True to size, not much give in the material. Rented both the 2R and 4R and was barely able to get it over my chest. I'd definitely rent this again and go up a size.

Dress was sent in place of the dress I originally ordered (sweetheart neckline). The fabric is not very forgiving, but it was flattering nonetheless. Added a gold metal belt to the waist for a formal event

I have also worn this dress in red and loved it so much I bought the pink version. Love the color and fits perfect. Would def recommend.

I ordered this and one other gown for the Military Ball and this one was my favorite of the two, it fit great and I loved the bright color. I'm 5'3 and usually wear a 0-2, I wore the 0R and it fit great, it was still pretty long with my 4 inch heels but definitely manageable, I danced and was super comfy all night. Definitely recommend!

This dress is amazing! It literally fits like a glove like everyone said in the reviews. I'm 5'3 1/2" and about 130ish lbs. The 6R was too big, especially in the top and way too long, but the 4R was PERFECT! My heels were 3 inches max and the dress just skimmed the floor. I did have to wear a more padded strapless to fill the top out (I'm a 34B). The pink is so bright and vibrant - I definitely stood out and received compliments all night. It hugs your body perfectly and is so simple elegant! I wish this dress was mine! Can't wait to wear in other colors one day.

I originally ordered the 4R in red but sent the pink instead since they were out. I also received the red version of this in a 6R and the condition of the was atrocious. Way too worn and wrinkled from over stretching. I NEVER were pink. But I will say the 4R fit perfectly and this dress looked as if it were brand new. Still haven't decided if I'll go bold and wear my nemesis pink or go with my usual backup black dress and sadly not wear anything form rent the runway. **If you want quality, feels like they've never been worn dresses - order new dresses on the site or dresses that have 10 or less reviews. In my experience, the quality is always way better bc it shows they've been worn less.

The top was bigger than the rest of the dress, which was very fitted. Other than that it was great! Would rent again.

This dress was ordered as my backup, but ended up being my choice to wear for a special event. The fit was great, comfortable, and easy to move around, length was perfect. I loved the square cut of the top that hid some of my arm insecurities when wearing a sleeveless item.

Went to the mall to try on the exact dress and color in a size 2 (only size they had). Turned out to be too big in the bust, would have had to wear a stuffed bra. Ordered the size 2 and size 0 for a back up. Turns out the size 0 fit like a glove! Tight in all the right places and was very very flattering for my body type (athletic, toned) and was not uncomfortable to walk or dance in. Perfect length for me (5'2) and perfect color for my skin tone (tan). Came at the right date and was at a very good rental price! Got many compliments for the color and figure. Highly recommended! P.s. wore this to prom.

This dress was sent to me when the original dress I ordered (BCBG bon bon gown) didn't fit. I ended up liking this dress SO much better than the one I originally ordered. I had to use a lot of hemming tape and improvisation because the only size in a 0 available was a long. I wore it to my senior prom and it was gorgeous. I got so many compliments and I felt so beautiful and classy. Definitely a stand out dress. Also, the trumpet/mermaid style is such a cool touch that made it very unique. Would totally recommend.

This dress is awesome for any occasion! I wore this to a senior prom. I'm 5'1 and 144lbs it fit me great length wise and style wise. The color is awesome, I added a diamond belt to it but even without the belt it's super stylish! I received ton of compliments in this dress!

The dress fit perfectly. It shaped my body nicely and I got so many compliments on how skinny I looked. Another awesome part about this dress is that the material in the front came up high enough that I didn't need to wear a bra with the dress. The dress stayed up all night, but not the ideal dancing dress. Other then that I loved this dress.

I ordered a 4r and 4l. I ended up wearing the regular with very low heels, but wish it was a little longer. It looked like someone had ripped the slip of the 4long with a heel and I was afraid I might trip on it. This dress is very fitted and shapewear is necessary if you want to avoid panty lines. I did love the color and neckline.

Tight and form-fitting, definitely hugged the curves. Conservative enough for a work enough while being fitting enough to show off your figure. Not too long, only had to lift when going up the stairs, but I'm 5' 6" and had 4 inch heels on. Wore with a strapless bra, tummy-sucking panties, and sparkly heels. Definitely recommend if you want to stand out in the crowd.

