Im 5'9" 150 and ordered a 6 and 8. I wore the 6. It was a little tight around the arms and stomach, but still very comfortable. The 8 felt better, but was too loose around my shoulders. It's definately not a dancing dress as I wasnt able to raise my arms too far. I wore a strapleas bra which worked out fine. I got several compliments!

Initially drawn to the off the shoulder style, but loved it even more for the flattering shape. Bonus: there are pockets! I wore this dress to a wedding and felt comfortable all night! I would rent again.

I originally rented it for a Las Vegas work/play trip but I was also able to wear it to a spontaneous mother/daughter photography session.

Fit was great, tight to the shoulder but not too tight. I love the pockets and they didn't add too much to the waistline.

Rented the dress for a wedding, got compliments on how pretty and nice it is. Fit was okay for me, but if you have wider shoulders or bigger bust it might be a little tighter on the top part. It was sort of restrictive as far as shoulder/upper arm movement at first but overall it was a comfy dress. The pockets are pretty convenient too.

The fit was perfect. I received many compliments on the dress. It was warm for a cold fall evening wedding but still a little sexy with the off the shoulders. And it had pockets! I was very happy about the dress and would love to buy it if it goes on sale!

Loved almost everything about this dress. Overall fit true to size, however, I had a difficult time keeping it sitting high enough to feel comfortable/have it look correct. I am small chested, so it is entirely possible that pasty of the reason it tended to fall down is because I don't have much to help hold it up. As someone who is 5'11" it can be difficult to find dresses that aren't floor length that are not too short. This dress was a great length. I got a ton of compliments on the dress all night - especially the color!

I am normally a 4 and ended up wearing my backup size of 6 for this dress. Due to 2 things, the shoulders were extremely constricting and I'm 5'8" and needed the extra length. Even with the 6 I did get a little constricted and had to keep adjusting the shoulders/sleeves throughout the night. All in all great experience! Glad I got the back up size. Easy to dress up or down.

I loved the off the shoulder look with sleeves that kept me warm on a cold night at my work holiday party. I received multiple compliments. The dress was a nice material, very comfortable and even has pockets!

Great fit. Like other reviews, it was difficult to raise my arms in the dress but the top never fell and it was a good length for a wedding. Gorgeous color and received so many compliments!

Pros: great classic design. The color and long sleeves were perfect for fall. Cons: I have broad shoulders. The top felt tight. I wish I would have ordered a larger size 6 as my backup rather than a size 2. Also, I would not recommend this dress for breastfeeding mothers. The top zips tight, I needed my husband to help me when I fed our baby during this event. Otherwise, great dress! Lots of compliments.

I rented this dress for an early fall wedding in New England and I LOVED it. It was comfortable, fit true to size, and the off the shoulder feature stayed put and didn't fall all night. As others have said, it's a bit difficult to lift your arms in this dress, but in my opinion that's a small price to pay for such an amazing dress!

I rented this dress for a Fall wedding. I was super nervous because this was my first time using RTR. However, my experience was overall amazing. It fits true to size, and the off the shoulder look made me feel classy yet sexy. But not too much sexy.. haha I am so happy that I came across RTR, and I was so happy with this dress. I wanted to keep it.

I went with a 12 rather then a 10. The 10 fit but was a little snug across the hips which made the pockets pop out on the sides a little. I got so many compliments I would suggest this dress to anyone. It was comfortable, it stayed on my shoulders all night long.

As other reviews have stated, this dress is very restricting in the shoulders so you can't really pick your arms up. The color was darker than expected, but I was a fan. I also felt like it was a bit snug in the rib area, but other than that, the dress was so flattering and I loved the off the shoulder/sleeve combo. I wish I could keep it! Another favorite from RTR.

Wore this to a wine tasting. I have lost weight but still have a little belly. This was snug in the waist but in a way that helped suck me in (with the help of shapewear). Got many compliments. Color is beautiful wine color.

I'm typically a 12, but this 14 fit perfectly. I didn't really use the pockets but was handy to have for my phone at times. It's not as short as the picture shows. I LOVED the way it showed my curves. I wore my corset from my wedding, so that helped too. I'm a DD and they top fit perfectly! I would LOVE to wear this dress again and can't wait for a reason to wear it. I wore it with some strappy tan, Steve Madden heels. I received TONS of compliments on this dress :)

This dress was beautiful and perfect for my occasion because this was a wedding with no dancing reception. I would NOT order if you want to move your arms. I had trouble reaching across the dinner table. Oh, and picking up a toddler. :) But it was absolutely beautiful! I paired with rented earrings as well - Attika.

I rented this dress as a second option for a New Years party. I really loved this dress, but didnt end up wearing as I loved my first dress selection too. I could zip the size 10 up, but definitely would have preferred a size 12 for a little more room up top. I wasn't able to really lift my arms much. But the wine color is gorgeous and the off the shoulder top was so pretty! I would definitely rent this again in a size up!

I loved this dress! It made me feel like I had an hour glass shape. I went with the 12 versus the size 10 because there is no stretch in this dress. You have little room to wiggle in. I also should note that I could not raise my arms above my shoulder height and needed help to take my coat on and off because I could not do it myself in this dress. I would not recommend this dress for a night out of dancing. I wore this to Christmas dinner and kept mt movement to a minimum. No stretching across the table to pass the sparkling cider

Defintiely true to size, im 5'4 , 145lbs , 32D curvey and this fits like a glove. Most reviewers did say its tight near the shoulders which it is but it does it purpose by not sliding off. The only time ive experience it being tight is when sitting down but its not too bad where its suffociating. Overall great fall/ winter dress, good thick fabric .

You can't lift your arms above your head, but with a glass of wine in hand why would you ever need to? The zipper was a little tough to move but otherwise the dress fit well and the pockets were nifty. Length was exactly what I was looking for and the cuff on the sleeves helped ensure a good length. Overall it was a great pick.

I have rented this dress twice already, I love it so much! This dress is comfortable and easy to move in. I would say that if you are bustier, size up, because although I think this dress is true to size, it was a little tough to zip around the bust.
