I can wear the small, but medium definitely felt more comfortable around the shoulders and waist, as there's no stretch to the material. The material is good quality and thick. It's a relatively conservative dress and I didn't like the collar buttoned to the top so I folded it over and bobby-pinned the two sides down. I also rolled up the sleeves a little bit. Very cute tho! Would rent again.

A great winter staple- nice, thick fabric perfect for the chillier months. The wrap makes it a bit fancier for work or a dinner, while the plaid means you can dress it down if needed. It's already gotten lots of use in my closet!

This was a nice, thick Flannel-like material. The small was roomy so I probably could've gone down a size, but this was fine for a day at the office. A lot of buttons!

I really liked this dress. It is very tapered at the waist and had a really nice fit. The material isn't too heavy, which was nice. It is a bit snug across the chest, but not extremely noticeable. I received so many comments from my coworkers and complete strangers. My only issue is that it smelled really weird when I took it out of the packaging...

Not my usual style, and runs a bit narrow in the hips. Im busty, so i needed a cami underneath as the buttons didnt fit. The material is heavy but soft.

This was really a cute and comfortable dress. For me was a little tight in the midsection so I wore the size up from my usual size. Otherwise loved it!

I wore this for a business conference in Winter. During the conference I paired it with tights and heels, and to make the transition to evening I paired it with fleece opaque tights and short moto boots. I received several compliments on this dress during day at the conference and later in the evening when we were out on the town. The dress is warm, perfect for Fall/Winter and the tie detail at the waistline minimizes your waist in a very flattering way. Highly recommend this gorgeous dress.

Very flattering for all body types I was most excited about this dress and it did not disappoint. I wore in London during a typical cold rainy London day and with tights it was warm enough to layer with a scarf a be okay. The fit is amazing and the cross over is a nice touch. Fit - True to size. No negatives, the dress looks just like the photo. I'm 5'10" which usually means things are a bit too short in the sleeves or torso but this fit beautifully. This pairs great with loafers/flats just as RTR styled it. Perfect 'Monday at the office' look when you aren't ready to let go of the weekend. The fabric is super cozy.

You wouldn't think this would be as sexy as it is. It's a heavy, drab flannel and really modestly cut. On the hanger it looks like one of those blankets you keep in the trunk of your car in case you're trapped in a blizzard. However the cut turns out to be really flattering, with the half wrap. I got this because it sounded warm, and was very pleasantly surprised by how good it looked.

I'm usually between a small and medium in dresses. Ordered a medium. Top half fit well, bottom half was a bit big, but not really an issue. Loved that this was a heavier material. Made for a great winter option. Received many compliments. Would rent again.

This is one of my favorite dresses I've rented. It's perfect for a fun day-to-day piece, but can totally work as business casual. I wore it to a design meeting and got several compliments. It's a well-made, thick material. It's warm, but breathes enough not to cook you. The wrap is adorable!

I thought this dress would be made of thin shirt material, but it's actually made of a structured flannel. It's really pretty in person! However- it runs pretty small. I fit in my normal medium size just barely, but I knew I wouldn't feel comfortable wearing it for an entire day. Definitely size up if you're larger chested. I've ordered the large and will update with a photo if it fits!

This was not something I expected to love so much! The fabric feels like a very high quality, thick, flannel. It does run a bit small and as some with wide hips and thighs, it can make the dress look a bit shorter than it might on someone smaller. Considering buying - love it!

Well fitting dress. Nice for biz casual environment. Didn't realize plaid is lime green and blue. It's subtle and had I known, I probably wouldn't have rented.

This dress is so nearly perfect. The fit on me could not be better and the weight of the material feels luxe, giving a classic feel to the dress along with the plaid pattern. I tied the front in a kind of loose sweatshirt arrangement and tucked in the neck to make a v-shaped collar. With some adjustment, very wearable.

Overall, I love this look. I have a muscular & curvy build, so it was a little tight in the butt & boob area.
