This was the perfect formal yet fun dress to wear to a wedding. I got compliments all night and it was easy to wear.

This dress was great, it fit true to size and was a perfect length with 3 1/2 in. Heels. The design is unique and the jersey fabric super comfortable. I wore with a black strapless bra no problem. Another hit - thanks RTR!

A little bigger, especially around the waist, but the mesh kept it from looking too big. Otherwise great dress!

It fit pretty true to size. It was a LITTLE big around my waist/ back, but nothing that was noticeable.

The bust was a little tight with my true size but it still fit. I recommend picking your true size and the size above. But it was a perfect dress for prom

I love RTR because I get to wear styles I wouldn't normally purchase because they are trendy. With the mesh polka dots this dress was right on point and made me stand out in a room full of black tie. Comfortable and weighty fabric. The mesh had a few small holes, but it wasn't noticeable. Would 100% rent again.

This dress was perfect! I was so nervous that it wouldn't fit, but it was perfect (besides being just a little too long.) I got tons of compliments on the dress as well. Couldn't have picked a better prom dress :)

Im a solid 10, and I usually dont differ from that so the dress fit like a glove-- not too tight and flattering just enough to not wear spanx. The top mesh part and the strip that covers the bust allowed minimal clevage to show, so you arent flashing anyone and overall i loved the dress! The material was light and not too heavy and with my two inch heels, the dress hit the floor perfectly. I would get this dress again in a heartbeat!

I ordered a 2L and the 4L wasn't available for back up so I was nervous but much to my surprise the 2 worked great! I am usually a 2/4. I have a larger chest (32 DD) -I wasn't able to wear a bra because it showed at the bottom of the bandeau but I was ok with that. It kept me in and was actually comfortable. When I received the dress, the right side of the bandeau was not connected to the polka dot material but I just used fashion tape on the top and bottom to make sure no slippage occurred. I am 5'8" and thankfully ordered the 2 Long because with heels it was perfect length. Seriously, I have never felt so wonderful in a dress. I was getting compliments left and right. It's a beautiful dress!!

I'm 5'8" and the 4L fit perfectly with heels and without heels. The zipper was a little sticky but other than that it was perfect. Also, I didn't need to wear a bra with it.

I wore this to a black tie wedding, and it was perfect! I ordered a 6L and 8L- both sizes fit, due to the looser cut of the dress in the hip area- but ultimately went with the smaller size. I got tons of compliments on this all night and definitely recommend it to anyone considering it. Just make sure to order a longer length if you are tall!

This dress was beautiful. It fit perfectly and was easy to dance in. My strapless bra showed a little out of the top so I used tape instead and it worked perfectly. I got so many complements and was so sad to send it back.

The fit was perfect. I did wear a strapless bra with it to fill out the top better. The length was just as well. I am pretty tall, but the long size allowed me to wear heels and still have the dress fall to just above the ground. This dress was a total hit, and I would 100% recommend it!

This is my second time using RTR and I'm obsessed. I'm tall and I wore heels, but the regular was the perfect length on me, also I did not have to wear a bra which made the night even better. (Worn for Junior Prom)

The 6R would have been too short to wear with heels - and the dress I received was slightly torn in the back. The 6L was perfection! I ended up wearing wedges because I forgot to unpack my heels...and with the length of the dress no one was any wiser that my shoes did not match this elegant dress.

I wore this to a formal work party and felt like a million bucks all night! I usually wear a size 6-8, but I ordered the 6L and the 4L since the reviews mentioned it ran large. The 6L looked fine, but I ended up going with the 4L which had a snugger, more body-hugging fit. The bandeau has good coverage, so I didn't need to wear a bra. Not only did I keep getting compliments all night, this dress was also very comfortable to wear. The skirt is drapey without adding volume, and at 5'10" I was happy to find that it was plenty long even with 2.5" heels. This was my first Rent the Runway experience and I can't wait to use it again!

Loved the dress, small whole the size of a pea on the back and zipper hard to get up sometimes but perfect length and fit! I received soooo many compliments that night :)

IT WAS PERFECT. But in the shear part, it had a very small hole. I would look over it carefully! It was very small and I still wore it. No one noticed it. But it was long, but I'm pretty short. I had to wear 4" heels with it. I also have small boobs and it made me look like it had boobs! It was an amazing dress and I recommend to anyone. Senior prom was a success.

I absolutely loved this dress. It was perfect for my senior prom. I got so many compliments and was so comfortable the entire night. It is definitely forgiving through the hips and is very flattering. I didn't want to take it off!!

