This dress was perfect for our friends NYE black tie wedding! The length was perfect with small block heels (I'm 5'6") and I received several compliments throughout the evening. I'd definitely recommend!

This dress was one of the most comfortable dresses that I tried and the most forgiving. The length was perfect for heels. I didnt end up wearing the dress because I found the front a bit plain for my taste and I didnt have any jewelry to dress it up with. This dress is very elegant and classic. I came very close to wearing it.

Dress fit perfectly despite my very curvy figure. Very deep V. I was afraid things may slip out of place, but everything stayed right where it should. Absolutely loved it

This dress was great. It was my first RTR experience and, even though there were some glitches in the plan, the experience was a great one. Very easy to use and, although my original dress could not be sent, and the size I thought I would wear in my second dress could not be sent, the smaller backup dress fit great. And, the stylist put 2 other, well picked options in my bag so I had choices. The dress is soft and very comfortable. It gives plenty of room in the chest area and gives a classy look. I got a ton of compliments. There is plenty of room in the hips too. Loved it!

This was my backup dress in a 4petite (I'm usually a 6) and it fit PERFECTLY. Very comfortable and sexy yet classy.

The fit was perfect. I'm a true size 12 but at 5'10" the length is always my worry and even with heels this was floor length! It is very low cut but I never worried about a disaster all night! There are little ruffles that almost looks like the dress is inside out on the straps but they werent noticable to anyone but me.

I am 5'4".... I got the regular length which was perfect. Standard heel and I wasnt afraid to be stepping on the dress at all. Im a C cup which was a little too small. I got inserts to fill them up and found myself wishing i had gotten the taoe to keep the edges of the dress in place.... although it really wasnt necessary, just to give me peace of mibd. Otherwise, the dress was beautiful. The open back was also gorgeous. Will definitely use RTR again.

First off this dress is goegeous! Seriously, its gorgeous. I have a wide hips and the fit was so flattering (tight up top and more flowy towards the bottom) and the biggest plus - it was super comfy. I had to duct tape my chest into the dress (haha) but nonetheless, it worked perfectly. I got compliments all night! Love it! Also, I RTR for almost every ocasaion and have never had a bad experience! So, if you are on the fence, don't be!

This dress was stunning on. It was super easy to wear and comfortable all night. I didn't need any shape wear which made it even more comfortable. It is very low cut- but the fabric stayed in place all night. I ordered the petite size assuming the gown would be designed to be worn with heels and too long for me without really high heels. The petite was almost too short for me (I'm 5'4"). The dress just skimmed the top of my flats. If you're wanting to wear heels don't get the petite size. Absolutely would recommend this dress. I was worried I would look like every other girl in a black gown, but this one really stood out.

Fit was perfect, very flattering cut, I felt relaxed and comfortable. Didn't need to wear a bra or fashion tape - dress was securely in place even while dancing.

My original pick couldn't make it to me, so the stylists picked this one as my back-up. I loved it! Very comfortable, easy to dance in. I was nervous about the neckline, but some tape kept the dress in place and looking great even in 90 degree heat for the outdoor ceremony.

There was a small mishap with the dress that I had originally wanted to wear (which RTR handled so nicely!! Shout out to customer service!) so I wore this dress, which was my backup dress. I loved it! The dress has great movement and was SO comfortable throughout the evening. It was great for a black-tie wedding. The top is a bit revealing, so if you have a larger chest, be prepared to show some serious cleavage. I'm also 5'7" and I wore 3 inch heels, so the 2R was an inch or so too short. I wish I had rented the Long, but it wasn't available. The dress fits right at the empire waist line. If you are smaller up there, rent a smaller size, it fans out nicely in an A line shape (I am a size 4 around my hips and butt but the 2 was a perfect fit).

Even with me pulling a Kim K and taping my boobs up - the material was thick enough to hide the bad tape job from my cheap $4 boob lift. I got lots of compliments on it and looked pretty elegant. Even after I consumed 2-3 bottles of champagne and tried to channel my inner Beyonce on the dance floor.

Absolutely beautiful gown! Very flattering and comfortable! Deep V, but it didn't bother me any! Huge thanks to the Chicago store, they were amazing and I can't thank them enough for all that they did!!

I first got a size 12 and 10. My order was messed up by UPS and ended up going to the store the day before prom. I got the size 8 which fit even better! Very classy but still perfect for prom. You can adjust the amount of cleavage you want. If you have big breasts, it will hold them up- don't worry!

