I love this jacket and will rent again. Received compliments all day. I would like to try styling it with other pieces. Because it’s a boxy cut, it looked better with separates to define the waist than over a solid colored sheath dress.

Literally perfect and so chic for spring! Slightly cropped but it looks great with a dress or high waisted jeans!

Works well with a white top and jeans or black pants and a black top. Liked wearing for work but the shoulders and upper arms felt tight.

This is a fun alternative to your standard work blazer. There's some silver metallic glitter thread throughout that gives it some fun visual texture without being ostentatious. The shoulder pads were a smidge wider than anticipated, but it was still super cute. A little bit constricting in the shoulders, but thick tweed usually is, to be fair. Would rent again.

Runs small. Usually size 4 and it was great over vest but couldn’t wear over blouse. Great jacket.

Runs tight in the shoulders/arms! I normally wear a 36 and while it fit fine, I would've liked a bit more room in the shoulders. Would recommend sizing up.

I wear this with everything. From a chambray button up and microfiber joggers to black dress pants. This is a gorgeous jacket.

I loved the look and style of this jacket. The only thing that I didn't love is how right the shoulders/armpits were. I couldn't wear any sleeves at all or wouldn't have been able to move my arms.

Great jacket! Dresses up a black work outfit to really make it special. It can easily be dressed down with jeans and a tee for a polished look for drinks/afternoon out!

This is a cute jacket, but it's very heavy. I didn't end up wearing it because it was too warm for the weather. Also, I have pretty skinny arms, and the arms on this jacket were SNUG.

Trust the European sizes, not the American ones. I am a true 00 so I figured the 32 would be perfect. Right? Wrong! This felt like a straightjacket, the shoulders were so tight. I didn't even wear it once. Also, this has major, 80s style shoulder pads. Even if it did fit, I don't think it would have been my style. Size up 2 sizes, unless you're petite (this would be great for petites).

I pulled together a decent outfit with this with jeans and a tank, but I don't think I would rent again. The fabric is really stiff, making it uncomfortable to move around in (especially with the shoulder pads). It was also shorter than I expected (hit just below my waist).

I couldn't wear this as the recommended size was just way too small. It really is a beautiful fabric but I would size up.

Loved the design and the fabric and theoretically would've paired well with a colourful dress but I found the shoulders a bit tight, poking up a bit oddly, and the arm length was short. It came above my watch line but not quite short enough to pass as 3/4 length. A larger size may have worked better. ? I'm normally a six jacket.

It really felt too uptight and old school even for dinner at the country club with parents in law. Yikes. Normally IRO makes preppy cool, but not so much on this one.
