gorgeous color and flows in the breeze, instant elegance! only negative would be that the silk does come a bit wrinkled, at least mine did.

A Victorian lady with a loooow neckline. The color is one of my favorites, but it is a little more purple in person. The sleeves and medium-weight fabric make it exceptional for a Fall wedding, and very romantic. I paired it with gold heels and an Opening Ceremony handbag to give it a bit more edge. The skirt is very swishy and silky, and the length was perfect. One of the best rentals yet.

The dress fit true to size. You will definitely need fashion tape for the deep V or else you will pop out no doubt. Other than that the dress was great and I would definitely recommend!

This dress was perfect for the hospital gala! RTR only had a long left, but with some super high heels, it turned out perfect! Make sure to tape the girls in, though...and bring some with you to reapply through the night. Other than that, I got so many compliments, and will probably order the dress again, or maybe in a different color! Absolutely approve!

This dress was perfect for my husband's annual company awards banquet. I got so many compliments and the color and cut of the dress was so flattering. It hides all the flaws but is still sexy. I felt super glamorous, like old Hollywood! The RTR staff was incredible as usual... when my first size choice was returned damaged by the previous renter, they allowed me to choose TWO other dresses to try! I didn't end up needing them though... even though I had to wear the next size up, it fit like a glove and from the moment I put it on I knew it was THE dress. (But it DID take a lot of the stress away by having those extra options.) Be prepared with LOTS of fashion tape, and give yourself an extra chunk of time getting ready as you'll have to really tape yourself into this dress. TOTALLY worth it though! Best rental yet.

I LOVED THIS DRESS!!! I felt so glamorous all night! Dress was VERY comfy! I ended going up a size because the other one had a stain. Gave me a little extra room which was nice, but not necessarily needed. I would say it fits true to size.

First rental! Wore for my engagement photos. The color was amazing especially against the snow! The 10 was perfect, maybe even a little big in the tummy. Went out dancing later and received many compliments! Stayed in place with fashion tape, and worked well on a small bust! Would HIGHLY recommend!

For the night is dark and full of terrors. And of cleavage. Went to a Game of Thrones themed company holiday party and though I feel like I'm more a Varys, the eunuch look wasn't formal enough. So I prayed to the Lord of Light, and felt the red fire burned within me. I didn't want to look like I put on a costume, but had a very elegant interpretation of a costume without having a wardrobe malfunction. The dress had an elegant robe look, and the long sleeves just made all the difference to balance the scandalous quotient of the deep V. Rib/waist was initially a bit tight but felt loosened up after 2 minutes. Now, the v-neck. O, what I did to my pair of dragon eggs to make sure they nested safely in that deep V. I used duct tape on the other side of each boob for side lift, used a breast lift sticker on boob center for nip slip insurance, and then fashion tape on the trim/edge to stick to my skin.

I wore this dress as my maid of honor dress at my sisters wedding. I'm still getting compliments on this dress and it's been almost a month since I wore it! I was a little self conscious all night about my boobs popping out but they didn't! It's a risky dress that I think pays off!

Double sided sticky tape is your best friend, but the plunging neckline is a showstopper. I received compliments non-stop throughout the night. At a very large event where I recognized multiple RTR dresses, I was the only one wearing this. Unique, stunning dress, with fantastic drape and movement. Fit is true to size.

GORGEOUS dress, but I couldn't wear it because the night before I was set to receive my shipment, I found out it had been damaged, so my size 4 was unavailable. They still sent the backup size 2, but unfortunately it wouldn't fit in the best area. In the picture it's only half zipped. When it was all the way zipped, my chest was FALLING out and no tape would hold it in. The 4 would've been perfect. So sad.

The color, comfort and fit of this dress was perfect! I'm a 34DD so it was pretty risqué in the front and I had to wear fashion tape, but it was so beautiful and comfortable otherwise. The zipper was also difficult.

I wore this dress to a New Years Eve wedding, which was black tie. It was perfect for the night, festive yet formal, and I got a ton of compliments. The neckline is definitely plunging, and required cups and plenty of tape to keep it in place. If you have a larger chest you're going to want to go a size up, as I'm smaller chested and had just enough space to keep everything together. Aside from the tape the dress was very comfortable and flowy.

