I'm 5'9 got the size 2,4 ended up wearing the size 4, the 2 was too tight in the butt area. Very light weight and the split wasn't inappropriate at all. Received so many compliments

I loved this dress! The color is so pretty in person, and I got several complements. I ordered the 2 & the 4. While I could have maybe sized down to the 0 for the top of the dress, the lower half was decently fitted, so I'm glad I stuck with the 2.

This dress is perfect for an outdoor occasion. The slit is nice and not too high. If you have a smaller chest I would suggest adding stickies underneath and maybe a strapless bra for support. I am 5'3 110 and the size 0 fit perfectly.

This dress was perfect! I was nervous about the fit but the material had the perfect amount of stretch to tastefully hug my curves! I could have worn the 10 but wanted a little bit of extra room so I could get down on the dance floor. I can't wait to be able to order a dress from this designer again, could not have been happier.

The dress ran a bit small around the waist and hips, but fit loosely at the top when ordering up. I received many compliments throughout the night and the color stands out beautifully. I completed my look with a necklace and clutch from RTR as well.

I normally don't wear strapless, but loved this dress. I chose sizes 4 and 6 (what I normally wear). When first trying it on, I wished I had gotten a 2, mainly because my bust/wait area is small and I was concerned about it staying up (it felt loose). Luckily, the dress was tight enough everywhere else that it stayed up on it's own. It was a super fun dress and I got a ton of compliments.

I fell in love with this dress a while ago and had to rent it for the July wedding we were going to! It fit very well and hit me in all the right spaces. I personally thought the slit was just fine but I am comfortable showing a bit of leg. I loved the color, more of a periwinkle than anything but would definitely recommend! I'm 5'4", 140lbs with an athletic build, smaller top and thicker bottom. Loved it!

I wore this to a summer wedding and received so many compliments! I am usually a 4 or a 6 but went with the 6 just to be sure. I would recommend sizing down if you are in between sizes, as the top gaped a bit and the tummy had extra material. I was blown away by how much I loved this dress, I wish I could have purchased it!

This dress hugs your body in all the right places and is comfortable to wear and dance in! The slit is very high and would ride up a little when walking, but nothing crazy. I got a ton of compliments on the dress. Would rent again!

This dress was a dream, really beautiful and elegant. The top part of the dress kept folding out and was a little annoying when I danced but apart from that i recommend it for a formal party

Great dress for summer wedding. Received lots of compliments. They only had a 6 but I think a 4 would have been good too. Only suggestion is fashion tape. I had to use a little fashion tape for the top/chest of the dress to hold it up and stay in place.

Most of the dress ran pretty true to size, might run a tad large. Length and color are really pretty. The fabric of the ruffle isn't stiff so it moves and is a little less defined than in the product image. The main thing is that the top of this dress runs big. I'm a 32A in the bust and normally wear a 2 in dresses. I got a 0 in this dress and had to wear a padded strapless bra to make it fit and it was still a tad loose.

Fit was snug but overall was a fun dress.

When I first saw the dress out the bag I was underwhelmed and thought I got something too plain but I loved this dress! It took me forever to find one for this event and I was going back and forth but this is a classic shape you can’t go wrong with. Get this! But for details read more. For sizing what everyone said was right. Don’t go your usual size, size down. While my normal size of a size 8 didn’t exactly fall off of me it was certainly looser in the bust and hips. So the backup size 6 worked better for me. Also if you’re short like me I’m 5’3 the slit can come up kinda high, at least for my taste but it’s not truly a problem unless you’re popping your leg out the whole time. And for the hot day I wore it, it was definitely good pick to stay cool. Last drawback was that you can kinda see the elastic through the fabric at the top of the dress (I’m guessing too many washes) but it doesn’t show up in photos, it’s just one thing I would add if I was being really picky. This dress has way more pros in cons great dress for the occasion and a compliment magnet! With this not being my first rental, RTR always works me.

Going with a strapless dress can be a toss up but this dress stayed in place all day/night without needing to constantly pull it up. Also loved the color and detail!

