Really loved the feel of the fabric. The pinstripe made it perfect for work. And the sleeves are a nice touch but a tad unruly when you are on zoom calls all day.

This shirt is just as described. The material is wrinkle resistant which is great for travel. Once I had the sleeves tied (which is hard if you're on your own) they stayed tied for the rest of the day; I just had to make sure not to accidentally dip them in anything. I did get complimented on the shirt. I would say it's good for a work event when you want to feel professional with subtle flair.

I am trying to shift my closet to that of a more professional young adult. This blouse helped me do just that. Perfect for a day at the office or a day of classes, this blouse brought me nothing but compliments all day. The only issue that I had with it was that I couldn't quite keep the ribbons tied on the sleeves (It very easily could be solved with a double knot, but I didn't really make it that far).

Easy, no fuss, on-trend work top. Inexpensive to buy. I double knotted the tie ends so they stayed tied.

I love that this has a relaxed shape and feeling but the fabric is structured and the pinstripe detailing gives it a little business/menwear feel. The deep blue pairs well with denim, I've rented it twice now and worn it many times to work.

I don't usually wear bell sleeves, but I liked this because the ties helped keep them in place, however they also kept coming untied... It was very cute and comfortable overall.

Great top for work. True to size, slightly cropped. Interesting sleeves. Make sure your top comes with ties on the sleeves though, I rented twice and the item came faulty.. without the ties, which makes the top! Had to email RTR to ensure the third time renting would be an I damaged item - and made a purchase.

I wore this top a couple times - to work, on Christmas Day and on a vacation. The top is simple enough for everyday wear, but also dressy enough to wear to a party. It fits true to size. The only thing I had to get use to was the bell sleeves and ties and making sure they didn't dip into anything.

The fit is a little small so go one size up from what you normally wear. The fabric does have some stretch in it so that is a big plus! Loved wearing this to a casual benefit gala with jeans and booties. This was perfect!

This was in my first RTR Unlimited shipment and I was surprised to find out I could purchase it and keep it forever. The classic pinstripe fabric is substantial and flowy at the same time. The ties on the arms may get on your nerves, but if you tie them well, they should stay. I wore it with a grey pencil skirt, nude stockings, and navy blue pumps for a professional look.

I felt a bit nautical with this . This would be good for work as well . The ribbons by the wrists were fun!

This was a very easy to wear blouse. It is definitely the type of top that can be used for work or for play. The only reason I did not give it five stars is because the dark navy makes it hard to wear with black or with darker jeans. This will be great in warmer weather with white. I wore it with a camel colored pencil skirt and received quite a few compliments.

Good fit, comfortable, elegant and not too dressy

Cute blouse, but nothing special. The ties kept getting undone but by the end of the day I had mastered the art of tying them with one hand even while driving. Please don't attempt to copy! ;)

I really liked the thick material and it was lined. The bows came undone throughout the day, but it was a beautiful shirt.

It will work for a casual business to drinks transition. More than that, I might encourage you to look elsewhere.

As others found, the ties on the sleeves easily come loose and are fussy. The top is cute and the material is nice, but it was so short on me (I'm 5'10") that it wasn't work appropriate.

Didn't fit well. The shoulders bunched, it was very cropped, and the sleeves are very long.