I'm 5'3 and have a very athletic build (think swimmer/boxer/broad shouldered). I knew this was the dress when I tried it on even though I had to go up a size to fit my lats. At the beginning of the night, the dress fit me well -- although it was a bit too long. But by the end of the night, the fabric must have had some stretch, because it kept falling down. I wish I had gone down a size even if it would have been tighter to start the night. The color was really great though -- received many compliments on the overall dress.

I'm 5'1" and I wore 4" heels with this dress to make it workable - it still was just an inch too long. The cons: kept having to pull it up, and the ribbing in the bodice wasn't very sturdy and the fabric felt stretched. Couldn't wear a bra with it (wasn't really necessary, but I like the extra push-up effect) because the back is low. The Pros: gorgeous color! I actually got this dress by accident. I ordered the blush pink dress and they didn't have it in the size I ordered so they sent me the 4R in the hot pink instead. I got so many compliments on the dress. My pictures turned out great.

This actually ran a little on the small side through the middle. I had spanx on - haven't had to wear those all carnival season- and wasn't worried about a belly poking or anything but the fabric did pucker/ gather just a little at times and so I was co stanly trying to smooth it out. I was a smidge bloated from PMS but feel the next size up would have been much more comfortable. With that said, the dress didn't look bad- just a little tighter than I would have liked. I'm a solid to small 6 and this is the first dress I have had an issue with as far as fit goes. I wore with a regular strapless bra. The color is more of a bright pink and not peony so the color in the picture is closer to the actual color of the dress. I wore wedge heels and it just touched the ground. I'm 5'4". Hope this is helpful!

This dress is beautiful. The clasp in the back was broken, so I had to keep pulling it up, but overall it is a really pretty dress. I wish I would have realized the issue with the clasp in the store, but the fit was great, and it flowed really nicely at the bottom. This was a backup dress, b/c the one I rented was no longer available. Customer service was really helpful. I went to the Georgetown store and got lucky. Thanks Rent the Runway! I got so many compliments!

I wore this dress to a wedding 9 days after having my second baby-- and I usually wear a size 4-6, but took a 10 and 12 to be sure I'd fit. I wore the 12 and it was a little tight but it was the only thing that got my enormous chest in the dress and made me look somewhat elegant. I wore a see through black shawl / cape for arm coverage and it looked great!! I could nurse my daughter in the dress with a nursing cover no prob! Highly recommend -- very well made dress.

This dress was a showstopper. Simply stunning. The color was amazing for a formal summer wedding. I had to go up a size from a 2R to a 4R because it's tight in the waste but it fit well. I would definitely rent this dress again in another color because it was so pretty on. I initially was going to go with a long red gown and i'm glad i changed my mind because this was more fun to wear. Very happy!

Beautiful color, if you're insecure about your stomach, I recommend going a size up and wearing a strapless bra. Otherwise, a true to size fit without a bra will look great too

This dress is a great pop of color for a black tie event or wedding! I love that its floor length but easy to move it. There is built in boning for support so you do not need to worry about wearing a bra with this dress. It is a little more fitted at the natural waist and hips though, so I would recommend sizing up if you are a bit curvier.

I am 5'0 tall and 107 pounds. I wore this dress in 0R, it was a bit long but nothing that high heels can't fixed. The dress fitted me like a glove. It was perfect. Definitely using RTR again.

The dress pulls everything in and holds is in place. The fit is great for a girl with curves, but very narrow down the legs so wear shape wear to high any lumps and bumps on your thighs. The color was powerful, but now overwhelming. I did black accessories and it was a great statement dress.

My daughter rented this dress for a prom after her first dress arrived stained. This dress really accentuated her figure and the color was what made it stand out. The pop of pink really looked great among the sea of other dresses. The dress runs small so she sized up. She is busty, and the dress worked well to cover up her cleavage while still showcasing her figure. I took one star off because this particular dress was not in the best condition. The hem did not fall straight because it had been repaired and there was a large tear in the lining at the waist. Also, compared to her back up size the color of this dress was slightly faded. Rent the Runway needs to do a better job of inspecting its dresses for damage and stains before sending them out. My daughter's original dress had to be returned because it arrived with an obvious chalky white stain on it. We ended up liking this dress much more. The length worked well for my daughter who is 5'3" and wore 4 inch heels.

It was a replacement because the dress I ordered was damaged. The dress is very nice as flattering, but I would have preferred a size up. Everything fit well except the hip/butt area. It looked great when I was standing up, but I couldn't comfortably sit down without fearing the lining might rip. The lining made it too tight. If you have more of an hourglass shape you should definitely size up.
