This goes with everything from jeans to dresses. The raw edges and fit were perfect. It’s a bit snug but I liked it - very flattering. It’s a Winner.

I'm obsessed with this jacket. So versatile for different occasions and weather. Spring in Colorado can be hot and freezing and this works for both! Plenty of room in the shoulders to move around comfortably. I could have even zipped it up over my 36DD chest if I wanted to, but I didn't. Try this one for sure!

Fitted sleeves, a little cropped, shoulder pads. Fabric is distressed- picture a Chanel-inspired moto jacket found at a flea market. Not fancy enough for the board room, but for a Zoom boardroom, it works. Great for casual wear too.

I love Iro jackets! This one was no exception. Great fit and very comfortable Only thing is that the jacket ended up being a bit more distressed than I thought it would be. Still very cute and appropriate for work, but I ended up wearing this to work on a "regular day" instead of on a day with an important meeting.

I wish it didn't have should pass, because of this I did not wear.

Honestly, when I first opened the bag I thought someone had snagged it -- when I looked it up online I saw that it was supposed to look distressed. So style accordingly! Also, no lining in the jacket.

Wish I had known that it has multiple rips in it to give it a distressed look, I had rented it for a work event and it looked too sloppy so couldn't wear it for work. Might be better for the weekend with jeans, very comfortable fabric that has a slight stretch to it.

I need 5 more of these, so amazing I kept it. Fits great, very classic, and fun all at the same time. True to size.

Very cute jacket - looked great with jeans but also good for zoom calls. Nice distressed look that made it stylish and fun. The sleeves were a little short on me but I have unusually long arms.

It's hard to see in the photo, but this is a distressed look. It would look cute with jeans as styled by RTR, but I needed it for work.

The jacket I received seemed to have shrunk and did not fit at all. RTR has been very good on sizing but not on this one. Order 2 sizes up for a better fit.

fit was great. I have broad shoulders and a large bust and it was just the thing. Loved the material and it felt like it made everything I wore with it much nicer, just like a jacket is supposed to do!

I ordered this to wear to work, where our "code" is pretty casual. I was happy to see an IRO jacket that actually closes, because usually they hang far to open for my tasted. This jacket is SO cute on! The one thing I would point out is that the fabric has a distressed look, so it appears that it has been snagged, or almost ripped, in several places. It startled me at first, because I thought I did it! But nope, it's part of the look. So it's probably not for a formal business environment. Highly recommend it anyway!

It's cute but there's a few oddly placed distressed rips and the jacket can't be worn open because the neck line flops over. Warm, not itchy and hits perfectly at the waist though!

Definitely not my style. Felt sloppy and frumpy in it. Too much fringe and felt really big on me.
