This dress fit amazingly well. I am typically a size 6 in designer dresses and an 8 in pants. I have what I would consider larger legs but a pretty trim tummy. I felt like a million $$ in this dress and wish I could afford to buy it. Will definitely rent in red too :)

I rented this for work- I liked it but won't be repeating it. The length was fantastic and I liked the navy and black contrast (it was very subtle). I should have sized up to a six- it felt a little tight but wasn't uncomfortable. I paired it with a black blazer, black tights and booties.

I could wear it but it's very fitted borderline skin tight. I would suggest going a size up. I have a 40inch bust.

I rented this dress for work. It was a bit too long on me but I wore it anyway. Would probably look better on someone with a straighter body type, but it was okay on me. The slit is a bit on the high side, but because it's in the back, it's fine when you're sitting, which is normally when problems arise.

I am barely 5'3"...the slit on the back was up all the way on my behind. Not wearable. I almost walked out the door with this on because from the front it looked ok, thank God I felt a breeze and checked.

Love this dress (and it's other version in red). Comfortable, work appropriate, and flattering. The Navy/black color contrast is subtle, but creates a flattering shape.

I loved this dress. It was true to size, form fitting, classy yet sexy and very feminine. The black/navy outline helps contour the body in a flattering way.

The style looks good. Just that everytime I go to the bathroom I have to pull down from inside and every corner so that it doesn't wrinkle at the bottom. Very annoying

Thought it was a 16r and not a 16w so the bottom was loose and wasn't the best fit. Still wore it to work. Nice dress. Nothing exciting

Some stretch in fabric, the black sides are almost the same as the navy but give it alittle more interest. The hips were large so didn't wear as I wanted this for interviews. I might try a smaller size at some point. The arm holes were pretty low but would have worn with cardigan or blazer.

I wore this to a work event and I thought it looked great. My boss commented the slit in the back was very high and kept reminding me to pull it down. Definitely, something to take into consideration. It fit well and I thought was very slimming.

I really liked the color combo and pattern- very stylish take on classic black work sheath. I did not end up wearing it however because I thought it over emphasized my shoulders. I have an athletic build and am always consious of clothing items that highlight shoulder's.

This was a nice enough dress but the fit wasn't spectacular and it was shorter than I expected. I'm only 5'8" and because of the length my fiancé thought this was a going out dress, not a work dress. It hit a few inches above the knee standing up.

This dress fit beautifully, except in the chest area. I had to wear a minimizing bra just to zip it. The cut is really chic.

I would say I'm a pretty standard size (i.e. most clothes in 'my' size fit me without issue). This dress definitely was tight. Wearable but a tight fit all over. Very nice and professional looking. I'm short, so this dress length is not the MOST flattering, but i thought it was a nice work dress. Bit bunchy in places due to it being maybe a 1/2 size too small. Like the black/navy combo - makes shoe matching easy!

This dress was a last minute substitution by the stylist. It was not dressy enough for my event, but it was lovely. Great cut, super comfy. I will definitely rent this in the future, but order it in the correct size. The 20 was a smidge too big since this runs true to size.
