High neck, above the collar bones. The material is silk lined, exterior needs to be ironed. Picture is an accurate color. It comes pretty long. I hemmed it about 2 inches and wearing heels in the picture.

This was a substitute. The dress I ordered was returned damaged but I was very happy with the alternate RTR selected for me. The color is a rich beautiful almost peacock blue. The fabric is good quality, not too heavy but not flimsy at all. It didn't hold wrinkles and fell beautifully. I wasn't really thrilled with the darts on the top as they didn't hit perfectly and I'm only 5'2" so it dragged on the ground even with 3" heels. The overlay top is very flattering and hid the rigging with safety pins and alligator clips so I didn't step on the hem. The a-line skirt was perfect for me as I didn't want anything that hugged my bottom. This dress was perfect for a high-brow wedding at a swanky hotel.

Wore this to a semi-formal wedding and loved it. The dress made me look long and tall! I went bra-less and felt completely comfortable. The dress did come a little wrinkled near the hem so it's worth steaming before you wear it out.

Dress fit amazing - but was tight in the chest. Couldn't wear a bra which was fine as the double lining provided nice support. Loved the color and felt beautiful. Made the evening so much more enjoyable!

The cut is very flattering. The neck line is thicker than I thought but it ended up being very comfortable. There is padding in the chest so you definitely don't need a bra or stickies. Lots of compliments on the color. Highly recommend.

The color is great, the look is elegant and classy. It's a simple dress but the color makes it fab. I wore a nubra (it didn't hold anything up but at least it created a smooth look). Everyone loved the dress.

I'm very tall and the long was perfect! So comfortable, structured and comfortable enough that you don't need a bra. Didn't feel super "dressy" so could easily be worn for other occasions. A must rent !

The color was much more vibrant in person than I thought it would be from the online photo. Very comfortable and easy to wear. I decided to wear some Nippies, but the dress has enough support that you wouldn't have to wear anything. The neck is also snug, but nothing too uncomfortable for an evening. Loved this dress!

Loved this dress!! It was so comfortable! A little long, but I easily could've worn higher heels and been fine. The material does have some weight to it and the skirt is fuller than expected, which made it perfect!!

I loved the dress! I wore it for my engagement pictures and it was a great choice - it was very comfortable and elegant. For other tall girls out there - it was a little short, as in I had to wear 0" shoes with it to make it work, so if I did it again, I would get the 4L so I could wear heels. It was also a little looser at the waist than I would have liked but I don't think I could have gone down a size given my bust size.

The fit was loose on me but really roomy and comfortable and it was flowing nicely. It's elegant and I got compliments for the color, as it simply stands out amongst a sea of dark dresses. If you like to flaunt your figure, however this won't do because it covers it all up!

I rented this when my other choice fell through. I went a size bigger than normal as it was all they had. It was so comfy and I couldn't tell it was too big. I added a broach ( actually a rhinestone barrette) to the neckline and that was a huge hit. Wore bronze shoes that looked way better than black. Used a nubra.

The dress was comfortable and fit true to size. The skirt was a little loose on the hips and had some swing to it. The fabric was heavy and did not have a lot of stretch. Needs something like a statement necklace as the front is rather plain. I was not wearing shoes in the photos- the length needed 3" heels to keep the skirt from dragging or stepping on it.

I wore this dress to my senior prom and overall enjoyed it. The size 6 was the best length for me (I'm 5'7 plus i wore heels) but the top half of it felt tight and a bit uncomfy. The halter neckline really pressed into my neck which got to be sort of an issue as the night when on. The way it clips together in the back isn't super stable either. Those are really my only complaints though. I enjoyed the look a lot. I should also mention that these photos really exaggerate the breast seams. It was really not a big deal while wearing it, but looking back in pictures, it is very noticeable.

I bought this on a clearance sale for a wedding. Based on other reviews, I figured it would look great on me and I was not disappointed! I received a lot of compliments and it was so comfortable to dance all night, even when you wear it without a bra. So happy with this purchase and other RTR dresses I've gotten before

This dress is a heavier material, so I wouldn't recommend wearing it in the heat (like I did). But it fit wonderfully!

