I wish it came one size larger, as the arms were too tight to wear anything with sleeves under it. Otherwise, it fit true to size in the torso and was great for work. The detail in the weave looked high quality.

This honestly fit absolutely perfectly. The length of the sleeves, the jacket, it was all perfect. I actually never ended up wearing it, though, because it was a little "too" professional looking for my job and my vibe when I go out. But if that's your style, grab it!

I loved this! I did wear a thin black top underneath. It is very pretty.

Doesn't wrinkle or take up much room (not lined), easy to wear with black staples. I kept it two cycles to go on 2 separate work trips. I find some boxy cuts unflattering but this looked good on. Easier to wear with short sleeves than long sleeves that aren't super slim.

No stretch but with it being a tweed-type jacket I wasn't expecting any and it fit true to size. If you have bigger arms the arms might be kind of tight though. I wore this with a black pleated skirt and turtleneck for work.

I love IRO blazers, and this one was no exception. I find that they generally fit on the small side, especially for those with a bigger chest. But they are beautifully made and can be worn with so many different outfits. I loved this one so much that I bought it. I feel you can wear this blazer almost year-round as the fabric is substantial but not too heavy. I wore it with dress pants, jeans, and even over a dress, and always got compliments.
