This was a great top for work. Nice, smooth material that was fairly lightweight but not flimsy which made it great for spring. I wear a size 8 and the medium fit true to size. My only quibble was with the flap covering the buttons. It didn't lay smoothly for me and I'm too lazy to iron things, but it was a minor issue that didn't stop me from wearing this top twice with some RTR pants.

Wore this with a black skirt, perfect for work. Upper arms did have a snug fit like other reviews said but not enough to not make me love wearing this to work. I did add a cami under because the buttons tend to pull at times in the chest.

Nice little blouse--runs truer to size than typical Joie in my opinion as I think they tend to run large. Great little rental for a casual workday.

Great top for work! I paired with high waisted black jeans. I'm only 5'3", and it's definitely a little low, so I would suggest layering.

This is an nice professional top, but there is no "wow" factor. The fabric is quite thin and bra cups are visible in strong light, so I'll need to wear a camisole underneath to work. There's also a few weird places where the fabric bulges along the seam at the top of the shoulder. Not enough to bother me too much though. I'm usually a Medium on top, but the size Small Joie blouse fit me just fine.

Nice subtle print, typical Joie blouse perfect for work with jeans, black pants or skirt. I wished I had sized up. Some Joie blouses run big and loose (like Vince.). This one was more fitted, so if you're busty or have bigger biceps, consider a large instead.

Nothing terribly exciting, but nice silky lightweight fabric with a good "flow". Neither too oversized nor too fitted. I'd wear with a cami underneath for work because the neckline dipped a drop low and the first button gaped just a tiny bit, but way less than many blouses. Note that this one is not good if you have broad shoulders; the M had no room to spare on me there while the rest was fine.

The neckline on this was deeper and wider on me than on the model. Between that and how sheer it is it definitely needed a camisole, and it showed more of the camisole than I really wanted for the look I was going for. The sleeves were also much fuller and I really didn't like that, but I wore this under a blazer. The fabric was lightweight enough that I could comfortably roll the sleees up a bit so they didn't show at my cuffs.

I found this top to run on the smaller size -- it was too small in the shoulder/arm area. I also noticed gaping between the buttons and had to wear a cami underneath. Passable for virtual work meetings, but wouldn't be appropriate to wear in real life. Will not rent again.

The print is cute but the fabric is flimsy, if you have any boobs there is a gap in the buttons... just expected way more for a supposedly high end brand.

Lovely but thin fabric - I wore a black tank underneath and it was perfect. it did feel lux. I would have preferred a Medium, but the Large worked under a blazer just fine.

I think it needs one more button at the top, since I had to wear a cami underneath.

This beautiful blouse is well-made, and fits true-to-size. It's a fabulous staple piece that will last a long time. Perfect for work, but you can dress it up or down for your needs. Love it !

Great top. Looks good with jeans or dress it up. Lightweight fabric. Very thin for winter. Perfect for warm weather. Runs a little smaller.

I rented this for work and it was too low and revealing in the bust. I felt myself pulling it together all day.

Generally flattering fit - however for broader shoulder ladies, may want to size up. I wish I would have done that!

This just didn't work for me. Looked like a tent untucked, and when tucked into a skirt all the extra material bunched up. Would probably work well for someone taller and less narrow.

This shirt is almost perfect. The sleeves fit, the body fits, it's just across the boobs there's a huge problem, namely, button placement. The buttons are located either below the gore of any regular plunge bra, or far above into the décolleté. As a result, it gaps something fierce right across the chest. It's a cute shirt, if you don't have a chest.
