I'm 5'7" and 158 lbs. Large was a little loose but the skirt sits low on the hip, if you go up in size it still looks good. I wanted to be able to wear it to work so I chose the more conservative option. The leather is buttery and drapes nicely.

The leather is soft and and the skirt hits at just the right places to flatter. It was not too short. I wore to work and felt great in it.

Flattering fit, cute cut. Wore with a white silk blouse & nude heels for a dressy look and a simple gray t-shirt & long necklace for a more casual look. Good classic piece, I would love to keep this in my closet all the time.

I originally ordered the small and it was too big. The XS fit perfect. I am a size 0 or 2 normally and usually wear a small but this skirt runs a little big if you're small framed and don't have a large butt or hips. So many people commented on the skirt and said how much they loved it. This is a piece that I wish I could keep!!!

This leather skirt is super soft and it has pockets! What more can you ask for? It's more of a mid thigh length and it's fitted at the natural waist. I would recommend sizing up for a backup. This is a staple piece for fall that you will definitely want to rent. Pair it with some knee high boots and a loose blouse for an effortless look.

Fabric is amazing. Skirt runs true to size but I wouldn't recommend for wide hips. It kept buckling around my hip line and eventually left a line there even when I stood up. Would be perfection for narrow or normal hips.

I would have worn this dress to office, but wound up wearing for a classy brunch and shopping with a friend. I dressed it up with black suede boots just for fun. I kinda liked how the black and brown looked together. The leather of this skirt is SO SOFT. I was worried this might be a little tight in the tummy, but it was really comfortable and fit true to size.

This is not a high-waisted skirt. The XS sits on my hip bones and I can turn it around easily. That being said, there's a certain sexiness to such a low slung skirt. The color is perfect for fall. Minus one star because you can tell the leather has been put through the wringer, but some ladies may prefer the more beat up look.

The skirt fits true to size and the leather was thick and soft. My only complaint was that it was shorter than I expected and with the slight "skate skirt" cut I felt a little exposed. It would be adorable though with tights. Very cute and I cannot say enough about the quality.

This skirt is a made from a sumptuous, high quality leather that just looks and feels expensive. It's a very flattering fit, and worked well on my 5'11 frame. It could be dressed up or down, as the smart lay of the design is both edgy and classic, offering the versatility of a schoolgirl skirt redesigned into a smart, dressy mini... I didn't really like the way the little gold zip tabs kind of stick out, I believe the zippers could have been sewn a little differently, but it's not overly bothersome, and probably not even noticeable to anyone except the wearer. Worn to church, with a Coach bucket hat, Fossil bag, Franco Sarto wingtip heels, black turtleneck and tights.

This skirt definitely hugged the wrong curves. While cute it didn't feel flattering.

Somehow the XS was still a little big....I LOVE the flip/flare of the bottom of the skirt. But it was too loose around the waist and looked just a little awkward on me. If they had an XXS it maybe could have worked out for me!

i'm typically btwn a 2 and a 4 or a small, but should've gotten the XS. I don't have particularly large hips and the skirt sat a touch too low on my hips. otherwise the skirt is amazing soft and stylish. it is a few inches above the knee. i wore flat brown boots that happened to be the same color and a light cream silk shirt. it was a great work outfit! it's a v versatile skirt and i loved seeing how everyone else wore it. overall, huge fan. wish i owned this item!

I wore this to a harvest themed day party and received a ton of compliments, as it is a very flattering cut. It does run large, though.

I wore this to work on two occasions. The skirt looked great with a sweater and heels, as well as with a button down and heels. It is a touch short (I am almost 5'6"), so keep that in mind if you are wearing it for a work function.

It was a little too low-rise for me (that or I should have ordered the next size down) so I belted it and wore it higher on my waist with a white oxford to work. Got tons of compliments and it was so cute! Would buy it for myself.

The skirt is made of beautiful, supple leather. It has a raw hem, but it sits nicely, so it's not obvious. I found the skirt to have a wide waist, such that it sat relatively low on my hips. This was preferred as, otherwise, it would be a rather short skirt (and I'm only 5'5, but I was wearing this to work). The looseness of it makes it preferentially worn with a fitted top to, in my mind, give some waist highlighting.

I normally wear a large in most items. The large in this skirt did fit, however it sat low on my hips when i was looking mid waist snug fit. Its also a bit longer than i would of liked for the outfit i had in mind. Beautiful material and well made, definitely a good pick.

I loved the look and feel of this skirt and wanted so desperately to make it work. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. Still wore it. But was not flattering on me. I think another reviewer had mentioned it was not great for an hour glass figure. She was right.

Skirt was too big for me so it sat too low and awkward. Not a bad leather material though.

I really wanted to love the skirt but it was not the best fit for my body type. I'm tall and slightly pear shaped, the medium was too big in the waist and made me look wider than I am. The small was way too short in the rear. Really loved the quality of the leather but I could just not make it work for me.

this is not made for small girls. the size runs very very large. I would order an XS only if you are a size 2-4. If you are a size 0-00 this is not for you,

This is a beautiful skirt. The leather was impeccable. It came with tags still attached so I was the first to "wear it". Unfortunately, it didn't fit so I didn't actually end up wearing it. I got an x-small but it fell below my hips and just looked awkward ( and believe me I tried to make it work). If you're petite I wouldn't recommend getting this but if you aren't GET IT! I was super bummed I couldn't.

This skirt looks like it should sit at the natural waist, but it sits much lower, almost on the hip. You may be able to avoid it by ordering a smaller size than your usual, but I had the XS and it looked a bit awkward.