As a 43 year old mom of two, I always go more conservative in my rentals. I lost 15 lbs so I thought I would try something a bit sexier. I am usually a 14 in RTR dresses so I didn't expect the 12 would fit but the stylist in NY convinced me to try it on. It fit perfectly but as you can see became a bit more revealing when seated :) It is revealing so you have to be comfortable especially if you are curvy. I went with the petite since it was available which was a bit shorter than I would have liked with heels (I am 5'5") but was perfect when I switched to a gold sandal later in the evening after lots of dancing. Thank you! My husband loved it.

The dress is wonderful and does not require much in regards to accessories. It runs true to size, but if you are tall I would rent the long length. The front may be revealing for some and I suggest a little fashion tape to hold it securely in place. I received many compliments.

I would say that I am a borderline between a 6 and an 8. I am 5' 8'' and 170 pounds. Unfortunately, they were out of the 8, so I went with a 6 and a 10. I ultimately ended up wearing the 6 and it fit in all the right places. You need to wear a sticky bra or no bra at all. It definitely shows some cleavage so make sure that you are comfortable with that!

Fit was large, I'm usually a 4-6. The satin material fell nicely and was very forgiving, plus the deep v drew attention up in a standout yet classy way.

This dress felt like it was made for me. I usually wear a 6 or 8 and went with the 6 for this one. I'm 5'10" and it was the perfect length with shorter heels (2.5-3")

This dress was not my first choice but turned out great! There is no built in support, but I added tape on padding and it worked great! True to size and fit well. I was able to dance in it all night without worrying about the tape shifting in the front of the dress.

If you love minimal, chic, classy, yet sexy, this is your gown! There's a lot of movement in the skirt, so get ready to twirl! You can't wear a standard bra, so go with pasties - and fashion tape just in case! I wore a size 6 in the photo, but could have gone down to a size to a 4, which is my typical size. Given that, go up as backup because it will still work!

I rented this dress for a vampire-themed masquerade ball in a goth nightclub. I usually wear a size 4, but the 2 fit much better. It was the right length for low heels. Since the material was so thin I had to be careful what I wore under it. The sash panels in the back are a nice touch. The neckline was very low, but I stayed in place all night without a bra. I doubt I would have worn this to a more formal or conservative event, but it was absolutely perfect for the occasion and I felt amazing.

I am 5'6", average body type, I wear a size 36 B bra, 140 lbs and a 30" waist. this was New Years Eve going into 2016. My dress was on the shorter side for me but it was perfect for my event. The dress fit just perfectly. It wasn't restricting. Prepare to wear pasties or go free, no chance of a bra. My sister rented the green sequin dress from Rent the Runway as well.

If you want to try out a plunging neckline, this dress is for you! I liked that I felt sexy with the neckline and back detail, but the empire waist line made me feel that I wasn't over-exposed

I loved this dress! It fit perfectly and was surprisingly very comfortable and the quality was very good. I usually wear 8-10, and the 8 was perfect and it wasn't too tight at all and hung great. The only thing I was worried about was the very deep neck line and being too revealing(I went to a family wedding), but It wasn't as bad as I thought, and with a little double sided tape I was good to go and It didn't move even while on the dance floor! I also got a million compliments that night! Definitely will rent again.

Rented this for a fancy work Christmas party. The dress was flattering, though was a little low cut and hugged a bit at the middle. I have a smaller bust so it was ok but someone bustier could have an issue. The dress did tend to cling to my legs with some static but otherwise, it was a showstopper of a dress and I felt fabulous!

I felt beautiful in it. It was low cut in front so i was a bit shy about it but everyone complimented me on the dress. Length was perfect because i am 5'2.

I needed a little tape to keep the chest part in place and avoid any slips since you can't wear a bra with this and the straps were a bit loose and I wasn't able to adjust them. But, it's a simple, yet elegant dress so was very easy to wear and accessorize and it fit right in with the gala we were attending. I could have used the Long version since it was a bit short, but I had short heels to wear with it and make it work.

The long was long enough for me to wear heels and I am 5'10"!

Super comfortable dress. It's a little sexy but not too risky. Used some dress tape on the chest just to be sure everything stayed covered but probably would have been fine without it. Wore the 6 because the 4 was too short for me to wear with heels.

This dress was amazing. Got compliments all night and it fit very well. I'm a 36C and had to use some boob tape to lessen the cleavage when I sat down or happened to bend over/be slouching. I wore a small 2 inch platform heel and - at 5'2" - it was just touching the ground. Super comfortable and easy to dance in. Highly recommend!
