Maybe it's just me....consider sizing up?
I typically wear size 28 in Joe's (including the carpenter-style cropped pair that I ordered at the same time and needed a belt), but these were snug in the waist and had no stretch. I love the length, and the cuffs are super cute, but you might want to consider sizing up if you want comfort.
