I am five months pregnant and it fit great!

This maternity size is for a very petite frame. The arms are short, and the bust is very small. The RTR photos make the dress look nicer than it is overall. Size 3 was way too small to make work

The waist hit me way too short. I added a belt to help. Wore once and then returned. Would have been better on someone shorter and less busty.

I wore this at 25 weeks, arms and chest were way too tight.

Like many other reviewers I was not able to wear this dress. For reference I am currently 5'2" and 130lbs. I am a 0 when not pregnant but in the 0 I tried on this dress was busting at the seams. This dress is very small.

The dress is beautiful. However, I ordered 2 sizes up from my normal size and the dress was small not only in my bump (25weeks) but also the arms. I think I might rent again in a larger size.

If your chest has grown significantly, I’d recommend sizing up.

I had just rented an Isabella Oliver shirt in a size 2 that fit great. So I went with the 2 on the dress figuring it would be similar, but this is much smaller. I could not even button it over my bust or belly. I know I didn't get that much bigger in two weeks because the rest of my maternity clothes fit the same.

Couldn't wear as I couldn't even get my arms into it. Not even sure what size would have fit better. Size WAY up!

This is maybe good for the first trimester but definitely not past 28 weeks.

Runs small, size up

The design is not the typical dress cut and the pattern is great. I wore this a couple of times to work and meetings and got compliments each time!

Soft material, beautiful pattern, good length for us tall gals, but definitely order up especially if in your third trimester. Even the buttons on the sleeve cuff were too small!

I rented this twice. The first time I got a size 2 which is what was suggested for me but when I received it I couldn't even button the buttons around my belly (5 months preggo). I rented it again, but sized up to a 3 and could button up but it still was a little to tight to be truly comfortable. If I rent again I will size up again. It is a cute piece but the sizing is just small. This is the first maternity piece I have had trouble with sizing.

While this is a really beautiful dress, it certainly runs WAY too small for a Maternity dress. I went with the suggested sizing (I was a 2 pre baby bump) which was a Size 1 and it is skin tight! The buttons are popping and I can't even button it up my chest. I am VERY small for 27 weeks so I am shocked. SIZE UP ladies. Very disappointed
