I ordered a few options to wear for New Years Eve. We were hosting at home so I wanted something comfortable & practical but cute at the same time, and this dress was a winner! Love the asymmetrical design and the flowy fabric. The V neck added a sexy touch and looked cute with a long necklace! Runs true to size! Highly recommend!

Super flattering on the waist esp since it's asymmetrical. Deff will rent again. Super soft material.

Dress fit well, a bit on the shorter side. Many compliments all night! Very very hard to un zip on your own

The shoulders on this dress were so cool. Classy with a kick.

I loved the soft lift in the shoulders and the v-neckline was the perfect depth and width. The dress looks great with a cool ankle boot and is versatile with accessories.

Super flattering for a short-torso hourglass with a small rib cage like me! The zipper was really tough at the middle section (not because it was too tight) and my friend almost couldn't get me zipped up right before our bachelorette event! The rib section is tight and I would say runs small. This worked out okay for me but beware as there is no stretch in that section. I'm typically a medium in dresses.

Dress was comfy and cute, even a little sexy with the low cut front. I felt comfortable dancing, eating and drinking all night long. Usually size 4, wore the Medium. BEWARE of the zipper, it gets stuck as it hits the thicker part of the dress around your mid section. This was the only con as it made the dress hard to get on and off.

I definitely had to go up to the 6-- the 4 was soooo short I couldn't even wear it out in Vegas!

I'm 5'7 and usually wear a medium or large. The medium dress was way to short on me. The large had more length to it, so I wore the large. Very comfortable! I did clip the bust area so that my bra wasn't showing. Would rent this dress again! Loved it.

Love this funky spin on a classic LBD! The zipper was very difficult to get up, but once it was on I fell in love with this dress. The asymmetrical hemline and puffy sleeves felt very modern and edgy. I did not find the dress to be too short at 5'4" with a big butt and thick thighs.

This was a lovely dress. Fabric was soft and satin-like and I loved the puffy shoulders. I struggled a bit with the zipper and my husband even had a tough time with it so you may need help with that! It was a tad short in the back (ladies with larger bums will understand the struggle) but with tights on I felt much more comfortable! I would own this dress! There's a little clasp in the front too so if you want more cleavage, that's an option

This dress is great! What it lacked in quality fabric, it made up for in style and fit. The dress is VERY flattering, even on my mom bod. The puffed shoulders and hemline add a twist to the classic LBD. I felt hot and chic.

Obsessed with this dress. Not a big fan of puffy sleeves normally but it was so cute & flattering, and the sleeves were subtle even though they added so much to the dress. It was edgy and so cool but not so different that I felt I couldn't pull it off. Will 100% rent many more times!

Elegant and thick fabric. Tighter in the waist and comfortable all night. I'd definitely rent this again.

Needing a dress at the last minute, I went to a rent the runway store at West Elm. When the salesperson brought this dress out, my initial reaction was that it was too short. But it was actually perfect. The angled length of the skirt makes it fun and trendy. I am a standard size 6 and the medium was perfect. Couldn't have been happier with this. Only complaint was that the clasp came undone a few times. Tags were still on when I got this, so got to wear it brand new.

Rented this to go see Bruno Mars and it must be good luck because he sang Locked out of Heaven to be. Loved the fit, incredibly flattering, considered buying it!! Will rent again! Little bit short but I'm pretty tall.

Super high end quality and true to size. Many compliments! My only gripe is that it arrived a bit wrinkled but new with tags! Love when that happens!

It fits true to size and because of the asymmetrical front it’s a little forgiving in the tummy area.

I'm a size 4 and the medium was a little big but I'm sure the small would have been too small. I rented this originally for a nice dinner on vacation in Savannah, GA but ended up wearing it to be a cat on Halloween. The sleeves are cute & puffy. Nice 80's flare. Wouldn't rent again because it didn't fit properly & wasn't my style.

I love this dress. It’s giving you sweet and sassy. If you wear it the right way, you can wear it in the office and then rock it at happy hour! It’s a great dress. I feel like going a size down would be too small but the next size up was a little too big so just know that. It was just slightly too big and when I say slightly too big that means like a quarter of an inch.

This dress is comfortable and unique. The puff sleeves and handkerchief skirt are super flattering and forgiving. The medium fit fine but I went with the large to allow extra room for dinner and drinks at the wedding.

I'm a petite 5'2.5" and 34B and the extra small fit perfectly.

I wish this was slightly longer. Also cut super slim in the shoulders and chest. I have a small chest so was able to wear this unbuttoned to create a fun plunging V neckline!! I got a lot of compliments

I loved the simplicity of this dress with all the subtle details. I was disappointed that I couldn't zip it up! It was very stiff, no give at all. The zipper was just super tight over my rib cage. I think I will try it again in the future...either losing a little weight, trying a bigger size, or both!

I like this dress. A lot. Just didn't have the umph I was looking for on date night. Fit nicely, draped perfectly and flattering overall. Just didn't wow me. I went with something else. I would consider it again for a dressy day event or a dinner out with the parents at a "nice" place.

Amazing dress. Rented it twice hoping the zipper issue was just with the first one. Literally have trouble unzipping it from the hanger. As soon as it hits the fabric waistband it stops.

I ordered this for my first trip out of Portland since the pandemic locked us down. I wasn’t sure about it when I ordered it, because Im not generally a fan of the handkerchief skirt fashion trend: I think taller women can rock it, but being an average height, it makes me look squatter: it’s not an attractive trend on me. The arms tend to run tight, so lifting your arms is restricting. The plunging neckline is more tasteful than trashy, and it’s a sweet little black dress option for those that like (or those that can rock) the Little Black Dress with a handkerchief dress cut. I wore it once and it was a solid pass for me. This also confirms I’m not for the handkerchief trend. HOWEVER, it’s a sweet dress for those who like the handkerchief trend.

Loved this dress, and couldn’t wait to wear it but the faulty zipper had other plans. Very disappointed.

And the zipper was impossible to get up or down. Didn’t wear !
