I chose the 4R as my main size, and the 2R as my backup and I ended up using the 2R. The 4R felt comfortable but it was too long for me. Although the 2R was tight I decided to wear it so I wouldn’t be tripping over myself all night. The dress has wiring in the front, which gives it a beautiful shape, but makes it especially challenging to sit down if it’s already tight. Even though it was uncomfortable (because I CHOSE to wear the tighter dress) I was glad I wore it because it was super form-fitting. I got so many compliments, and I really loved how I looked in it. In hindsight I think a 4S would have fit me perfectly and been comfortable.

This dress definitely runs small, I'm typically a 6 most often (sometimes a 4) but sized up to an 8 and the dress fit well. I had to use double sided tape to keep the top of dress from flipping down/forward, but this worked like a charm. The dress was appropriately heavy and formal- perfect for the gala I attended. Would happily wear this dress again!

This dress shows off every part of your body. NO GIVE AND NOT STRETCHY. Fits like a grove. If worried about sizing ...size up. You need to tape the top or it will sag down. Overall, loved the dress and received many compliments.

I loved this color! Even though it's strapless, it never fell down. I'm 5'2" and it ran maybe 4-5 inches too long for me, so I'd recommend it with heels.

The dress fit was really nice, the top kept slipping a little though but not all the way down, I'm just not as used to a strapless dress being low. I got so many compliments wearing this dress!

I ordered this dress as a back up option for a wedding in which I am serving as the MOH. The dress itself is fantastic and gives us less curvy girls a shape, which instantly boosted my confidence and made me feel sexy and proud of my new "shape". It fits TTS with slightly more room in the hips and bust. I likely also would have worn spanx for photos. The con: Unfortunately this dress came wrinkled w/ some soiling at the bottom of the dress to the back of my knees. The structured bust line had seen better days and had essentially collapsed as it was hanging down. The bust in this dress new fits beautifully. I was in Chicago & was able to return this in person to the very friendly salespeople and believe this specific dress has been taken out of rotation or repaired. I would not have been able to wear this dress in the wedding due to the condition that it arrived in. Dress itself, fantastic. QC leaves some to be desired.

This dress was absolutely perfect. The dress fit like a glove and hugged me in all the right places. The simplicity of the dress really shows off its elegance and I received many compliments. The only complaint I have is that the dress on the bottom came a little wrinkled so if you're iffy about those things you may wants to rent it for two days before your event so you can get it steamed. Other than that the dress was super comfortable (a little long but I am very short) and really enjoyable to wear.

I ordered this dress three days before my prom. I was super worried that it would look weird or odd because I wouldn't be able to hem it or get it taken in. But when I tried it on, it fit perfectly to my body and height! Yay!

This dress was the BEST! I used it for prom. It was very tight and fit in all the right places, kind of hard to sit down at first but then you figure out how to situate it and stuff. I got so many compliments! I was unable to wear a bra with it because the zipper wouldn't zip with one on but it was very supportive and it had no trouble staying up even through a whole night of dancing!

Everyone complimented all night! Even the waitress at the restaurant! I usually wear a 4 and the 4R fit perfectly! It was a little long, so I had to wear heels. Loved it though! Definitely recommended!

It fit very well, I was scared about the length, thought it might've been too long but was perfect. Not too tight. The only con would be the top would fold a bit but nothing too bad.

My only issue was that the 2 was a bit to big and the 0 was a bit too small. Relatively easily solved with spanx.

I was a little nervous to try RTR but ended up loving the experience. The dress came on time and the 0R for perfectly. It was exactly what I had hoped for! It hugged my curves flawlessly.

I loved this dress from the fit and flare at the bottom to the tight top which didn't need constant tugging to keep it from falling down, it was perfect. The material is thick to prevent any sheerness and it is so comfortable for a strapless dress.

Gorgeous fit and perfect color. Was disappointed with my experience with Rent the Runway. Ordered another dress *months* in advance. Was told a few days before that it wasn't available. Ended up loving this dress but it has nothing on the herve I had intended to wear.

The dress was well made and fit great, I'm a little sway back so i used a small piece of tape to make it hug my back other than that it was comfortable and easy to wear.

I rented this to wear as a bridesmaid's dress and it was amazing! I was a little worried about the fit since most reviews said the gown runs on the small side (it does). I usually wear a 2 so I ordered a 2 and a 4. The 2 wasn't going past my hips but the 4 was much better. It fit comfortably without a bra, but a strapless bra made it a little tough to zip. My fiance was able to zip it no problem but I didn't want to rely on him all night so I got the adhesive bra and it was perfect. With a three inch heal the length was great, even when I switched to flip flops at the reception it was only slightly too long. Not a big deal at all. Walking and dancing were not a problem; sitting was a bit of am effort but the plus side is the dress encourages excellent posture :). Also, the color of the dress is exactly as shown. I got so many compliments on this gown, one guest even said she hoped I got to wear the dress again because of how stunning and flattering it was. This was my first time using RTR and after such a great experience I will definitely be using again!

Awesome dress!! Sooooo flattering I ditched my spanx. Opted for larger size for sitting comfort. Curvy girls do not be afraid of this dress. DO make sure you have some color.

This dress fit true to size, although throughout the night it did loosen up just a bit. The length was great, I am 5'6 and wore 3 inch heels. The material was just thick enough that no undergarments were needed. We attend a ton of military balls where there is a dress code and this was the perfect gown, form fitting but offers plenty of coverage.

