I love this edgy Striped Rasheda dress by Joie. Running true to size with no stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary size and going up for your back up size. This style is fitted in the midsection and roomy in the hips. It works for all cup sizes. you are able to wear a standard size with this dress. At knee length, the dress hit on me.

Fun dress. Trendier than I typically wear so great for rental. Wore alone and over skinny jeans in winter. Felt pulled together and comfortable. Would rent again.

It is a good length for work and is conservative as you can button all the way to the top. I tried on both XS and S in stores, and I thought the more fitted look was better. I'm usually a true size 4 but the S made me look frumpy and the sleeves were too baggy. The XS fit a little tight in the chest area but everything else fit well. The ruffles in the sleeves make your shoulders look wide though but I think this is a unique piece and fun to wear once in a while!

I love how unique this shirt style dress is. The sleeves aren't too bulky but are still a good statement piece. The material is lightweight and not clingy and the cinched waist adds a bit of definition. I find this dress extremely flattering for all body types! Add some BRIGHT fun earrings and it would be great for drinks/dinner after work too!

Grabbed an M (normally S or between S and M) from the store bc they didn't have an S. Really cute and comfortable, chic shoulders/shape, breathable, and easy to wear. Length was good for work and was perfect for fall weather in the PNW. Joie runs large already, but I was swimming in the M. Size down.

Wore to work but could be paired with various shoes and jewelry for any occasion. Loved all the details and fit nicely.

The cut was cute but the sleeves are GIGANTIC puffy sleeves ... the waist runs very large and the length was a tad too long --- thus all together, I looked like a five year old trying to wear her mom's dress. I think this would look fabulous on a tall woman with broad shoulders. Maybe add a belt with a pop of color to bring the waist in?
