This dress runs small. I got the 2r and 4r and I'm normally good in a 2 but the 4 was a better fit. So order up. The dress has an interior corset/bodice built in so you don't need a bra but the waist is very tight and fitted. Over the rest of the night, I felt that the dress definitely conformed to my body better but there was no stretch to the fabric. I loved the black lace around the dress and the pleats. Definitely made my birthday special!

This pretty in pink style channeled a 50’s vibe while also making me feel like Audrey Hepburn in the movie Funny Face (specifically the “Think Pink” scene). This dress fits small and was very fitted at the waist, I would recommend sizing up for you backup size. The fabric has absolutely no stretch and there is a built in bra in the bodice of the dress so you to not need to wear one. There is room in the bust, the style would work best for women with cup sizes A-C. There is no need to wear Spanx with this style or any shape wear, there is a lot of room in the hips so I would say this style would work best on the following body types - Apple, Hourglass, Athletic, Pear, Straight & Narrow. I would wear this style to a Spring/Summer wedding, formal garden party or formal engagement party. I would pair it with black, matching pink shade or nude accessories. I would wear minimal jewelry with this style so that attention would not be taken away from the detailing at the hips and the amazing pleats!

I think that the trick with the fit of this dress is the waist. NO Give at all in the waist, it has a built in corset. Measure yourself. My waist measures almost 28 inches and the size 6 fit perfectly on my waist. I used the ASOS size chart ( google it). The rest of the fit depends on your body type. I am a petite pear shaped lady (small on top size 4) and as expected the boob area was a bit loose, so I tried wearing my strapless bra below the corset and it filled the gap perfectly. I might try a silicone bra to fill my chest area better before my activity. If you have large hips the dress the will puff up. It is not an A line dress even though it kind of looks like that on the model. Hope this helps.

This is a beautiful and tailored dress. It was comfortable and loved the fact it had pockets. I used it for a summer wedding at a vineyard. Love, love, love!

Pretty in Pink. Loved the light pink color. It runs a tad small. I'm glad I went a size up because the 10 fits perfectly. I think if I would if got my usual size it probably wouldn't zip. The dress have no stretch whatsoever. Especially the black lace part is kinda tight. I wore this to a friend dinner rehearsal and everyone loved it. I felt like a princess. I'm 5'2 and it hit me at mid calf. I would definitely rent this one again. Such a pretty dress. Loved it!
