I did my normal size, sizing up would have nice too though for a bit of a baggier look. These do have buttons and not a zipper that was the only down side

love these so much - I purchased! Have worn SOOO many times. They are the perfect cut off.

I will say though that they run a little big and wear out quickly during the day. Still very comfortable, but because it is a button closure and not zipper, it can get a little frumpy looking. I personally dont care because they’re comfy.

Leg holes were a little snug but the waist fit perfect. Nothing a few squats didn’t fix!

I guess I missed the fact that these are a relaxed fit. Wish I’d sized down because these are a bit too loose for my personal preference and are pretty stretchy. Comfy though and a good length but not particularly flattering on my frame.

These have the perfect amount of stretch to structure ratio. So comfy, great length.

Recommend sizing up if you have larger hip/thigh. The waist was a little looser on me but it made for an overall comfy fit! Great casual short for summer.

Almost bought these as they are basically the perfect pair of denim shorts. Ultimately I need a smaller size which is the only reason I didn't.

I'm not sure if I got a different size but they seemed shorter the second time I rented them. They were long enough but not as perfect as the first time.

I have a lot of trouble with jeans or cutoffs of any kind. These have just the right give to feel loose but have structure. I like that they don't fit tightly around my thighs.
