Perfect essential coat for everyday. Loved the structure and quality

Oh my. It may be early March in N.H. but I finally found my ideal winter coat ! It zips up and can fit a thick sweater underneath. Very warm! I am thinking about purchasing it but I will need to als I try it in a 6- the 8 was slightly wide under arms or across chest but on the other hand it fits bulky sweater so I am on the fence about sizing down! Will try the other size and color before purchasing :)

This is a warm and stylish coat. The size I got was a bit too big for me. And I wish that it had pockets.

Perfect dress coat, it's just modern enough to look newer than your typical trench/wool coat. Loved it for professional and night out

I am in love with this jacket. I live in Florida and even thought about buying it. The cut is super flattering and I love the pop collar look. The inside in lined with silk which make it super comfortable and easy to slide on and off. It is super warm! This jacket was perfect for throwing over your shoulders but not having it on all the way too!

Love this coat - ive rented before in other colors. while the fit is marginally different by size, I'm happy I went up a size. Easier to fit bulky sweaters under.

Loveeeee this coat! Has great amount of pockets, the length was great and SO SO warm!! The only 'complaint' is that it picks up a lot of fuzz, etc.!

Good looking coat option. Pretty classic. In good shape. Rented in case I wanted to buy it for my winter coat for the season (I'm currently living in Nashville and don't require a crazy heavy coat in winter), but it wasn't such a wow that I felt like keeping it. It's pretty classic. A good overall coat.

I loved this simple black jacket. The gold hardware dresses it up just a little. It was warm and looked classy and appropriate for an outdoor awards ceremony. I ended up buying this in a tall size from j crew. Love it!!

Importantly the shoulders are not tight. I wear size XS shirts and the 2 was perfect so I don't agree with those saying this runs large. The perfect black coat for many occasions.

I thought this was a great coat for the cold weather. Held up well in the rain. VERY warm, so don't wear on a long commute/plane where you can't easily take it off. Great for an outdoor tour in Portland in December.

I rented this for a NYC long weekend vacay and would say it's a good coat for 10°- 40° weather. Absolutely love it and don't want to return it. I might end up buying it but I also live in LA so it would only get worn at night. 😂 it fits well and has shaping at the waist.

Whichever size you think you wear- size up one size! Fabulous coat otherwise, received many compliments!

I ordered this as unseasonably winter temps came early and it is my new favorite coat for work. Received lots of compliments as it is nice thick wool with deep pockets and clean design lines with a nice dark blue satin, lint free, lining. I will check the price again because it is tempting to just buy it already :)

Perfect jacket! The size was great for me. Plenty of room for a thick sweater and scarf underneath. Length went to mid/high thigh on me. Kept me very warm

Loved the way this jacket fits. I usually have to size up because of my busy, but not with this one. It was plenty warm and fit just right. Will be renting again once winter comes to KY!

I wore this while I was on a trip to Boston! It was spring - so still a bit chilly at times. I live in California and tried wearing it one day - not at all good for the Bay Area in May. It's too hot. This would be a great winter or snow coat!

It's a very heavy coat. I often felt hot in it, but would be great for the right weather.

I LOVED this coat! I rented it for a trip to London where the weather was supposed to be cold and rainy but changed to hot and sunny 2 days before we left. I was only able to wear this coat once at night but was so glad that I had rented it! It is lined with the softest material so is very comfortable on the inside. I would rent this again in a heartbeat if I ever need a simple but cute warm coat again.

Great classic coat! Really slimming & can dress up or down. Only downside is I didn't have many cold days left when I discovered it!

Loved it and probably would've bought it if it had pockets and if it didn't pick up dog hair like crazy! Even after lint rolling twice, it was always covered in fur.

It was big on my arms but good everywhere else

I went with a size up, which allowed for bulky sweaters in the spring Chicago weather! Loved having this for the few days that the Chicago weather allows for medium weight coats.

I didn't wear it. I would have needed a size 18, but the 22 was the only size available before my trip so I thought I'd give it a try (J. Crew clothing tends to run small). It was WAY too big so unfortunately I never wore it.
