I love everything about this dress and will rent it again, the only problem I had was that even though it was a size petite, it was still too long for me.

Am a size 6, ordered a 6 which was a perfect fit. Not a big busted ladies.

My daughter is 5'6.. size 2... however the straps were slightly long. But she manage.

I am smaller on top and curvy on the bottom. This dress had just enough stretch. If you hava a small waistline, this is a great dress

Tight dress with no stretch. Its beautiful and I got a lot of compliments but I originally got a smaller size and had a 8P rushed to me. I am average height (5'7") and the petite wasn't bad. I am also normally a size 6. A petite size was the only option available. Bigger breasts may have difficulty in this tight dress.

I did not get to wear this as plans for my event changed but will rent again for another event.

Pro- great cut, love the sequins work, the cut outs are super cute and the dress is comfortable. Con- could have been a tad longer (I have wide hips) the zipper is a bit tattered.

Perfect for Weddings

The fabric was thick so it draped well over my pear shaped curves but still light enough to be comfortable to wear in Texas summer. Next time, I would get a 2L instead of 2R because I’m 5’6 and I prefer for gowns to cover my shoes/ touch the floor and this dress hung about 3 inches off the ground with my 3-4 inch heels. I have a small bust so bra was not needed.

Rented this for a Murder Mystery party my husband and I were throwing. The theme was Hollywood Glamour and it totally fit the bill! Perfect balance of sexy and sparkle. I got so many compliments! Love this dress. I'm short the the length was perfect!

I did have to fight through the feeling that my boobs were showing. As a DD it just barely fit on top - the chest coverage is pretty narrow, so I felt I had a lot of boob showing above, but had to to avoid underboob (but maybe that’s your thing)

Loved this dress! Really flattering and comfortable, was in great condition! I rented just to try one and I'd definitely rent it again, but note it's a bit short for people my height...I always want gowns to hit the floor, not my ankle

It was just ok. I got a lot of compliments because the dress is a beautiful sparkling fabric, but the fit was a bit awkward. There was a gap in the front, so it wasn’t flattering at the waistline… made my tummy look bigger than it is. Also the fabric was so heavy, the straps pulled hard on my neck and shoulders all night. So I was constantly pulling it up. Also, I’m tall, and it’s clearly made for shorter women.

I know there aren't enough reasons to wear sequin, but next time you can wear this. The navy versus black for a formal affair was just my style, this dress is flattery, a little heavy but worth it! I will say if you leave in hanging it will get longer as it's so heavy.

I loved everything about this dress and did not have to wear bra.

I ventured out of my comfort zone in navy, rather than black and it was well worth it! Dress fit beautifully and didn't require a bra- in fact I started with it on but the straps kept peaking out so it was better to toss it completely. I rented the 2R and the length was perfect with 3.5 inch heels so you could see my shoes as I walked but not while standing. I definitely recommend shape-wear under the dress so the fabric lies flat. Unfortunately sequins can do unforgiving things with reflecting light, which may accentuate the wrong places if left untamed. I was concerned my arms would get irritated from rubbing against the sequins but I was pleasantly surprised I didn't feel them at all. This dress is an absolute 10 out of 10 - high impact, elegant, and comfortable - I highly recommend it!

I loved this dress the second I tried it on. I wore it to a back tie work function. It felt sexy but not too revealing and different from all the other black gowns. I usually wear a 0 or a 2, xs or a, and this fit like a glove!

This dress was absolutely stunning and perfect for a black tie wedding. The dress was pretty true to size and very comfortable.

This dress was stunning and will catch everyone's eye as soon as you walk into the room. I received so many compliments! Overall, the fit and length was great, I am 5'5" and 115lbs and wore a size OR dress with 4 inch heels. I would say the only downside was the straps were a little stretched out due to the heaviness of the dress and from use, other than that it was great! Highly recommend.

Great dress! I would size down because it does run a little large. It depends on your preference in my opinion this dress looks alot better tightly fitted so the sides don't scrunch in.

The sequins are very soft, not scratchy like other sequin dresses. The dress fit like a glove but also had some stretch to it. Definitely the most comfortable sequin gown I've ever worn. The band across the top was set a little lower than I would like, as I have higher set breasts (had a nip slip taking this photo actually). But otherwise it was amazing.

Great fit! The breast area is a little big. I am 32c and a size 2 but nothing some double sided rap couldn't fix.

It fit perfectly. I'm 5'8 and the long allowed a nice comfortable kitten heel so that the gown would flow on the ground. It's just the right amount of sexy and classy. Elegant but daring. Oh and let's not forget the color!! So well made. Heavy and stayed put. Rent. Rent. Rent. !!!

The 4L fit really well and supported the girls, no bra. The length was perfect with heels. Very sparkly especially with tiki torch lighting with good weight and not itchy. I felt beautiful in it.

