsal dinner.

I loved this dress- it is beautifully made. I got compliments on the dress and color all night and my boyfriend loved how it looked on my figure. I typically wear a size 4 but am glad I got my backup size in a 2 because I ended up wearing it! The 4 looked baggy and a bit wrinkly. By the end of the event the 2 also looked wrinkly and creased which I didn't love. It was also a little too long for my taste.

I loved this dress, everyone complimented me all night! Only issue was that the dress had been worn many times, with some signs of wear in the construction. Otherwise a fantastic dress!

I rented this as a last minute option for a wedding and was super happy with it! I was nervous it might be too tight given some of the reviews about the skirt part being tight...and while it's true that there is not a lot of give, it still was comfortable enough to dance, sit, etc. It is a fairly unforgiving fabric so I would recommend some spanx or "lady smoothers" as my friend calls them. The sillouette is slimming and classy, and the geometric neckline adds the small something special that it needs. My only issue was the neckline was a little loose/unstructured...it probably could have been solved with some pressing but I was a little bummed RTR didn't send it well pressed.

This dress is great and comfortable to wear! The top is made for bustier women so double sided tape was my friend. Overall it's a great dress, formal enough for a wedding but still fun and young. I recommend this for larger chested women (something I am not) as this dress provides good coverage!