This dress was amazing. I had so much anxiety about it being too much, but it is beyond words amazing. I wore the 10R because the 8R I wanted wasn't available, so double sided tape and pasties were an absolute must. I loved this dress because it's so bold, so everything else (accessories, make up, hair, etc) have I be so low key. A ton of visual impact with minimal effort.

Perfect for a NYE wedding and very comfortable for dancing

Absolutely loved wearing this dress and hated to send it back! It was so comfortable to move and dance in and I received compliments all night long. Definitely requires CLEAR sticky breast lifts and breast petals plus fashion tape just to be sure there were no accidental slips, but once that was done, it was so easy to wear. The only other factor was the tie, but once I figured out how to tie it so it would stay (the material is silky so it liked to slide down) and make it look more custom, I was good to go. Both the 4 and the 6 fit, but the way the 4 fit a little more snug, it made the bottom of the chest "V" the shape of the actual "V" a little to high and wide, so I wore the 6 even though it felt a little big to begin with. I would LOVE to buy this dress and I'm sad it isn't available to rent to wear to our black tie next month.

I was definitely worried that the 0R would be too small, and it almost was. It took some help to get the zipper past the ruching at the waist, but once it was up, it was great. A little tape on the bust, and I was good to go for the night. I got a lot of compliments on the dress, and since I was officiating for the first time, it made me feel incredibly confident. I probably would have been a little more comfortable in a 2, but that was my fault for not reserving sooner. I highly recommend this dress!

I felt like a million dollars. This dress was comfortable, flattering, sexy and classy at the same time. The 8 fit perfectly. I ate, danced, and even did the limbo in this dress. Double stick fashion tape held it all in place and was essential, of course. I wear an A cup bra, and this was the so flattering because of the way the fabric is draped on the top. The bottom flows beautifully when walking and dancing. Most gorgeous dress I've ever worn. Height 5'6", weight 145lbs, bra - A cup.

This dress was gorgeous on. The color is so rich and the details are beautiful. I loved the high shoulders with the deep plunge. I wore it to a black tie wedding and had endless compliments. It fit perfectly and I used a little fashion tape to make sure there weren't any accidents. I'm 5 foot 8, rented the regular length, and wore about two-three inch heels and it was perfect. I loved it!

Rented this dress for a Silver Screen Hollywood Horror Halloween party and went as a vamped vampire. The dress was gorgeous! It was quite wrinkled upon arrival but steamed nicely. I'm large busted and after reading other reviews, I prepared with fashion tape, petals and even some duct tape...but it was worth it and I would definitely rent again.

I loved everything about the dress from the color to the length. The wedding was in D.C. so it kept me comfortable temperature wise. I did not have to wear really high heels which was a plus.

The color and material of this dress were both incredible. Felt beautiful all night. Agree with other reviews that you have to watch the bodice area and use double sided tape to prevent slips. Love that the tie around the waist helps make the dress look form-fitting even if it's a little big. My friends were joking around about pitching in to buy me the dress because it was so perfect for me. Definitely recommend!

The fit was excellent, I didn't need to wear a bra. My only con was that I am short (5'2), so i kept stepping on the dress.

Perfect fit especially for renting a bridesmaids dress. You can't really wear a regular bra with it, and I'm pretty busty, so I wore a sticky bra and used tape for extra support. I'm 5'11" and the long length wasn't available, but the bride wanted all of her bridesmaids to wear flats, so it worked out perfectly. Received lots of compliments and felt very confident. This dress is awesome!

It fits true to size and is very comfortable and lightweight. I am a 34G and I still had to keep checking to make sure nothing was slipping out. I ended up putting a scarf on later in the evening, which actually looked really cute. I would definitely steer clear of this dress if you can't fill it out in the chest or if you're used to wearing chicken cutlets to add volume or hold anything up.

This dress fit true to size with plenty of room in the hip/tush area. I wore it for a friend's fall wedding & received lots of compliments! :) The length was perfect for me, I'm 5'8" and wore 3" heels. I kept the chest/neckline in check thanks to double-sided tape and pasties.