This was a beautiful dress for an anniversary date! I am between a 4 and 6 with full hips - I wore the 6 which was a little more comfortable. The dress stayed up throughout the night with a basic strapless bra underneath. The slit is fairly high, but I never felt too exposed. If you wear Spanx underneath just be prepared to hike them up on the side of the slit so it doesn't show. The color is gorgeous and I felt so confident!

Difficult to say if it fits true to size because I was 9 months pregnant when I wore this, although it was VERY stretchy. I had rented a dress that was the same brand at 7 months so I based the fit off of that. Pre-pregnancy I was a size two, and I ordered this dress in a size 10. The color is amazing and the slit is the perfect length. I was getting complements all night on the dress. Would definitely rent again!!

Fit like a glove and I didn't have any problems with the dress riding up or falling down - wore with a strapless bra and a high rise Spanx thong and had no issues. Would definitely rent again!

I cannot express how much I loved this dress. I received so many compliments! It was very comfortable. I wore it to a banquet so I wasn't moving around (dancing) too much so can't how'd it be for that but I imagine it would've a good dress to dance in as well. I didn't really have to pull up or adjust the top at all. I'm normally a size 4 but wore the 2. The dress is very stretchy so you'll probably need to size down. The 4 just had way too much extra fabric in the waist area. I'm 5'6'' 146lbs, athletic build.

This dress is gorgeous! The color is stunning and I think would look great on any skin tone. I'm fair skinned (more so than you can tell in my edited photo) and was worried about the light blue but it looked great. I am 5'4 and 120 lbs and ordered the 2 and 0 because I read on some reviews that the dress runs large. I normally wear size 2 and it fit great. The 0 fit on top but was too tight in the stomach and hips and made the slit sit weird. The only thing that drove me a little nuts about this dress was that the chest is so big. I am pretty small chested (34b) but even after reading reviews thought I'd be ok with one of my many strapless, very padded bras, especially ordering such a small size. I had no issue with keeping the dress up, but the elastic on the top puckers and I couldn't get it to lay flat. I think that would happen unless the dress was so taught you'd be popping out. Not the biggest deal, I think it only bugged me so much because everything else about the dress was perfect! Still have to give it 5 stars! Great light fabric and easy to dance in thanks to the slit. The only warning I will give is that like other reviews said, between the cut and the light fabric the dress isn't forgiving whatsoever. I wanted to try spanks because I was nervous about my booty dimples and always pig out at weddings but the slit it too high. My butt looked fine and as long as you're not self conscious of your midsection and can relax it's great. Very classy but also sexy and would work well for any wedding, including formal or black tie. Wish I had more curves to fill it out but still loved it! Felt confident seeing lots of people I hadn't in years!

I was nervous when ordering before I wear a 34DD bra. Didn't have to wear a bra and it kept the girls up all night just when dancing had to check myself but not bad! Would rent this dress again!!

I’ve read some ladies go a size down but frankly the size 4 fit me way better than size 2. Size 2 was way too small, couldn’t get it up my hips. Size 4 was roomy but not loose. I’m 5’2”, weighing 134lbs, 32D cup. Dress is super comfy! Light weight. I received so many compliments!

I've worn this dress to another wedding and it did not disappoint almost a whole year later! Fits great and the ruffles distract from problem areas - watch out when sitting though, the slit goes up pretty far!

Great fit and comfortable. Didn't have to pull up constantly like some strapless dresses. I got the 2 just in case, but it is pretty true to size, maybe slightly larger. Ultimately the 0 worked perfectly. I was able to wear a strapless bra with no problem. Loved the color too. Easy to play of with blue or purple.

I am usually about a 6 (sometimes a 4). This dress fit comfortably, but definitely was snug so if you are ordering a back up size make it a size up. It is very tight and can emphasize the tummy a little bit. Had no problems with it falling down or anything. Also, the slit is decently high so be aware of that. But overall I loved it.

This dress fit great. Slightly loose in the top which was flattering and didn’t cut in at the chest like other strapless dresses do and roomy enough to wear a strapless bra. I got so many compliments. The thigh slit is just the right height.