This dress fit great and was so fun to wear for the night. I wore the Regular which was a tad long with my 4" heels. In addition, the back was a bit tight but I didn't have to wear a bra which was a plus!

This dress was so easy to wear for a black-tie optional wedding. I wore an 8R and found the size to be a great fit. In my photo, the dress looks long, but I think that's just because my heels were sunken into the grass a bit. Easy to dance in, never tripped on the length, and didn't feel like I had to worry about straps / adjusting it.

This dress saved the day when the other dress I ordered didn't fit! This dress was so comfortable and easy to wear. The color is really bright and pretty! In a room full of black dresses, I really stood out and got so many compliments! I have a big bust and this dress fit really well. I also was able to wear regular underwear and go without a bra, the open back would show a bra but the loose fabric over the bust covers you completely! Great dress! Highly recommend!

This dress was amazing, wish I could own it all the time. It was very flattering over my stomach, which I appreciated, and accentuated an hourglass shape. As other reviewers noted, I was able to wear this without a bra which was a miracle of sorts - the way the dress cinches at the neck in the back acts as a halter of sorts that holds thing up well in the front. I will say this puts a bit of pressure on the neckline when sitting through an hour long wedding ceremony ... but a small complaint for a gorgeous, fun, memorable dress.

Wore this dress for a black-tie wedding. Got tons of compliments and the fit is very flattering and the color so beautiful. Being a big breasted girl, finding a bra that would work with the dress was almost impossible, but i did a few "hacks" and it worked fine ;)

I absolutely loved this dress it fits great! My only concern will be my upper body, I don't have a lot of boobs so it looked funny but overall great fit.

This was one of my favorite RTR dresses! The back is so fun and the color is perfect. I got a ton of compliments and loved this dress! I did wear spanx for smoothing purposes but the dress is very flattering for hourglass/wide hips if you're worried about that. I got a Long because it was all that was available and it was WAY too long because I'm 5'5 but I just had to wear this dress! 5 stars!

You can't really wear a bra with this. I am larger chested, and I danced all night, and it didn't really pose a problem for me. Normally I would never be able to not wear a bra, but this dress seemed to provide enough support without one.

This dress is a beautiful shade of blue. The pictures don't do it justice! It provides conservative coverage with a little bit of party in the back...perfect for weddings! Also, the skirt moves beautifully when you walk or dance. I had rented this dress in the pink and orange and new I loved the cut. Great style!

4 fit perfect, loved the slit in the back. Wore it to a work black tie and it was absolutely perfect! I'm considering renting one of the other colors even, loved this dress!

Very comfy and no special undergarments needed (for me at least). Everyone was going on and on about how thin it made me look. That neckline is so flattering. I was standing next to some of my thinnest friends and they were envious of MY shape and style! I wore it with a bright, chunky yellow necklace to add a pop of color.

I LOVED this dress! The color was lovely and fun, and the back is flirty and cute! I'd recommend this for smaller-chested ladies, as the back doesn't really allow for a bra (I used stickies and it worked great). It was a bit long with my highest shoes, but not so long that it was unworkable. I got so many compliments all night, especially about the color. I'd for sure rent this one again!

This dress fit perfectly and was the ideal length. I'm 5'3" and wore 5" platform heals. The back of the dress is beautiful and it was really comfortable to wear all night.

The design of the dress is exceptional, I liked how the back doesn't give a full view even though it has a slightly opening. It fits perfectly, I'm a 14 and it gave me a good structure. I highly recommend this dress.

Loved this dress - fantastic color! If you are busty (I am a 34DD) you may need to go up a size. The 4R fit really well on my bottom half but was choking me due to my chest size.

Great dress that is versatile for many different occasions. I did think it was a little too long for me at 5'4", even with my normal heels. It needed some really tall heels. Also, the dress came extremely wrinkled and I needed to have it steamed out before wearing. Got lots of compliments!
