Fit well and comfortable all evening! Very classy dress!

Fit beautifully. Rich fabric. LBD with a little bit of fun. Top didn't look like the online picture. But still cute.

The top gold and black fabric is textured and has just enough shine to give the dress an expensive classic look. It draped with ease over the stretch support under layer. This is a very comfortable dress, I did not have a problem with the skirt riding up or the top pulling down. I am 5.4", the length was just below my knee. The dress held its shape through out the night and looked new when I put it back on the hanger. I would love to own this dress! An exquisite rental!

Just the right about of tight, little slits at sides, very beautiful.

Got this for a funky wedding in metallic. It was a great choice, but ultimately was my second choice. Definitely needs some kind of good bra, and perhaps spanx because it is form-fitting in the middle.

This dress was beautiful and sophisticated. It was perfect for my work gala. My only complaint is that it's a difficult fit. The bust area was so large it didn't fit properly with a large push-up bra. (I'm a pretty averagely-endowed woman.) Due to the pencil skirt, there's no flexibility to go down a size, so I really only see this fitting women with large chests.

Love this style! It is definitely not something that I would've normally tried on but I was pleasantly surprised once I had it on. The fabric does have stretch to it however for curvier women I would size up for the backup size. Loved the one shoulder detail!

Dress fits snug - if you want a little extra room size up for your second size. I’m 5’7” and the dress was the perfect length. Got lots of compliments. Very comfortable!

This is a beautiful dress that got me several compliments at a cocktail party. I liked wearing it and felt beautiful. However, it had clearly been rented lots of times, and I'd argue the particular dress I got was past its prime. The top, which is shown as a shimmery gold in the pictures (as well as many user photos) had faded to black, with just a little hint of gold remaining. The zipper had no clasp at the top and seemed to have lost its grip power. I had to use a carefully placed safety pin at the top to keep it from sliding down. Finally, several spots in the top were stretched out or ripped, but that was pretty easy to hide depending on how you draped it. Otherwise I liked the heavy fabric of the skirt, and it was comfortable for a long evening and didn't ride up. I think if you get a newer, less-used version you will have a better time. I would have given 5 stars if it were in better shape.

Dress was not my first pick since there was an issue with my order, however i was very happy with it. I rated it 4 stars because the top is NOT gold and there was a tiny hole by the shoulder. It was easily covered up so no one could tell. The material held me in and I recieved many compliments.

First of all thank you to RTR bc my first dress did not fit and they overnighted this one as a back up. As a result, I didn't get a back up size like I usually do. I almost always wear the 6 but I think I might've liked the 8 as it was a little tight and very fitted. The dress itself was beautiful and elegant and the gold was a little less gold than it looked in the picture which I was fine with.

Was a little loose on top but fit right in bottom. It was fun to wear but also had to pull it up throughout the night .. The top is very stylish and different and the dress is quite flattering .

This dress is a more interesting version of the LBD without attracting too much attention. Great for a special work event.

This dress looks a lot better on the model than it did on me. It wasn't as shiny on top as I would have liked and it was a little too tight across my chest so it didn't have the same drapey look as it does in the picture. Still a nice dress though and I feel it runs pretty true to size.

Even though the dress a bit more body hugging than I would have liked, it fit beautifully. I did find myself having to pull down the skirt part of it a lot during the evening though. I received many compliments.

I wore a blazer over the dress for the early afternoon church ceremony and then had the wow-factor when I got to the reception with the whole dress on display. It fit like a glove...I was a little worried about a side boob issue on the zipper side but with a black bra, there was never a problem. The bottom had great stretch and was thick enough to wear the good shapewear. I think it was too memorable to rent again but isn't that the joy of RTR ? :)

I wore this to a gala dinner for my work and it was perfect. I received tons of compliments! It's well tailored so it flatters the body beautifully and the off the shoulder detail gives it a sexiness while still being totally work event appropriate. I had thought it had more of a gold tone to the mesh top, but it was really just black. Looked beautiful though and I will definitely keep it in mind to rent again for future events.

I wore this on a date with my husband to a hot new restaurant/club and felt great! The skirt is heavyweight, slightly stretchy material that was flattering and forgiving, and the gold and black woven overlay on top had just enough of a metallic glint to look festive but not flashy. The one-shoulder style shows off your shoulders and clavicle without having to deal with hiking up a strapless dress or being restricted by an off-the-shoulder sleeve. I'll rent this one again.

Wore this to a wedding. It was super comfortable and flattering. I felt like a million bucks, would rent again for another occasion.

This runs slightly large up top, but it's still a really simple, beautiful dress that is perfect for anything calling for "cocktail attire."

I was worried this dress would look frumpy due to the length, but it's actually quite flattering. The skirt is lined, and fitted without being clingy, and the top hits just above the waist so it elongates. The drape of the top was also spot on- not too high or too low, and easy to wear a strapless bra with. The details- gold mesh, gold side zipper, tailoring- make this dress fun and unique. It was in great shape aside from a small tear in the mesh, which was an easy fix.

I am on the curvier side through the hips and butt. This dress had plenty of give to accommodate that. Would definitely recommend and would definitely rent again.

This is a beautiful dress, high quality, but it is NOT for busty girls and I went up a size. The zipper actually caught on my skin twice, giving me a nice bruise.

Very comfortable and flattering. Lots of compliments. However, it is an all black dress. There was no gold at all unlike the picture, so that was very disappointing.

I didn't feel extra glamorous or anything. The gold didn't show up as much as it does in the pictures. But it's still a beautiful sheath dress

I loved this dress, and at 5 months pregnant, I also felt sexy in it. It was definitely form fitting and it had a little under slip that kept the top part from riding up but that slip was a bit of a pain because it always felt like that was riding up but it wasn't. I did NOT wear a bra with this dress, I actually didn't need to! The top part held in my well over DD's in place just fine! I would recommend this dress.

Rented this for a semi-formal fall wedding. It's sexy and classy - and it's definitely a great option for bustier gals with the asymmetrical neckline. I paired this with black pumps that had gold heels and a gold clutch. I would size up, especially if you have an hourglass figure - it runs a tad small.

Classic style. Nice for work function

I didn't end up wearing this to a wedding I was attending as the weather was going to be too cold. The metallic top was also a little attention getting and it would have been a little too much for this style of wedding. But, the dress was beautiful, very comfortable and flattering. The skirt is very form fitting, but moves with you. This is the perfect dress for when you want the spotlight on you!

Comfy and stylish

Didn't feel as special as I was hoping it would and the gold look in the model photos was barely noticeable in reality. Also there was a rip in the material along the top of the dress that made it not appropriate for an event. I ended up not wearing it.

Unclear why the product photo includes a gold top as the dress I received simply isn't gold in the least. Additionally, the fit is awkward, even on a perfectly normal body. Consider going with another rental as there are many excellent RTR choices out there!
