I'm a 16/18 in RTR. I rented the 14 in this skirt and it was still loose. Size down.

Super comfortable and cute
I usually wear a 12 or 14 depending on the fit and this was a bit roomy on me. Good color, good length, and good weight. I would have sized down if I wanted it to be really fitted. I wore it sightseeing for the weekend in DC and it was great.
