Wore this dress to Happy Hour with my girlfriends. I love the ruffles!! It runs really short. I don't recommend for tall ladies. I went up a size!

I usually wear M but I ordered this in a large because of the reviews. Large was ok, but still very fitted. I loved the ruffles on the shoulders and the cure cuffs.

Loved it but runs small

Fit was incredibly flattering, hugged in all the right places but not too restrictive. A little on shorter side, and bottom has no hem, almost looks just cut. I received a lot of compliments at work about it though!

Great for Sunday brunch super cute

When I pulled this out of the bag I thought maybe it wasn't going to be great. The color seemed more muted than in photos and it looked almost too reminiscent of a Star Trek costume. But then when I put it on I found it to be really flattering. I wore it multiple times, got lots of compliments, and wound up buying it!

Wore for happy hour. Super fun! Super comfortable, good stretch. Love the shoulder and sleeve accents. Yes, it's short so plan to wear tights or bare leg it if you dare.

I typically wear an XS but the S fit me perfectly! Loved it for my Thanksgiving TV segment. Would totally rent again.

Such a cute Fall dress that can transition from work to happy hour. It's definitely short but should be at work for 5' 3" and below, otherwise will definitely be too short. Wore it multiple times because it's so comfortable and cute.

Loved this dress. Loved the plaid and that it was so soft. Loved the 3/4 sleeves. It does run small so make sure you order up. It is slightly fitted through the skirt so did ride up a little bit was fine as long as you size up.

The fit on this is so cute! Accentuated curves and was sexy without being over the top. I had hoped to wear it to work, but even with opaque tights it was a little much so I wore it in the weekend and got great compliments!

Super cute great fit on everything except for the fact that it literally showed the bottoms of my butt cheeks. I'm 5'8 and rented the medium but didn't wear because it was very inappropriate. I do have a relatively longer torso.

This dress fit me in all the right places but was perfectly modest. The S was too short for my length but the M was just as fitted and a little longer so if you're worried about the length, size up!

Easy to pair this w heels to dress it up or booties /boots to dress down. Agree w other reviews that it does run small. I probably should have worn the small over the xs, but the xs fit my arms better. It is short but the rest of the dress is conservative so I think it's a nice balance

I rented this dress for myself, but it definitely didn't fit. Thankfully, my mom needed a dress and this worked perfectly for her! XL must have been closer to a size 8

As other reviews state, this dress was really short, but being 5'2" I was able to wear it. I liked the fit of the dress. My only complaint was that the pattern is screen-printed onto the dress, making it look cheaper than I was expecting.

Lovely dress! Be aware that this is a very slim fit but there is a little stretch. Ruffles are perfect - got tons of compliments. The only minor issue is that the bottom of the dress appears to be scissor cut and there is no hem. Still, I'd rent again!

I rented this dress for work. The fabric is very comfortable, and the print is great. However, like other reviewers said, the dress is quite short and fitted, even after sizing up. I added a jacket and leggings to feel more comfortable wearing it at work. Even though the jacket covered the arm details, I thought it pulled together well, and I received compliments. Good rental but maybe best for the short and skinny girls.

Like others said, this dress is super short. It would not be appropriate to wear without tights. Also the gray is lighter in person.

I thought to myself, "I'm 5'3, nothing from RTR is too short". LIES. This is so short. I've got curves and my body turned this into a club dress. Lots of stretch. If you are trying it for work, and you aren't super curvy, sizing up should work for you. I'm a 4/6 on top and 8 on bottom. I really wanted to love it. The colors are so great.

So short. Loved the look of the dress and it fit nicely although still running smaller than expected but too short to wear. I'm just shy of 5'3" so I didn't listen to the other warnings but it was incredibly short and couldn't wear it to work and wouldn't have worn it socially either.

I'm short and this was still too short, even with tights.

This dress made me feel like I belonged on The Romper Room. It was short and small - definitely too short to wear to work which was disappointing since it has a professional aesthetic. Unfortunately I had to send it back.

Wonderful fit! If you find the hem short, than pair it with opaque tights and boots. The dress has great stretch and flattering to my figure.

The material was strechy so it fit nicely. I've got a smaller chest and wider hips and fabric made it look like it fit perfectly! Wore this dress all day long to work before a Christmas party and it was so comfortable, I loved it! Highly reccommend!
