Adding a pic here to give an an idea of size. It was perfect for work and even was able to fit my gym clothes in it. I've been wearing it with everything for a couple of weeks now; to work, with jeans or leggings on the weekend, even to the gym. The color is super versatile. Didn't miss a zipper but it definitely does hang wide open if that's not for you

Kindle for size. Not very secure as there's no closure on the main compartment of the bag and only one zippered pocket.

Sturdy handle and great size for a work bag!

Very cute bag but nothing extraordinary. The color is much more brown in person than the picture depicts. The handles are awkward for me. The shorter handles are too short to carry over the shoulder and the longer strap is too long and would be more of a cross body length but the bag itself is not really a cross body style. I'm using it for a couple days but will send it back and probably not rent again.

A good bag for work, fits a smaller laptop and the necessities. Cross body strap is a nice touch. No zipper at the top, so not ideal for airplane travel.

This bag was a little smaller than I thought it would be. Took it to work a few times, but it doesn't have the space to carry everything I carry back and forth.
