This dress has a deceptively good fit - hides my big arms and compliments my small waist beautifully. I love this dress so much, it's going in my "rent again" heart list. God bless RTR.

this dress is roomy but for big busted gals the shape isn't too bad. I probably could have sized down to a 6 or maybe even a 4 for the waist and skirt. if you are average to small busted, size down. really comfy for work and didn't wrinkle while sitting all day.

I'm a size 12 and the size still was loose on me. These dress doesn't photograph particularly well but is flattering and comfortable to wear. I chose it for a travel day and airports and jazzed it up with but statement earrings.

This runs a taaaad big, I think I could have gotten the 8 and it would have been fine. The waist sort of floated around instead of sitting where it should. Simple, but the wrist detail and poof sleeves add some interest. Great dress!

Timeless and comfortable. Love the weight and sleeves. This dress may be great belted too.

I love this dress. I wish I owned it! I am tall and this was a perfect length for the office! I ended up wearing this to work and then transitioned it to wear that evening on a date. I will definitely rent this again!

This is a great easy dress that can go from day to night. Im petite so the sleeves were too long for me, but I was able to fix it by pulling the sleeves up to my elbow wearing the sleeves half length. It runs large, so size down.

Size down on this dress for sure. It was easy, comfortable, chic and great quality. Waist band is stretchy as are the sweet, frilly wrists. I wore it with bright shoes and fun earrings. Highly recommend!

Saw this in the store and figured it was simple but a nice flare in the sleeve cuffs so I decided to try it on. They didn't have my usual size 4 but I'm glad I went with the 2! It does have an elastic waist that looks better with a thin belt over it. It's knee length so it's great for work and it's very comfy. It's cute with fleece rights and booties in the winter. Would definitely again for a more casual work piece but you can definitely dress it up with jewelry.

This dress is very cute. I wore it to work, and paired it with a thick brown belt. It's very comfortable and flattering. The fit was great and I felt great in it. I usually wear a 12/14 in dresses. I am 5'7 with an athletic build and very broad shoulders. Sometimes dresses tend not to fit well in the back and shoulders, but this was perfect. My only complaint is that the material is hot. I work in retail and I got very hot at one point in the day because I was walking around a lot and helping customers and the material does not breathe well. Other than that I really loved it. I would say perfect for fall or spring.

This is a great work dress. Very flattering. I'm overall thinish but when dresses are too tight it's in the thighs/behind - but this is the perfect cut for that shape. After a few RTR dresses fit on the snug side at 4, I went with a 4 here but wish I had gotten the 2. Not bad and I wore it twice, but a little loose at the waist. Will get a 2 if I re-rent ever.

beautiful dress for work

I really should have seen this coming, but this ended up looking terribly dowdy on me. A shame, because the color and sleeve smocking details were lovely. Would probably look absolutely gorgeous on someone a few inches taller. :)

The neckline felt too big, and the sleeves were too billowy for an everyday dress. Material, color and length were great, though.
