It's a very conservative but feminine dress from the front with its elastic waist and high neckline. The back doesn't overly reveal itself and therefore I really loved it for work. The hemline is very flattering for the athletic body like mine. I think it does run a little big and the shoulders were a little large but very far from unwearable. Loved it.

Loved this dress, the bottom angles really make it different.

Fits great, if you're in between sizes I would go a size down since it has a more flowy, oversized appearance. Didn't think I needed a belt but could easily work with one.

I loved this dress. I got so many compliments on it! I wore a black tank under it because the back was open and it was completely work appropriate.

Pretty dress but runs big and fits a bit boxy on top. It's open in the back so had to wear a cami. I felt it made me look a little bigger than I would have liked but overall a pretty and comfortable dress.

Wore with black slip underneath to make it work appropriate. Got lots of compliments.

Wore to work - didn't expect to be a fan of the diagonal cut but it looked nice. Would rent again.

Such a pretty dress with a beautiful silhouette. Then back is wide open, and I had planned this as a back up for a work event with the idea of pinning it. That wouldn't have worked out because the back opening is a bit too billowy to do that. I ended up wearing it out to dinner and wore a cami underneath since I don't have the luxury of going braless. I would definitely rent again and think it would look amazing with a fitted leather jacket in the cooler months.

This is a comfortable dress but not really right for a work dress as the handkerchief hem is a bit extreme.

I loved this dress!! I actually didn't end up wearing this one because it didn't come very well laundered, there we're spots that almost looked like white out on the front (which were hard to tell because of the detail of the dress). I bought a new one at Saks and received soooooo many compliments! It has an open back so just wore it with a nubra. plenty of space in the chest/arms. Happy it is now in my closet forever!

The fit as true to size. more relaxed and didnt hug my body too much while still giving me shape.

I got this for a dinner but I didn't wear it. Usually, IRO runs a little small on me so I sized up to a US 6. This is a shapeless dress that absolutely requires the correct size to pull it off. I recommend going with your usual size.

I love this dress so much! It would be great for a "full bust" figure, as it's huge on top and fitted through the waist and hips (but not tight). However, I'm a pear and it still feels and looks great. The lining is so soft and comfortable. The shortest part of the dress is just above the knee, as pictured on the model. If you have broad shoulders, you're in luck, but if you're small, the sleeves will be very long on you. I'm 5'9" and they fall halfway past my fingertips. There is plenty of room in the elastic waist. I wore it with a turquoise cami to make it work appropriate in the back, as the slit drapes quite a bit and really exposes your back.

This dress is actually very forgiving for bigger hips! It sits above the waist and is very stretchy and comfortable. The sleeves are sheer so you won't be hot, especially with the flow from the open back!

Beautiful dress

Very pretty print. I feel like the open back is unnecessary and makes bra wearing difficult. I wore a black shrug over it to fix that issue on a cold day. Also runs big. I could have sized down.

Very pretty cut on the bottom and lays nicely. I wore this with black tights because it's rather short on one side. I did not realize that the back is open. I rented this to wear to work so I just wore a black suit jacket. It complimented to dress nicely.

Super pretty dress. I was bummed that the layers just didn't sit right on my hips. It made me look bigger than I am. This dress also has an open back that does open wide with movement. I hated to send it back!

Fits true to size, I ordered up a size based on brand usually runs small. Open back is a nice touch. Work a belt to make it look less big on me. Would rent again...not too dressy or casual was a good fit for a dinner party

Very pretty dress! This was my second option. It has a really cool asymmetrical hem and the open back is very nice as well. This is better for a more casual event.

This had a very odd fit. Additionally, if you are large chested it tends to draw the dress to the front and the slit in the back doesn't sit quite right. I thought it fit really strange and only wore it once

This dress was really pretty, but I tried it on twice and didn't end up wearing it. I felt like it could use a belt (which makes me realize how badly I need to buy one), but both times that I tried it on - I felt a bit like an 80s workout video. The style just didn't particularly suit me, but I would reconsider renting this for an event in the future (once I order a belt!).

Did not like the style or fit of this dress and do not think it was a sizing issue. The irregular hem was odd, as was the elastic waist and arms. Perhaps you will have better luck!

The shoulders on this dress are enormous. Be prepared for an 80s shoulder pad look!