The dress was sturdy, flattering, and moved beautifully! Could not find the proper undergarment for such a deep plunge, but was able to tape well enough to accommodate it. Tons of compliments, comfortable. Loved it!

I ordered both a 12L and 10L. I am usually a 12 but because of the low front I also ordered the 10 bc I didn't want extra fabric which would make the dress seem slouchy. The 12 fit perfect, I never bother to try the 10. I did not bother with a bra. I wore pedal pasties to keep the nips out of sight and I double-sided taped the front of the dress (1 strip from the fullest part of the breast to about 3 inches above- each side). Dress stayed in place the entire night... and trust me I danced! I loved how I looked and felt in this so the dozens of compliments were just a bonus.

I rented this dress for engagement photos and it definitely didn't disappoint! It looks beautiful on and photographs very well. The color is a silky wine and the material looks très chic. Small ruffle detail on the shoulder is a vintage detail that adds a little extra intrigue. A few things to keep in mind: the plunge on the neckline is no joke. It goes down below the bust (on me it hit at the stomach)- no room for a bra! Probably not the right dress for a wedding or conservative affair. Also, the zipper kept catching due to the material as well as its installation so I had a hard time getting it zipped (not at all because of fit). Overall a great dress and I'm pleased with the rental.

This dress is comfy, warm and generally amazing. Tape is a necessity for the chest area. I'm an A cup, so no bra necessary. Get a pair of dangly earrings and your set!

Beautiful dress!! I was a little too busty for this dress so I wore a lace bralette under!! I got so many compliments! If you are looking for a classy dress that covers your flaws this dress is for you!! Not for busty girls, unless you want to put something under like I did!!!

Oh my goodness this dress is a winner!!! I wore it for my wedding rehearsal and a pre rehearsal dinner portrait session with our photographers. I couldn't have been happier with the color, fit, and length. I did use fashion tape on the boob area and wore the chicken cutlets for a bra since it's since a low V neck.

I loved wearing this gown and felt great in it all night/got tons of compliments. I rented an 8 and a 10 because I usually end up somewhere between the two sizes and ended up in the 8, which fit perfectly (and I'm pretty hippy). I will say—get this dress shipped to you in plenty of time to have it steamed, it was super wrinkly upon arrival. Also, make sure to have fashion tape on hand, I'm extremely small chested and had to tape myself into the dress.

Love love love this dress. It flows beautifully. The long sleeve with the little puff in the shoulder is so romantic. It has a VERY deep V in the front. I slipped on my NippieSkins super quick to see how it would look. These plus some tape would do the trick to keep yourself in place! The fit is perfectly true to size. No fuss with this dress, at all. The hem line is beautiful--perfect for me with 3 inch heels to just barely skim the ground. It comes with little ribbon loops to hold up the sash, but I think it looks much more expensive if you take the sash out of the loops and just wrap them over the loops (plus the loops are not necessary when wearing the dress). I felt super beautiful in this dress, and highly recommend it for formal events coming this fall!

I loved this dress and looked amazing! However, I ordered the 10L as it was the only option left and believe I received the 10R (the tag said 10). I am 6ft tall and the dress was roughly 2 inches too short. I wore flats and you could still see my ankles if I stood tall. Additionally, I am of an athletic build, my shoulders are big. This dress cut into my armpits and caused discomfort the entire evening. I was still able to dance and move, but it was not enjoyable. I think this all could have been avoided with a larger size. With that said, the dress is beautiful and I received compliments the entire night. It is worth wearing if you get the right size!

I absolutely loved this dress, I had my eye on this dress since I first saw it and finally got to put it to good use for a masquerade formal event. The selection always seemed to be slim for sizes and sadly the 8R I originally ordered was unavailable so I decided to go with the 8L bc I like heels and was determined to wear this dress. I got compliments from literally everyone and felt sexy and classy. With all that being said, I'm a C cup and absolutely had to use dress tape or else the girls would have been out. It ran true to size so I was sadly holding up the length all night. The fabric is also heavier so I wouldn't recommend it in the warmer months. The tie around the front would not stay, so be prepared to have it hang down or to pin it in a bow. Overall gorgeous dress and I made it work because I loved the style and color so much, but if you looking for a simple slip on an go dress I wouldn't recommend this one.