This was my first R2R experience and was perfect for getting a formal dress on short notice. I loved this dress and highly recommend it! It didn't require a bra and it fit perfectly. Great for shapes of all sizes. The ONLY thing was that this dress was a little long (I'm 5'3 1/2)... Just pair it with your highest set of heels though, and you'll be fine.

After reading the reviews I ended up ordering a 0L and 2L. I typically wear a 2 in most dresses but ended up wearing the 0. This dress runs large so even the 0 was a little roomy but overall it was comfortable and looked great! I have hips and a butt and was glad to find out the top was fitted but the bottom was flowy. Gave me plenty of room to eat and dance! I am 5'7" and wore 3 inch heels and the dress was still plenty long enough.

A little long (obviously since im short), and got lots of compliments on it. Should have gotten a 4, but whatever, 6 worked too! Very flattering! First time using RTR, and it was a great choice!

The 2R was a perfect fit and the length was great with 3 inch heels. I wore the dress for a black tie wedding, and received too many compliments to count. I felt beautiful yet comfortable the whole evening.

I rented this dress as my "back-up" for a charity telethon I hosted. It wasn't available in my usual size, but I loved it so much I decided to order a size up. Let me say this dress is a STUNNER. It fits true to size..so ladies, order your regular size in this one! I made it work, even though it was too large, but wished I'd had a better fit with the bra top. Also, note my strapless bra peeked through on the top AND bottom of the dress, so I was forced to go without a bra. I would have felt more comfortable with this decision if I had my regular size (tighter fit; as noted above). BUT let me tell you...if you rent this dress, be prepared for compliments! I've never received more compliments on a gown. It's simple and comfortable but unique and fun. I LOVED wearing this dress and would HIGHLY recommend!

I loved this dress. I needed the 0 but it wasn't available. The 2R fit well enough and was just REALLY long and loose in my waist. the dress definitely stood out among all the other black dress at a black-tie event. Side note: you can't wear a bra because the cups or the bottom of your bra would peak through the mesh.

I was really worried that the dress wouldn't fit right, or I'd get a call that it hadn't been returned. Fortunately, everything was so painless and my experience with RTR was wonderful! The dress fit great, but I could've probably gone down a size (I liked the more comfortable fit though). I had to wear a strapless bra underneath (#Acupprobs) but the bandeau covered it so I didn't mind. I wore flats with the dress, I'm not sure if I could've safely worn heels or not though, so again, I didn't mind at all. Overall I definitely recommend this dress! Can't wait for another excuse to rent again!

Such a perfect fit!!! ordered a size 6L with backup as a 4L. Ended up wearing the 4L because the dress runs on the larger end. Got so many compliments and wish i could keep this dress forever.

The dress fit very well. I wore it for prom and it was an absolute show stopper! It was so different from everyone else's dress. I ordered a 0L and wore flats and it was the perfect length but if I were to have worn heels, it would've been too short.

It truly was a perfect fit for me. I felt comfortable and the dress was so fun for my husband's barrister's ball for law school. Hated to send this one back! The size I wore was a little worn where the material is see through under the arms, but definitely not noticeable and wouldn't deter me from wanting to keep it!

I waited til the last minute to order this dress so they didn't have it in my normal size 4, so I ordered the 2 and was so nervous it wouldn't fit - but the 2 actually fit perfectly! The material is light and I was able to wear a strapless bra. I have no complaints at all about this dress - I absolutely loved it!

I couldn't imagine loving this dress more than I did, when I saw it online. However, I was blown away when it came in. I ordered a 6L (because 6R wasn't available) and 8R. Both fit amazingly. I ended up wearing the 8R because the 6L was too long to be up dancing all night. Both zippers were kinda tricky to get up. I love the top because I didn't have to wear a bra. I received so many compliment at and after my formal. I would highly recommend this dress if you want to make a statement -- without being over the top!

This dress was mostly true to size, but I did go with my smaller back up size-so if you're on the fence, go with a size down. This dress is also pretty long (I'm short and don't wear very tall heels), so the smaller size was a much better length as well (the 6 was pretty much too big/ too long). This dress is SUPER comfortable, and I got lots of compliments! I highly recommend it for a formal event where you still want to wear something fun and different.

Loved it, will definitely be renting again soon!

Wore this to a black tie optional wedding. Both the 2R and 4R fit, but the 2 was a bit better up top. I was worried about the length, but it ended up being perfect (I am about 5'4 and wore 2-3 inch heels). Great dress, highly recommend.
