Great silhouette on my hourglass shape. I'm carrying a little extra around the middle these days and don't usually prefer things this tight in the tummy but it hit me perfectly. (I'm 5'6" and short-waisted). Considering buying.

Love this dress. 3/4 ruffle sleeves means you can eat without worry your sleeves will end up in your food. Great length. I wore it with a belt down more fitted look. Fabulous dress.

I ended up wearing this dress multiple times - once for a work dinner with a client, once for date night with my hubs and then a third time for getting a headshot at work. I cannot say enough good things about this dress. It's comfortable and incredibly flattering. I received sooooo many compliments on it and felt so good about myself! I had a baby 15 months ago and my body is no where near where it once was but this dress gave me a confidence boost and made me feel beautiful.

A beautiful and comfortable dress with just the right amount of flair! I felt great in it for a 10 hour conference. It didn't wrinkle and I received tons of compliments. It would be easy to dress up and wear with heels, or, because of the length, its super in flats as well! I saw other reviewers mention the "loose fit". For me it was true to size. There is lovely pleating right over the stomach that gives you a little grace. It's again over the back, presumably for the bum, but for me the pleats hit at my mid-back... The dress is shorter, but not obscene, however, if you have a larger bum, like I do (it's a bit of a bubble but) beware that if it doesn't line up with the pleats, you may not want to bend over in the dress. I certainly could not, however the dress was so stinking cute in every other way, I just made it work - and if your bottom isn't sizable (depth wise, not width wise) - this will not be an issue for you at all! 100% renting this one again. I loved wearing it!

I'm horrible at taking these photos but nearly everyone at work complimented me on this dress the color is a beautiful bright blue and the ruffle details make it special. I sized up (1-2 sizes) since I'm 31 weeks pregnant (133lbs) and it just fit my bump. Not stretchy at all so I got lucky and it was a little loose in the back near the shoulders but it worked. I wish I could wear it again for my baby shower in 3 weeks but I'll be too big by then. Will rent again post pregnancy.

This dress was my favorite out of the four I chose. It was so light, fun, and bright. The fabric is thin, so I definitely wore spanx with the dress. It fit well, but I honestly would have been a bit more comfortable in the size 12 only because I'm curvy. Then again, if I got the bigger size...it may not have been as flattering! Got lots of compliments on the dress. Overall, definitely a good choice.

I rented this cobalt blue dress for my friend's wedding in San Francisco. The long sleeves were perfect for a semi-outdoor affair in the early evening. The dress material isn't lined so you do need to be cognizant of undergarments as it's easy for lines to show through. It's a thicker material though - perfect for fall/winter! I really liked the way it fit and felt it was a flattering look. I loved, loved, loved the color! And, with the ruffles, it was a nice something extra. Comfortable for dancing the night away!

This is a gorgeous color of bright, bold blue. The dress is a nice length for work - not too short or long. The skirt and sleeve ruffles give an otherwise simple dress a little flair. I sized up over fear of the dress running small and the fabric being too thin. Even a little loose, the dress is still flattering.

I wore this to a conference. Really like the ruffle sleeves and skirt, it added just enough style to the dress while still being understated. The material is very thin, so I'd order a larger size because I'm not sure this dress would look good if it was too form fitting.

I've worn this dress in both the royal blue and the black colors. I found the black to be a bit more flattering (harder to see seams from pantyhose through fabric) but I love wearing this dress in any color. I am obsessed with the sleeves and they bring me joy with each wear.

Pretty and vibrant color, nice sleeves and details. Somewhat loose around the waist and hips so added a belt to give it more shape. Hit me above the knee and I'm short. Conservative enough for work but still fun.

This dress is a great color and I loved the sleeves. I did notice it was tight on my hips while it fit perfect on my chest. I would size-up next time I rent. I am on the petite side and the sleeves hit mid-forearm rather than at the elbow but it didn't look to bad, just something to note when you're looking at the photos. I got lots of compliments on the dress and would recommend to others but just size up!

The flirty, feminine design with the slight slit up the side was great for my height. However, I could see where a taller person might show a bit too much leg for a professional environment.

It was slightly shorter than a dress I would normally wear to work but I could still pull it off and be professional! I work in DC and this really was a great piece for work. I loved the fit, hugging my chest with flow around the waist. The sleeves were also a nice touch without getting in the way.

MAke sure you aren't able to see your Spanx lines through the material, it's a little thin and no liner. I added a slip at the last minute. Super cute, gorgeous color!