I was really worried the dress would not fit; this was my first RTR experience. The dress was amazing, though! The color was exactly as in the picture and it fit true to size. For me, it was loser up top and a little tighter in the thigh area, but overall amazing. I am shorter, but the 2R length wasn't unbearably long. People complimented the dress all night and it was pretty comfortable. 100% recommend! (All my friends used RTR for prom and we were all really happy with our dresses.)

I got this for my junior prom, and it fit me perfectly everywhere except the bust. I'm a B cup, so a little on the smaller side, but I still expected the dress to fit better than it did. I managed to work it out, but I had to be pulling the dress up all night. Other than that, I adored it. I felt incredible and got so many great components all night, including one from someone who said I looked like Grace Kelly! It was a little hard to dance in because it's form fitting, but I didn't mind because it brought out curves I didn't know I had! The material is great, nice and thick but still feels light and flowy. It was the perfectly length with my heels, so I'm glad I didn't get a long like I considered. I highly recommend this dress and this whole site!

Originally I ordered a 4R because thats my original and regular dress size, but I actually ended up wearing the 6R because the other size would not even get over my hips! I was overdressed for the event, but I didn't care because the dress that I was wearing was classic and super flattering on. I wore a strapless bra with it and it was perfect. Highly recommend getting a spray tan or applying some self tanner so that you don't look washed out with the nudeish-tan-pink color !!

Beautiful gown that will give you that hourglass silhouette. Running true to size, we recommend sizing up for backup. The bust is definitely more fitted and has a built in bustier, so it's best for smaller cup sizes. The waist and hips are more fitted with little to no give in the fabric, so I'd recommend sizing up for curvier hips. At 5'7" I would have preferred the long length to accommodate 3-4 inch heels. Pair with gold jewelry!

Ordered the 0 and 2...the 2 was a perfect fit. With 4in heels on, the length was perfect as well.

the dress itself is so simple but so classy and pretty! it was exactly what i was looking for for a prom i got asked to. it's super flattering to wear but a little bit uncomfortable. i ordered a 2R and a 0R for backup but the 2R itself was a little tight when that's usually the size that would be bigger on me. the quality of the dress was really good too except for the zipper breaking off when it got stuck on a tag :/ all in all, really pretty dress that i got many compliments with!

This was a beautiful dress. Fit perfect. Sexy and elegant. I gave it four stars vs five for the following reasons: It was quite long. I'm 5'7" and even with 3 inch heels, I had to hold it up quite a bit. Also, the top was a bit loose. I had to pull up the top often throughout the evening. I'm a 34 C and was wearing a padded stick-on bra so I was surprised at how loose the top was.

Absolutely loved this dress! Wore to a Mardi Gras Ball. I had picked out another and had a weird feeling so ordered this one too. So glad I did! Always go with your gut! It fit so well and accentuated all the right places. Toward end of the night the top got a little loose but not anything to fret over. Ordered a 2R and 4R. Didn't even try the 4 on because 2 fit perfect. At 5'5, 120 pounds, and an A cup it was perfect. Didn't even wear a bra. Bonus! I would love to actually buy it! It's nude with pink undertones and just so pretty. Everyone said it was "made for me." Highly recommend!

I made an appt at RTR with a stylist a month before the event bcs it was a black tie wedding and I was 5 months postpartum. I wasn't sure what I would fit into. I chose this dress, although it took guts to wear lol! They initially sent me the wrong color, (this dress comes in two different shades of "nude") but they had the correct color/size sent via overnight when I called them about the mistake. No questions asked. Great customer service. (I would've been happier if I had lost more of the baby weight in time for this dress, but it's just taking it's sweet time to come off.)

The top of this dress is pretty structured and I ended up with a bent seaming placement (not sure how to exactly describe) but very form fitting and would be better for someone with more to fill out the dress on top. The dress is a very light almost sandstone pink color

This dress was rented out for prom and it was a beautiful fit. Although very tight until my knees (a perfect example of a mermaid dress), it was easy to dance the night away in! Just don't count on sitting down comfortably. The fabric wasn't too heavy and the color was exactly what was shown online! Completely recommend.

Loved the dress but it was not the material I originally thought. It fit really well but I did have trouble pulling it over my hips.

I ordered this dress because I wanted to rent the same Jill Jill Stuart in blush but they didn't have my sizes for the dates I needed. I was really happy with the dress!! The color is definitely more of a beige with pink tones than "pink" (although the flash in these pictures makes it look much more pink) still it was perfect for spring. I ordered the 4R and 6R based off of reviews from the blush color, the dress fit everywhere well except it was a bit tight on my chest which unfortunately is quite common for me. I am 5'3 and a 34D, the dress zipped up and I survived the night, but was one of those situations where I couldn't exactly take in a big deep breath all night. This dress does NOT have much give, I wore this to an opera event so I was essentially sitting all evening.. definitely would not recommend it if you plan on dancing the night away. I opted for my shorter more comfortable heels for the evening so in the picture it looks like it's dragging a bit on the floor but it wasn't an issue, would be normal length with average heels. All in all the dress was beautiful! So glad I chose this dress.

Fit was amazing - hugged my curves in the right places. I am bigger up top (32 DD) and was super nervous about fitting into the dress but it was perfect and I didn't have to wear a bra. At 5'2 the dress was way too long, so I would rather have gone with a petite option.
