Perfect for my Masters Graduation ceremony. Watch the part of the wrap/slit is pretty high when you sit down

Perfect for the occasion - I wore this to a bridal shower at a country club. Fits true to size. I received many compliments. The only con is having to be aware of how high the slit is.

LOVED it- don't want to send it back! So flattering and fun. The slit is pretty high when walking & sitting. I wore bike shorts under just to feel more protected against the wind in NYC.

The dress fit well and I thought it was cute. BUT I was blown away by all of the compliments I received! Everyone kept telling me how great it looked on and that I should buy it. Like other reviewers have said, though, the opening in the front can be revealing. If you don't tie it tight enough, people can see your slip and sitting is tricky.

Sexy meets sophisticated! One of my favorite rentals that is extremely versatile. You can wear it to a party or wear it to work and it is completely appropriate. It is perfect in length and the wrap does not come open. I'm 5'4 128lbs 34B. Loved it so much I bought it!

I love this dress. It is flattering, and the cut and pattern make it unique. I did take the advice of other reviewers and went up a size. I am an M or 8 in virtually everything else, but the L fit me perfectly in this dress. The slit might be a little daring for work if the environment is conservative, especially when you cross your legs, but the higher neckline off-sets that a little... Overall, 5 stars from me. I think I will even buy it! :)

I rented this dress as part of my Unlimited subscription for my cousin's bridal shower. The fabric is really light and comfortable, and I love the cut, color & print. I got a ton of compliments, and it was super easy to wear & versatile; I wore it the next day with white sneakers and a light jacket during the day. I'd recommend sizing down on your backup size, especially if you're smaller in the bust - I got the S, and could have used less fabric in the chest & I couldn't get the waist quite tight enough around the waist.

Absolutely adored this dress. Fit true to size and the alternating strips were so flattering. Wouldn't recommend it for a formal/conservative event as the slit is quite high. But the tie closure was the perfect detail and I got plenty of compliments. Colors are true to images as well!

I'm usually an XS but I rented the S because I was worried the XS would be too short, and the S was perfect. Be careful of the front slit, it goes up VERY high and I wouldn't recommend for dancing or lots of sitting. When I sat, I would put a shawl over my knees because otherwise you'll flash everyone. It's a great dress for standing.

Loved this easy little j.o.a. dress! It ran true to size so was a little tight on my chest (34DD), but still looked great. The fabric is light, and airy. Perfect for daytime!

I'm obsessed with this dress but I rented it for work and it was a bit too short to be professional so I ended up not wearing it. The slit is pretty short and the skirt underneath is a bit snug. I will def rent again but for a party!

The construction of this dress is so fun. It ran pretty true to size but leaning towards a touch big. I wore a small but could definitely done an XS. There was plenty of room in the bust. The underskirt was a good length, just above the knee. Can be worn with a standard bra.

I rented this dress for my daughters baptism. I was super nervous considering all the reviews on the slit, however , i used a small safety pin towards the bottom and it worked out. The sizing is def alittle weird, it was very big on top but fit me well on the bottom, besides the slip underneath. As others have stated, the slip is SUPER short. Which is why i have it 4 stars. Overall, i ended up really liking the dress and it worked well for the occasion despite the reviews. I received many compliments

I would say I have a higher waist than the average person, and this dress hit my hips at the right place. I had read reviews about the high slit so I had been expecting it, but in hindsight wasn't ideal for a wedding. I felt like I was always adjusting the dress to make sure that I didn't flash anyone during the ceremony and while dancing! I did, however, receive a bunch of compliments on the dress and I really did like it.

Loved this dress but the inside slip was extremely short. Like barely covered my undies. It was perfect standing still in my closet but I ended up not wearing to the derby party because I worried about the slit in the front.

I wasn't able to wear the dress because it wasn't sewn correctly down the sides by my hips. It's stuck out about a half an inch on both sides making me look a little wider than I would've liked. I called Rent The Runway and they quickly sent me a different replacement dress. Great customer service! I put the dress on to take a picture, but I also ended up sitting in it for a quick work call. It didn't wrinkle at all. Great material. The front panel doesn't quite stay up along the seam when you tie it across (shown in photo). But overall a great dress. Very comfortable.

I am between a 4-8 depending on the shape of the dress ( 4 on top 6/8 on bottom). Typically a 6 is just about right. I went for the medium based on the other reviews that mentioned the slit in the middle ran high. With #biggirlthighs, I knew that maybe I wasn't the right fit for me, but with unlimited, I wanted to give it a go anyway. Alas, I was right. The lining was too tight for my hips. I tucked it up into the dress, which worked, but did make the dress inappropriate for work because there was no lining barrier ( and a whole lot of too sexy for work thigh). I really wanted this to work, and for the right, standing only event, I will absolutely rent it again. Overall I rated this "runs small" because the M fit snug on my upper body.

Received a lot of compliments on this dress but if you look closely, the torso portion is very short. It didn't fit the bottom half of me well.

Chest was a little tight while it fit perfectly through the hips, which is the opposite than usual for me. Also the slit in the front was a little short.

Quite tight in the torso and breast area. Overall, really sophisticated and girly dress. Material doesn't wrinkle easily and very light.

There's a reason models walk the catwalk. This dress is stunning standing up. Sitting requires your hands in your lap. I would not recommend this for an occasion when you are seated in sight of others. Ok for sitting behind a desk.

I wore this for a day party. This dress fit like it was made for me. It had a tiny bit of room so I didn't feel suffocated but it still showed a nice shape. It did show a little bra under the arms but I am bigger in the chest so on a smaller chest or a different bra if would fit perfectly. Also, the slit in front comes apart pretty easily so I wouldn't recommend it for a classy event when you'd be mostly sitting. I got complements on it all day. I would definitely rent again.

I loved this dress so much I almost bought it. The only reason I didn't buy was the slit. The slit is very high which makes it a bit uncomfortable. I ended up wearing to work twice and got tons of compliments. I paired it with a an orange shrug and nude shoes. Again the slit is high so a bit edgy for work but so flattering and soft material.

This dress was perfect for a Church Function. Modest yet modern! Got many compliments! I'm a size 6 and the medium fit perfectly. Easy to zip up even with a 36D chest!

For me, the fit was too small in the shoulder area to zip up the back while being a little snug in the skirt. Everything else was good (fit, color, fabric), will be reordering in a medium.

Rented this in a large because it was the only one available and was too big for me. If it was in a medium I think the fit might have been perfect. Note, The "slip" underneath is VERY SHORT (and I'm 5'2") and the gap between the front flap and the side is large. Unless you are very comfortable with your upper thigh being exposed, you will have to get creative with the fashion tape to keep this one closed! Gorgeous dress, wish it would've worked out for me :(

So i ha read the reviews about the short slip, and I definitely was happy the table cloth covered my lap when I sat for dinner! I would recommend it if you do not have to sit for too long anywhere. Dancing was fine just the sitting that was a bit risque. I am 5'5 and wear a 6 usually. Medium felt great!
