Easy to throw on and look put together. Would work in any season. Great rental!

This dress was my backup so the only size available was an XS. I normally am a size 6 or 8. This dress is meant to fit looser but looks great tighter too. I just made the sleeves three quarter length. The ties at the waist also helps you personalize the dress with how loose or tight you want it. The dress is a soft material and very flattering. It hid the "mom bod" well! Next time I would probably order a small so it was a little bit longer but this dress was still beautiful. I received a lot of compliments and I felt great in it. Love love love this dress!

This is a sweet little dress. I tried to make it work but ultimately didn't wear it. RTR is all about experimenting, for me, so this is just one that didn't fly.

Perfectly fine dress. I agree with other commenters that you should rent a smaller size if you're at all between sizes - it's quite blousy. There are actually two drawstring ties at the waist - I didn't love that, but they're not very noticeable. Fabric is pretty thin - would consider renting again in the spring.

Fit big/too loose. Was not as exciting in person My husband said it reminded him of a nighty. Bought this for work holiday party. Did not wear.

This dress was great for work and SO comfortable! I had rented previously when I worked for a startup (with a more casual dress vibe), and didn't get a chance to wear this since it was so baggy and felt almost like a nightgown. But with the drawstrings around the waist/hips, this is a perfect work dress since it's modest, and again, very comfortable. Don't be shocked when you first put it on though until you tie those strings! Before doing that it definitely looked laughably large/baggy.

Little ties to the side help give it more or less shape around the waist. Knee length for my 5'7" height.

Comfy dress - it was a little longer on me than in the model, hit below the knees. I wore with black heels and it looked chic; despite having sweat-shirt like cuffs on the sleeves and around the neck.

If you're between sizes - size down. But if they don't have that size you could be fine in a bigger one , because of the adjustable waistband. I'm a teacher who was to wear dry clean level for dress code, and this dress was perfect, because it was a nice material for my principal but a comfy fit for me running around and solid length for me to sit on the floor without second guessing anything. I wore it with fancy high top sneakers to keep the "comfy chic" vibe going strong and got compliments from coworkers, students and their parents. Win-win-win.

Great material and great details in the sporty cuffs. Looks great for an every day work dress. Will definitely rent this again.

Love this dress! It fit well and was also really comfortable. It's the kind of look and fit that you can make work for any season. Paired it with camel, suede boots and looked great. Hoping it's still available this spring to pair with mules or sandals!

I loved this dress, the sporty details may be too casual for some offices, but I loved them. The draw string waist was great. I wore this 35 to 37 weeks pregnant.

This dress definitely runs large, but it SO cute. I wore it for a Hall if Fame dinner where I was unsure of the dress code. It worked perfectly! Can be dressed up or down and is very comfortable. I usually wear a small or medium and the XS fit well.

The dress was incredibly comfortable and easy to wear. Personally, I would get the smallest size you think you can get on.

This is just one of those easy "throw it on and look good" dresses. It feels good to wear (I hate anything itchy) and I got so many compliments from my colleagues. I will probably buy it!

This dress definitely runs large but the two side ties really do the trick. I felt elegant and comfortable all day and really loved the casual neckline. I wore this with sheer black panty hose and boots but would definitely rent in the spring to wear with a neutral shoe and bare leg.

I liked the drawstring waist to adjust the blousing of the top of the dress. The material is a little thin for cool weather but everything else about the dress was great. Easy dress to wear to work or also casual on the weekends.

The fabric was surprisingly light, airy and breathable; great for a hot summer day. It seemed TTS and fit me well. It looked better with the sleeves pushed up, but they didn't stay up and kept sliding back down. It was really comfortable. On the minus side, I felt rather dowdy in it, kind of like I was wearing an unsexy nightgown. Maybe a brighter color or more interesting print would have suited me better.

Too big in the chest and shoulders

Loved the design and the tighter fit at the neck and sleeves, but the waist was a little too loose. Even with the drawstrings. I tried to cinch the dress as much as I could but it was still too baggy. I'm not sure if a smaller size would have helped? Maybe. But I think it's the design of the dress.

Fit well but felt somewhat shapeless, even with drawstring belt. Perhaps a smaller size would have had more interest.

This dress looks like a complete potato sack on. Even when working with the drawstring, the armpits are entirely too large and the fit is just blah. Least flattering thing I can imagine