The fit was great. It was stretchy in the right places. I'm narrow shouldered, so I attached the straps together at the shoulder blades and just kept my hair down to cover the safety pin. It kept the straps from sliding off my shoulders. Definitely to be worn with heels. Super comfy dress!

This dress fits really nicely and I got so many complements!!! No one could believe that I had rented it! I got both a 0R and a 2R, but I ended up wearing the 0R because it was tighter on the bust area. The dress itself is stretchy so that made it super comfy! It was pretty long on me but the six inch heels made up for the height difference. The straps on the back were a little loose but it still stayed up because of how tight it was on the bust. Totally recommend!!!

I rented this dress for my engagement photo shoot and I loved it. It didn't fit me perfectly, but I made it work. Because I have a short torso the straps were too long, I fixed this easily by pinning the straps together in the back with a small black safety pin. With my hair down this wasn't noticeable, even with hair up I doubt anyone would have noticed anything out of the ordinary. This dress runs large. I normally wear a size 2, sometimes a size 4, but I ended up wearing the 0R. Based on other reviews, I rented the 2R and the 0R. The 2R would have worked too, it wasn't exceedingly large, but I just felt more sexy in the 0R (I'm never a 0 lol!). I'm 5'4" and 4-inch heels were necessary for the dress not to drag on the floor. I was debating about whether I should wear a strapless bra or not. The strapless bra obviously made it look like I had more up top, which I liked, but if I moved a certain way it would show in the front and on the sides. I didn't want to be constantly checking if my bra was showing during my photo shoot so I went without it, didn't even wear Nippies or anything. All in all, this was a great dress, very well made, also pretty fitted (I wore Spanx to keep everything tight), but it's made of a nice stretchy material so it's not totally impossible to walk in. I think my engagement photos came out awesome because of it :)

The dress stood out in a crowd of sequins. The color is a cool blue, but paired well with black shoes. I don't recommend wearing a bra with the top. I am small-busted person that ALWAYS wears a bra, but I didn't feel the need in this dress. I didn't feel like I was going anywhere and the material did an OK job creating shape. I think if I were any larger I would feel slightly more nervous about that. I'm 5'5' and the R was a good length for me with heels.

The dress fit nearly perfectly. The material has a nice weigth to it, but isn't heavy. Although it's completely sequined, the sequins are not itchy and feel more like the texture of mermaid scales. I did wear a strapless bra with it, and found that for me the bust filled out better that way. The length was excellent with a low to medium height heel. I would absolutely recommend this dress!

It is a beautiful dress on! I am 5'7 and the long fit perfectly with 2.5" heels! It has a mermaid bottom, but very form fitting in all the right places! I am a 32 D bust and the top fit perfect, better to have a little tight than too baggy.

True to size

I am 5'7" and 140-145lbs, athletic build (small bust) and this dress in a 2L was perfect with 4 inch heels. The sequins are sewn flat into the dress and they aren't obnoxious in any way so the sparkle/sheen was just enough without being gaudy for this NYE wedding. Dancing made me warm under the dress - the fabric is on the thick side - but I prefer a thicker material regardless, as it is more smoothing. This dress was so comfortable, I didnt have to adjust or think about it at all throughout the night.

Its so much prettier in person, i almost dismissed it, surprisingly fabric not scratchy at all( as with most metalic), also it have stretch so it fits to the body, i almost felt like mermaid. The top part i belive better would fit small busts

This dress was stunning. It fit like a glove and was not as heavy as you'd think a sequin gown would be. I am barely 5'2" and wore four inch heels. This was my first attempt at using hem tape - I feel like if I were better at that, I wouldn't have been tripping over the dress. I was fully prepared for it to be very long which is why I still gave the dress five stars (when the standard shoulder to floor length is 58", you need to be prepared for it to be quite long - just check out the detail description on the dresses for the length.) I used double sided tape to keep the top up a little higher on my chest. I had no problem chasing around my 15 month old on the dance floor in the dress either! So happy with the dress. It looked like no other at the event!

Had to walk the red carpet for an award ceremony and had my first ever RTR fail with the Halston Heritage Vintage Silver dress (which looked so good in the pics but somehow miserable on me). Thankfully I live in NYC and could run over to the store to get something at the last minute - well worth the extra effort - this dress was a SMASH HIT! Definitely get a size smaller for backup though. I think I'm usually a 4 but even the 2 had a bit of extra room at the stomach area, and I think I could have actually gotten away with a 0 (I am so not a 0 lol)

I love this dress!! It was so much softer than I thought it would be for being covered in sequins, but it really wasn't scratchy at all. It was too big in the waist and bust (I'm 30", 23" 36"), and it looked like someone had sewn the straps tighter (a good thing, cause those would have been too big too). It was the perfect length with 3.5" heels (I am 5'4"). Over all i loved this look for the black tie optional wedding and I got compliments all night!
