Fits perfectly

I rented this as one of the first items after the SIP was lifted so I could wear as a little mood pick me up. I loved the pockets and the flow of the skirt. The top was a little tight around my chest. I made it work but had a few button pops throughout the day. I would say to size up but the bottom of the dress is very full so I feel like it may have been too big overall. Overall cute dress.

I'm a 4 in dresses and I wanted to love this dress. It was just a tad small in the bodice.

Very comfy and true to size. Great for work, will rent again.

This is a great dress up or dress down dress, depending on how you accessorize. I am a true size 6, but RTR recommended a 4, and that was the right recommendation. Perfect fit. So size down!

The dress is a little plain, and so adding accessories helps to liven it up. Size up. I am a 14, but ordered a 16 based on previous reviews. It provided some breathing room in the waist that's just a touch too high.

Loved this dress more then I thought and wore it several times. Pockets and a little button close at the top to keep your chest from spilling out. Loved this dress!

Comfortable slightly big

The fit is tighter on the top and loose on the bottom but pairs well with most accessories in your closet.

This was great for work - snap closure made the wrap element easy and not too revealing. This fabric doesn't have a lot of give so felt a tad tight on me, but wasn't a deal breaker - I'm keeping it to wear again!

I had gotten this dress as a backup for a bridal shower dress. I needed to use it as my first dress didn't fit. As a busty person, the dress hid it well. I did not end up wearing it because the clasp that holds the dress shut was broken. If the dress was in good shape, I would have loved wearing it. IT HAS POCKETS!

I wanted to like this dress more. The button design is really cute. The fit of the dress overall - meh. Pockets are always a welcomed bonus.

Rented this to try while staying at home. Despite what other reviews said, the top of the dress is baggy (even with my 36G bust) and the dress makes me look bigger than I already am. The length on my 5'4" frame also hits mid-calf. Not a great dress

I really liked this dress! My only struggle with it was that it wrinkles pretty easily. Loved the pockets!

The other reviews said to size down and RTR recommended the shaker of my two sizes. It didn't fit! Too small on my rib cage and the buttons didn't close. Couldn't wear it.

I generally wear an 8 (5''2, 135) but in J. Crew I am typically a 6-8. I ordered the 8 could not even button it. It is very cute but I would size up significantly. And expect to need to iron when it arrives. It is cotton so that was expected.

I liked this dress but it was too tight in the ribcage. The next size up would be too big everywhere else. I might try renting it again if I lose 5 lbs. It does have a snap closure on the top which is nice but it needs to be mended as it is about to fall off. And this dress came really wrinkles and still had a hair elastic in the pocket from a previous renter, which was kind of gross.

This dress fits a size smaller on Ribcage than everywhere else. The fabric also wrinkles very easily.

Runs small in the bust. Wasn't able to even button it at the waist but I still haven't lost my post maternity belly.

Great fit of the dress - I'm 5'4 and 120 - but have Full C cup so it was tight at the top and I couldn't button the last button so had to wear a tank under it for work purposes...but material and length were great!

As a normal size 16-18, I thought an 18 would be an easy fit. However, the buttons across the waist were pretty tight and I had to have my friend help get me into it. Once on, it wasn't too tight or uncomfortable. This dress does have POCKETS!!!, it was a perfect length, and super cute shape. I was really really happy with it. Only downside is it's pretty plain, so you probably will have to dress it up with some accessories.

Great fit, good for everyday or would have been cute for a spring/summer daytime event

Wore this to work and loved this dress. Very comfortable and received a lot of compliments. This is one of my favorites on RTR

I absolutely loved this piece. It's so girly. I love nice flowing pieces for work and this hit the mark. It does have side button detail which is cute.

This is classic J.Crew classy casual. Well constructed, richly colored, subtle detail in the asymmetric button line. It has nice details without having too much personality, so it won't overpower the wearer. Like all J.Crew, it runs small. I'm a 0 or 2 in other brands but a 00 in J.Crew.

Fits waste perfectly but bust was slightly tight as I am busty. Beautiful dress on! I loved it!

High waist but super comfortable for work

Much smaller than j crew dresses I've worn previously. I'm a 2, sometimes a 0 in dresses and this I couldn't even get buttoned around the smallest part of my midsection. Sad because it really is an easy dress and the buttons make it more interesting. Busty girls would have problems I'm thinking.

The dress runs a bit small but is super comfortable. Love the pockets! It does wrinkle easy but doesn't matter much. The chest area was a bit large for me but stayed together due to a sturdy clasp.

I forgot to snap a pic, but this dress was easy to wear and comfortable. Loose fit (but not big) and pockets for everything I needed - I didn't even have to carry a purse.

Nice fit but fabric attracts lint easily and shows sweat lines quickly. Would rent again for an Event with AC.

My boss, a fellow RTR fan, complimented it. The shape of the bodice was flattering and fit me well on top, and the arrangement of the buttons was fun and diffrent. However, the skirt was too full and voluminous. As I can't go down a size, I would take a pass on wearing it again.

This dress was adorable and I got lots of compliments. It is a little long but I like longer dresses for work. It came a solid inch past my knees. The neckline is high enough that I didn't need a camisole even for work which was awesome. The skirt is pretty think and heavy so it is a little bulky.

Needed a bigger size as it was snug in the bust. Was afraid the button would pop open!
