One of my favorite pieces so far! I love the bright colors and the way it cinches at the waist. I got a lot of compliments on my video calls for work and wore it for a social outing as well. It's comfortable, looser fitting and perfect for summertime. Will definitely rent it again!

19 weeks pregnant and have a too small for maternity but too big for revalue clothes sized bump and this shirt worked perfectly for that. Fabric is a good thickness.

Had my eye on this top for a while, glad I tried it! Took me from work to plane to vaca dinner out all in one day looking super fresh, no wrinkling! The only minor "con"...buttons too spaced-out for where I wanted the neckline to hit. Ended up pinning closed between two buttons. Lots of compliments! Paired with RTR Club Monaco pants in a light blue color which were perfect with this top!

Super cute and comfortable shirt, little big in the chest and waist but couldn't have sized down because of the shoulders. The tie helped to cinch in places where slightly big.

Fit is a little baggy - if you're not large-chested, size down. But it does have a drawstring at the waist to cinch the waist in. I needed a safety pin between the top two buttons to keep them from spreading open. Got this with my RTR Update monthly shipment and will keep it all month, wear to work and with jeans or leggings out for the night.

I ordered this top to wear for work or to dinner one night. I ended up wearing it to the office (we can wear business casual but with jeans) and it was very cute! It ran a little oversized but that was fine by me and the built in belt helped give it some shape. I don't normally wear orange but I loved this top!

Wore this as an easy throw-on with jeans. forgiving fit. nothing spectacular but you'll get some everyday wear out of it.

This was a really pretty blouse. It was thin but wearing a nude bra was ok. I liked how you could cinch the waist to determine the shape that you wanted. The sleeves were a little baggy but if I had sized down, it wouldn't have looked good so I embraced the flowy-ness. I would rent this again in the future.

The colors were nice but I thought the waste with the tie would be more flattering than it was.

I think you can size down for this shirt. It is lightweight and comfortable with nice bright colors.

I loved this top. Wore it to a conference in Chicago in summer, Material does not wrinkle so this traveled well and was a really nice red poppy color. Paired well with navy pants and stood out in a sea or boring business casual. Highly recommend this very comfortable and eye catching top.

This is the easiest, cheerful piece to wear. I loved the coverage at work. As a teacher, it was easy to move in. I found this really fun to wear.

The patter on this top is fun and beautiful. The cinched waist makes a flowy, comfortable shirt flattering. I'm a size 12/ 36DD and I may have been able to get away with the L but the XL worked well. Will probably buy if it goes on sale.

The fabric is light and breaths well, this was a comfortable shirt and the waist tie helps define your figure. I wore this 6 months pregnant and will rent again as I get bigger. I liked the fluttery sleeves. I am normally a medium but sized up for the bump, you get good coverage, the buttons did not gap. This was flowy and easy to wear with jeans, navy trousers or shorts on the weekend. I wore it twice before returning.

Gorgeous color - I love bright orangey reds and BAM this delivers. Blue contrasting pattern is so cute. Just couldn’t wear it since the fit was so boxy and oversized, almost like a very fancy pajama top.

I'm self-conscious about things that tie around my waist but I loved this! The sleeves are different and comfortable. I didn't need a cami. I'd rent again.

Cute top, versatile, loose fit and bright colors. A little on larger size, should have ordered down.

The shirt has nice vibrant colors, love the versatility of the style: not too short, nice belt detail and ruffle sleeves. But it runs very large. Roomy by three-four inches all over. The bust darts are 2 inches wider than my bust line on each side. It still worked really cinching the belt, but size down!

The color of this shirt is amazing! The fit...not so much. It was long and super loose. I had to use a blazer and do some tucking.
