PERFECT for my spring PhD dissertation defense seminar. I wanted something that was color-appropriate for spring, covered my chest (since I’m prone to anxiety rashes), and would catch any nervous sweat. Bonus points for nature theme since my discipline is in nature resources. So perfect I bought it! Fit super well. Buttoned all the way and didn’t feel uncomfortably tight. Will continue to wear for professional occasions.

I am so happy this was on major sale. This is my first RTR purchase. Perfect for work - can dress up or down. I wore it to tour our maxi pad manufacturing plant in Brazil. So it travelled well. :-)

High quality fabric, beautiful colors, puffy, but not too puffy sleeves. Fit perfectly. Wore with jeans for a casual look and with a black suit to work. Solid rental.

I wore this to work twice and loved it! I did wear a cami underneath, but it wouldn't have been necessary if I wore it out with friends. When I first put it on I thought "ahh dang I should have sized up" but after wearing it for a bit, I changed my mind. The XS was perfect.

I was surprised by how much I liked this one! Wore to work but also to a friend's retirement dinner because I liked it so much. Normally I'm not one for the extra height on the shoulder but it fit just right and added to the shape. Gorgeous rich color. Nice details make it feel more expensive and polished. I do hate sleeves with buttons though so I mostly wore it with them rolled up. Great top overall!

Fit as expected. Comfortable, light, quality fabric. Cut a little shorter than some similar tops, but stayed tucked all day with a higher waisted pant. Sleeve length was great, and cuffs weren't tight at all (I got my hands through without unbuttoning).

Love. Comfortable fabric and fit. Gorgeous print (greener than in the pic I took - the lighting was off). My only complaint is the spacing of the buttons. If you unbutton the 2nd-to-top button, it shows too much. But having it buttoned is a bit too conservative. Wish there was a middle button, or they were just placed at different intervals.

I enjoyed wearing this shirt for work. It was cute and fit me well. I did tuck it in and left the top button unbuttoned. I could button it all the way up, but it just wasn't comfortable for me to do so. Arm length was nice and didn't gape in the chest area.

I chose this in my first rental because I'm new and wanted to test a clothing item during my work day. It's lightweight but opaque in color so it doesn't show anything. I love the shoulder stitching and the slight shoulder puff; it makes it a little more special in detail. I recommend this button-up for work or out on the town.

This top was slightly out of my comfort zone, I don't usually wear florals but this shirt is gorgeous. There is so much attention to detail and such beautiful stitching. I wore with jeans but could also wear with dress pants.

Paired this top with my Diane Von Furstenberg navy blue pants and I felt like a million bucks. I wear a size 12-14 in tops and the Large fit me just right. I might have to buy this because I will regret sending it back!
